The purpose of the article is to explore the prospects for new opportunities for the economic development of Uzbekistan. The object of the research is the opportunities and incentives for the economic development of Uzbekistan. Research methods. The theoretical basis for the research was the works of scientists on the issues of cooperative-integration relations in the agro-industrial complex. In the process of research, the following methods were used: abstract-logical, monographic, comparative analysis, etc. Research hypothesis. Understanding property relations as, first of all, constantly changing social relations. Presentation of the main material. The transformation of property relations occurs not only and not so much under the influence of external factors, but also primarily as a result of the implementation of an immanent internal logic emanating from the historical dynamics of development. Originality and practical value. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of theoretical and scientific-methodological approaches to solving the ecological and economic problems of the region's development. Therefore, the development of startups in business ecosystems should be considered both from a theoretical and practical point of view. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of startups in Ukraine in the context of the functioning of business ecosystems. The object of research is startups in the context of the functioning of business ecosystems. Methods used in the study: systematization and generalization, comparative and monographic analysis, detailing, coherence. The hypothesis of the study was the assumption that start-ups are the backbone of the business ecosystem, and it is advisable to provide support to start-ups through the subjects of their life support - various environmental agents and institutions. Presentation of the main material: according to the results of studies of the theoretical and practical aspects of the problems of development of startups in Ukraine in the context of the functioning of business ecosystems, it has been established that there is still a discussion on determining the essence of a business ecosystem, but startups are the system-forming beginning. Two main types of ecosystems and components of business ecosystems with appropriate coherence are identified. The advantages, disadvantages and general characteristics of business ecosystems are determined, which made it possible to characterize the modern Ukrainian startup market. It has been established that it is advisable to provide support to start-ups through the subjects of their life support, that is, various environmental agents and institutions. The originality and practical significance of the study lies in establishing the coherence of the components (terms) of the business ecosystem and the conclusion about the need for assistance for the development of business ecosystems from the state. Conclusions and prospects for further research. Studies of the theoretical and practical aspects of the problems of development of startups in the context of the functioning of business ecosystems made it possible to draw a conclusion about the system-forming beginning of startups and about the constituent business ecosystems that have coherence. It has been determined that there are two main types of ecosystems that have advantages, disadvantages and corresponding characteristics that affect the characteristics of the modern startup market in Ukraine. An analysis of the obstacles in the development of startups in Ukraine made it possible to focus on the need to support startups from the state. The purpose of the study: analysis of the level of cinema tourism in the world and in Ukraine, taking into account the available natural, historical and cultural resources that will be used for domestic cinema tourism, and will be the basis for creating new tourist routes and hospitality enterprises for various tourists, as well as for the east of the country. Research methods: in the process of scientific work were used general and special methods of scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, statistical analysis, analogy and quantitative and qualitative comparison. Research hypothesis: it is assumed that the development of cinema tourism and related hospitality enterprises as components of the tourism industry in the regions of Ukraine should be based on a set of theoretical principles, historical background and current socio-economic circumstances of each region. Research results: The review of theoretical aspects and historical facts of cinema tourism development allowed to clarify its definition and supplement the existing classification of its types. Analysis of cinema tourism development trends in Ukraine shows that, despite the already interesting film products, thorough historical and cultural heritage and infrastructural resources of the hospitality industry, the country is only taking the first steps towards implementing this innovative tool for tourism and hospitality. Owners of hospitality establishments in the regions that are popularized in modern Ukrainian cinema and television programs already have a significant benefit. Goremykin, O. Grishchenko. Consideration of financial leasing as a form of attracting investment resources of the enterprise is devoted to the research of B. Nakonechny, K. Zakhozhaya, A. Lyashanova. A research aim is to consider the features of the use of financial leasing as a tool for investing in the renewal of fixed assets of domestic enterprises. The basic hypothesis of research is the assumption that financial leasing is a profitable source of funding for the replacement of obsolete equipment with new ones. Exposition of basic material. The concept of \"financial lease\" is defined, according to the current legislation, the characteristics, positive and negative sides of the financial instrument are given. Originality and practical meaningfulness. The practical significance is determined by the prospects of using financial leasing to encourage industrial enterprises to upgrade fixed assets. The implementation of these decisions requires an appropriate interpretation of the diffusions of accounting and financial interaction of economic entities and their socio-economic status. The aim of the article is to characterize the existing variability of diffusions of accounting and financial interaction of economic entities, to identify problems in the interpretation of the definition of \"diffusion of accounting and financial interaction\" of economic entities. The subject of research is the conceptual aspects of the variability of accounting and financial interaction of economic entities in the field of design and implementation of social change. The research hypothesis is the causal relationship of the impact of social transformations on the economic effectiveness of the interaction of economic entities based on the socio-economic concept of variability of diffusion of interaction and synergy from its implementation. Methods used in the study: comparison, comparison, systems and analytical approaches, generalization and classification, dialectical and formal logic. Presenting main material. It is established that the rational adaptation to modern socio-cultural, financial, economic and civilizational changes, which through unconscious spread very quickly penetrate into Ukrainian society is the basis for the introduction of innovative platforms for accounting and financial cooperation of economic entities. It is emphasized that the imperatives of innovative interaction of business entities are the generation and development of new accounting and financial knowledge, development and implementation of interaction ideas at a new level of perception. The originality and practical significance of the results is the possibility of applying the recommendations to improve accounting and analytical and financial control procedures, improve the efficiency of business processes of economic entities in modern conditions. The issues of evaluating the efficiency of procurement activities of consumer cooperatives of the Republic of Belarus are considered. The existing system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of harvesting activities is given. The purpose of the study is to characterize the performance indicators of the procurement activities of consumer cooperation in the Republic of Belarus. The methodological basis of the study was modern legislative and regulatory legal acts regulating the economic activities of organizations. Research objectives, goal achievement and problem solving are focused on the use of chain substitution methods and mathematical analysis, which, complementing each other, provide accurate information about the degree of influence of factor indicators on the resulting indicators, which is necessary for organizations to rank areas that enhance economic security. The main hypothesis of the study was the assumption of the possibility and expediency of forming a system of indicators for assessing the economic security of organizations. Presentation of the main material. Additional indicators are proposed that, in the opinion of the authors, make it possible to more fully assess the effectiveness of harvesting activities. The market economy requires from the existing variety to choose such methods and indicators that would be quite simple in calculations and at the same time quite informative. The originality and practical significance is confirmed by the tools we proposed, which include factor and resulting indicators in their organic interaction, which makes it possible to objectively assess the economic security of organizations. The practical significance of the study also lies in the fact that these methods are applicable in all organizations, regardless of their economic and legal status, since they are built on general economic postulates and provide for the specifics of the current economic situation in the modern era. Conclusions and prospects for further research. An analysis of performance indicators and methods for calculating them allows us to conclude that there are many approaches to evaluation in economics. The market economy requires from the whole variety to choose such methods that would be quite simple in calculations and at the same time allow you to make an accurate and unambiguous conclusion about how effective the enterprise was in the reporting period, where mistakes were made and where the greatest successes were achieved. The mentioned thesis needs formalization of descriptors of socio-economic systems and identification of basic management contours. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the necessity of using a systematic approach to the construction of the socio-economic system construct based on the identification of relevant descriptors and management contours. The methodological basis of the study was a combination of the Marxist school of political economy, the modern economic mainstream and unorthodox currents within the systemic paradigm. The main hypothesis of the study was the assumption regarding the possibility and feasibility of using descriptive methodology of systems identification to the needs of management of socio-economic systems. Statement of the basic material. On the basis of the analysis, a certain basis is provided for the formation of correlations of correspondence of the descriptors of the national socio-economic system to the corresponding axiomatic conditions and basic components. It is proved that the dualistic understanding of the individual as an economic and institutional basic element of the socio-economic system is fully appropriate to the understanding of the essence of the national economy. Institutions should be seen as a structure of connections that combine the elements into a unified integrity. It is proved that the state and its institutions play a dialectical role in ensuring the integral existence of the national socio-economic system of market type. Originality and practical significance of the research. The resulting theoretical and methodological concept has theoretical significance and can be transformed into relevant tools for the development of scientific and practical recommendations on the management of socio-economic systems. Conclusions and prospects for further research. The results of generalization of theoretical statements on the essence and content of the definitions of \"socio-economic system\" and \"national economy\" led to the conclusion about the impossibility of considering the economic subsystem (national economy) separately from other subsystems. The expediency and sufficiency of the use of the definition \"national socio-economic system\" as more acceptable for solving the dialectical unity of social and economic subsystems of society was proved. The purpose of the article is to generalize and systematize the concept of \"financial potential\", analysis of existing methods of its estimation, the advantages and disadvantages identification, the possibility of application in practice. The object of research is the industrial enterprises financial potential and methods of its estimation. Methods used in the study: methods of scientific knowledge, namely analysis and synthesis, induction, measurement, observation, formalization, logical-analytical techniques, as well as the methodological apparatus of financial analysis and mathematical statistics. The main hypothesis of the study is the assumption that the diagnosis of the enterprises financial potential should be based on methods whose use will allow to correctly and unambiguously interpret their results, avoid bias and other shortcomings that reduce the quality of the enterprises financial potential estimation. The study found that the enterprise financial potential is one of the most important characteristics of its financial condition, associated with the level of attractiveness to creditors and investors and is characterized by available financial opportunities.
