Second, what is the history, conception of Islamic religious education management, Islam, transformative culture in Indonesia and third, what is the contribution of Islamic education management in a transformative Islamic culture in the Islamic education space in Islam in Indonesia. Which is where teacher supervision is a definite process. Furthermore, culture becomes part of the culture of the local community which cannot be separated from the language of the community. Culture (often called local wisdom) will be passed down through generations through oral stories. Islamic religious education based on truth and nobility, distancing oneself from unreal thoughts, even far from the origins of unpleasant behavior or influence. The aim of the author is to find out that the education system in Indonesia is far behind compared to the State of South Korea, there are comparisons in the education system both curriculum, teaching methods, study time, students who are actively participating in learning lessons. In this article, the author uses a research method in the form of a descriptive method and a questionnaire method. This research is qualitative in nature, using a descriptive method. The data for this research consists of qualitative data in the form of diction and conjunctions used by the students in procedural texts. The data source for this research is the procedural texts written by students of class XI at SMA Negeri 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam, Padang Pariaman Regency. The researcher is the instrument for this research. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data validation technique used in this research is triangulation. From the 29 research data, a total of 3,002 instances of diction were found, consisting of 2,753 instances of accurate diction usage and 249 instances of inaccurate diction usage. The procedural texts written by students of class XI at SMA Negeri 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam, Padang Pariaman Regency tend to be constructed with structured diction, indicating that the students have a good command of appropriate diction. Secondly, the research found a total of 423 instances of conjunctions from the 29 data, consisting of 363 instances of accurate conjunction usage and 60 instances of inaccurate conjunction usage. The procedural texts written by students of class XI at SMA Negeri 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam, Padang Pariaman Regency tend to be constructed with structured conjunctions, indicating that the students have a good command of appropriate conjunctions, especially in their writing. The aim of the study was to find out the strategies used by supervising teachers in dealing with the delinquency of pubertal students at SMPN 10 Sijunjung. The research method is descriptive qualitative, the key informants in this study were the Coordinator of Guidance Teachers at SMPN 10 Sijunjung, supporting informants namely school principals, subject teachers, homeroom teachers and students. Based on the research conducted, it can be stated that the guidance counselor at SMPN 10 Sijunjung has carried out alleviation of student delinquency, which is carried out through the implementation of individual counseling services, through group guidance services and through mediation services. In general it can be said that these three services have been implemented well in overcoming student delinquency, and alleviation of student delinquency at SMPN 10 Sijunjung is also carried out by increasing collaboration with student parents. In this case the school invites parents to come to school once every quarter. In the meeting discussed jointly solutions that can be done in overcoming student delinquency. This becomes important when changes in an area will have a direct impact on all components in that area, including the community. Karian Dam is a megaproject of Banten Province which is located in Lebak Regency. Precisely in four sub-districts in Lebak Regency including Sajira, Maja, Cimarga, and Rangkasbitung Districts. Based on the data obtained by the researchers, the researchers chose Sukarame Village as the research location because the number of heads of families affected by the construction of this dam was counted the most among other villages in Sajira District. Of which there were 519 residents who not only lost their homes, but also other life support facilities such as rice fields, and others. Researchers want to find out more about the impacts that have arisen after the construction of the Karian Dam on the aspect of socio-economic change in the people of Sukarame Village, Sajira District, Lebak Regency, Banten. This study uses a type of descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. From this it was found that the welfare state of the community after land acquisition became worse for most of the community because the people of Sukarame Village had to lose their jobs as farmers and did not have the opportunity to work in other fields due to inadequate human resources, and had to lose traditions or habits. which has been attached for a long time due to the relocation of a new place of residence.
