The implementation of regional development in Lamongan Regency is expected to have good progress and can produce stimulation in regional development. Various efforts have been made by the local government in advancing Lamongan Regency with the aim of attracting investors to increase GRDP and Regional Income, as well as having a direct impact on development equity. In this situation, there needs to be a phenomenal instrument to encourage the investment climate based on Lamongan Regency Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Investment and it will have a positive impact on the economy of Lamongan Regency. by providing a favorable investment climate. The implementation of regional development in Lamongan Regency is expected to have good progress and can produce stimulation in regional development. Various efforts have been made by the local government in advancing Lamongan Regency with the aim of attracting investors to increase GRDP and Regional Income, as well as having a direct impact on development equity. In this situation, there needs to be a phenomenal instrument to encourage the investment climate based on Lamongan Regency Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Investment and it will have a positive impact on the economy of Lamongan Regency. \nGRDP of Lamongan Regency in 2017-2021 illustrates the value of GRDP that has fluctuated, economic structure based on business sector, the rate of economic growth of a region, increases in general prices, determination of base and non-base sectors, development of investment value based on targets and realization, development of gross fixed capital formation , investment opportunities are seen through the ICOR approach. \nThe Role of Lamongan Regency Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Investment to GDP in 2022, using the ICOR value, it is possible to predict the amount of investment in the four sectors, namely the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sectors of Rp. 7,115,508,510,000.00, the Manufacturing sector is Rp. 12,289,068,850,000.00, wholesale and retail trade sector; Car and Motorcycle Repair Rp. 21,761,325,480,000.00, for the Real Estate sector of Rp. 2,809,442,040,000.00. This results in a prediction of the GRDP value increasing to Rp. 28,853,394.42 and the need for investment/investment to increase GRDP in Lamongan Regency is Rp. 15,580,832,990,000.00.
