The sample was isolated from genomic DNA using the KIT GENE AID method using GO TAQ Green PCR Mix material and universal primer pairs LCO1490 and HCO2198 to determine the expression of the amplified COI gene (PCR). The PCR results were sent to First Base CO (Malaysia) for sequencing. The sequence length of the COI gene sequencing of the genus Tripneustes from NTT waters using universal primers LCO1490 and HCO2198 was 690-700 bp. The results showed that the genetic diversity of the sea urchin population in the coastal waters of Sumba was 0.83516 while the value of nucleotide diversity was 0.00516. The total genetic distance ranged from 0.000-0.010. All population genetic distances are still relatively low because genetic distances less than 0.010-0.099 are included in the low category. This close genetic distance causes connectivity between the two populations because there is gene flow. Sarana Meditama Metropolitan, Tbk (SAME) as one of the Helathcare Subsector companies that has gone public. This research is a comparative descriptive study by comparing the Financial Distress measurement model using the Z-Score Altman, Springate model and Zwijewski model at PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan, Tbk before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the study conclude that there are differences in the measurement of Financial Distress using the Altman Z-Score during 2019 to 2020 in unhealthy financial conditions with results Z = 0.76 and Z = 0.19. While the conditions in 2021 are in healthy condition with a value of Z = 3.81. The Springate model states that during 2019 – 2021 financial conditions are not healthy with  Z < 0.862. BUM Desa is an alternative program in village development efforts, village development that focuses on community empowerment and village economic empowerment. The purpose of this study is to know and describe the implications of the existence of BUM Desa Annur in Purwodadi Village on the efforts to develop Purwodadi Village, as well as to know and describe the factors that affect the development of BUM Desa Annur. Research i This is qualitative with a descriptive approach and uses purposive sampling techniques. Data is collected through interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. Data is analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. Based on the results of research implications for the existence of BUM Desa Annur on the development efforts of Purwodadi Village is the occurrence of economic improvement of village communities which is indicated by an increase in the number of UMKM business units in rural communities, and also the absorption of labor as a result of the increasing number of community business units. There are two factors that affect the development of BUM Desa Annur, first the factors supporting the development of BUM Annur Village, namely the people of Purwodadi Village, are the majority of UMKM business actors so that they have superior UMKM potential. This results in a prediction of the GRDP value increasing to Rp. 28,853,394.42 and the need for investment/investment to increase GRDP in Lamongan Regency is Rp. 15,580,832,990,000.00. If the leadership style and giving motivation are not paid attention to, then there will be a decrease in work performance/achievement.
