But a person’s memorization can change according to the cobditions of the surrounding environment, one of the environmental conditions that can affect a person’s memorization is noise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of noise on students’ Al-Qur’an memorization. The method used is the experimental method with a sample of 5 students who memorize the Al-Qur’an. The research was carried out by varying the surrounding environmental conditions, theresearcher compared the number of students’ memorization when the environmental conditions were quiet with noisy environmental conditions. Leaders in an organization have an important role in directing and influencing their subordinates. Consultative and participatory leadership styles are among the many styles available in situational leadership. But now, a woman can lead a business. Every leader, whether male or female, has a certain way of being a leader. Gender is a factor in how a woman feels valued. There are four types of women's empowerment, namely women's empowerment through feminism, women's empowerment through transactivism, and women's empowerment through transformation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of female leadership applied in an organization. . The type of analysis used is quantitative descriptivism. Among these leadership styles, the leader who is dominant in the transformational leadership style is clearly visible when compared to the transactional leadership style. However, among the feminine and transformational leadership styles, leaders tend to show greater dominance in the use of the feminine leadership style. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of parental participation on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 023 Pandau Jaya, Kampar Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative approach to the ex-post facto method. The population of this study was 87 students of class V with the sampling technique using the non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling. So a sample of 87 students consisted of 46 boys and 41 girls. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was processed using a correlation test with the help of SPSS Version 24. The results showed that based on the calculation of the research hypothesis that had been carried out, it was found that the value of tcount > ttable (7,580 > 1,980), then Ha was accepted, Ho was rejected. Data collection used questionnaires to 5 respondents and data processing was processed using SPSS. The result is a graph from SPSS which states that each UKM leader has a variable with a good rating in providing the best performance for the UKM he leads. The location of this research is precisely on Jl. Besar Klambir V, Hamparan Perak. This research is included in the qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the condition of the phenomena in the field that occur at PT. HNI-HPAI in Hamparan Perak District and used data collection techniques in this study, namely by interview, observation, and documentation. The data sources in this study are Loyal Diamond Executive Director, Senior Director, Senior Manager and Consumers. The results showed that there were 4 communication strategies implemented by PT.
