{"title":"ANALISIS AGEN TURNOVER,TARGET PENJUALA DAN REALISASINYA PADA PT ASURANSI JIWA CENTRAL ASIA PERWAKILAN MALANG","authors":"Tri Indah Estiani","doi":"10.58487/akrabjuara.v7i4.1961","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Indonesia community in general has not constituted community which is insurance minded.In community that has not been insurance minded it almost never exists one who with his own awereness comes to the insurance office to buy life insurance polis,so that insurance companies in Indonesia badly need those persons who  are skilled and ready for use to give understanding of the benefit of life insurance and at one to invite then to buy life insurance policy.Thus the company will be faced to a problem if agents who are skilled and ready for use mentioned exit from the company. \n            In conformity with above problem,so this study takes the title ANALISIS OF THE AGENT TURNOVER,SELLING TARGET AND IS REALIZATION IN PT ASURANSI JIWA CENTRAL ASIA RAYA MALANG REPRESENTATIVE.This study aims to know and analize the level of agent turnover in PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya Malang Representative and its influence on the realization of mean selling and also to know and analyze there is meaningful difference or not between the mean selling target and mean selling realization. \nThe submitted hypothesis in this study namely: \n \nAgent turnover at PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya Malang Representative is still high \nAgent turnover has meaningful negative effwct on the mean selling realization. \nIt occurs meaningful difference between mean selling target and the mean selling realization. 摘要

印度尼西亚社区总体上还没有形成具有保险意识的社区。在没有保险意识的社区,几乎从来没有一个人带着自己的意识来到保险公司购买人寿保险,所以印度尼西亚的保险公司非常需要那些熟练的、随时可用的人来了解人寿保险的好处,并邀请他们购买人寿保险单。因此,如果提到的有技能和准备使用的代理离开公司,公司将面临问题。针对上述问题,本研究选取了PT ASURANSI JIWA中亚拉雅玛郎代理商的营业额、销售目标及其实现情况进行分析。本研究旨在了解和分析PT Asuransi Jiwa中亚拉雅玛琅代表处的代理人离职水平及其对平均销售实现的影响,并了解和分析平均销售目标与平均销售实现之间是否存在有意义的差异。本研究提出的假设为:PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya Malang Representative的代理商流失率仍然很高,代理商流失率对平均销售变现有显著的负向影响。平均销售目标与平均销售实现之间存在显著差异。对问题的分析采用了劳动力流动率公式、简单线性回归、相关分析、ABC公式和t检验。所使用的数据是从1985年到1989年的数据。根据研究结果和所进行的测试,可以得出如下结论:其中发生在PT Asuransi Jiwa中亚拉雅公司玛琅代表处的代理商流失率仍然很高,这一案例每年高达51129%,这意味着其代理商流失率比其标准高出40%。代理人离职量的大小对平均保单销售和平均保证金额销售的实现都有显著的负向影响。因此,如果代理人流动率下降,则平均保单变现率和平均保额变现率提高。通过统计检验,平均卖出目标与平均卖出变现之间存在显著性差异,同样,对于保证金额,平均卖出目标与平均卖出变现之间也存在显著性差异。根据上述的研究结果和检验,可以看出,要提高平均销售变现,可以通过降低代理商的流失率来实现,即提高方向、关注度和激励,对没有达到销售目标的代理商提高佣金及其激励,对达到销售目标的代理商给予额外的奖金,这与公司的能力相适应
