Expansion of the range of drugs with high therapeutic efficacy of the domestic market, including original dosage forms, are the priority tasks of the Ministry of Health within the framework of the state program of the Government of the Russian Federation "Development of Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry" dated December 29, 2021 with a term until 2030. One of the solutions to this problem at the stage of development of innovative dosage forms is the use of solid dispersions technology, which can provide prolonged action and sufficient stability. This is evidenced by the results of scientific research and obtaining solid dispersed systems based on various drug substances. The review is devoted to types of solid dispersions, general advantages of their application in pharmaceutical practice, evaluation of disadvantages and possibility of their correction. The list of polymers and substances of non-polymeric nature acting as carriers of solid dispersions is presented. The main methods of their preparation are reviewed, including industrial production: melt extrusion, used for drugs with not very high melting points; spray drying for drugs soluble in at least one volatile solvent and co-precipitation, used for drugs with high melting points and low solubility in common organic solvents. The use of a combination of preparation methods allows choices to be made regarding the optimal use of solid dispersions in dosage forms. Recent advances in the field of solid dispersions are described, as well as pharmaceuticals based on them, registered with the Ministry of Health of Russia.

Based on the research conducted in a questionnaire format, the results of an analysis of the reasons and factors that influenced women’s decision to terminate their pregnancy are presented. The results of the research have shown that the leading cause of abortion is unplanned pregnancy which arose against the background of difficult social conditions and financial difficulties. In 70% of cases, women who chose abortion had not been informed about modern methods of contraception as well as about its consequences and complications. 80% of respondents have noted that they did not have the opportunity to share their fears and experiences with qualified specialists having found themselves in a difficult life situation at the time of making a decision. In a number of cases, a previously performed abortion was complicated by the development of acute metroendometrium and salpingoophoritis in 26.7%, cervicitis in 6.8% of cases, and 3.4% of respondents were operated on due to tubal pregnancy. Thus, the results of the research have shown that it is important to solve this problem by creating an accessible information environment telling about the dangers of abortion and alternative methods of contraception for women of different age groups. For their effective implementation, it is necessary not only to bring regulatory and legal acts in line with modern technological innovations, but also to take into account the point of view of the users of such systems - patients, pharmacists and doctors. In order to identify the opinion of pharmacists about the current state of the system and their satisfaction, a survey was conducted. For this purpose, we used a questionnaire, tested for reliability (Cronbach's alpha measurement) and validity (Pearson correlation coefficient estimation). The results of the questionnaire, literature review, regulatory and legal documents allowed us to conduct a PEST-analysis with the establishment of political, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors that influence the system, as well as a SWOT-analysis with the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the system. Its advantages, with which most of the interviewed specialists agree, include reduction of medical errors in prescribing, increased protection of users' personal data, contribution to the fight against fake prescriptions. Strengths include simplified pharmaceutical review of prescriptions, no need to analyze doctors' handwriting and simplified dispensing of medicines. Weaknesses include various technical failures, lack of or insufficient training. It is important to note that more than half (54%) of the surveyed pharmacists encounter difficulties when working with the system. In addition, recommendations for the improvement of this system were proposed, taking into account the data of sociological research, PEST-analysis and SWOT-analysis.

Limited budgetary resources and the high cost of anticancer therapy create unfavorable conditions for organizing the proper level of drug care for patients with cancer, which forces healthcare participants to find ways and tools that would open up opportunities to increase drug availability in compliance with the principles of rational use of financial resources and the involvement of pharmaceutical specialists along with other healthcare participants. Prostate cancer is one of the most difficult to treat and, as a result of its development, leads to disability among the population. Moreover, the etiology of prostate tumors has not been determined to this day, which causes a high level of diagnosis in the final stages with the manifestation of metastases and aggravation of existing concomitant diseases (with an average patient age of 70 years), which makes it difficult to choose therapy aimed more at maintaining quality life rather than a complete cure. In connection with the above, the choice of therapeutically effective and safe drugs used in the treatment of malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland is one of the key points in providing adequate therapy and improving the quality of life of patients. This study is devoted to the method of expert assessment of the effectiveness and safety of anticancer drugs used in the treatment of malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland as a tool for creating rational lists for the treatment of malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland under conditions of a limited budget. Presents: stages of expert assessment; the structure of the questionnaire used to collect data on the therapeutic efficacy and safety of anticancer drugs; parameters for assessing the competence of oncologists-urologists; parameters for assessing drugs used in the treatment of malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland (therapeutic effectiveness, adverse reactions, ease of use, compatibility with other drugs, tolerability of drugs by patients with prostate cancer), as well as the results of expert assessment in the form of lists of effective and safe drugs for each stage prostate cancer, used at the inpatient and outpatient level of medical care, as well as offered in a pharmacy organization.

Epidemiological studies of diseases of the circulatory system show that this nosological form is one of the leading causes of mortality among all other pathologies detected in most regions of the Russian Federation and around the world. Over the past decade, there has been a significant increase in the incidence of this pathology. The aim of the study is to study the dynamics of mortality in the Krasnoyarsk region from diseases of the circulatory system, as well as problems in the system of prevention, early diagnosis, medical care and rehabilitation of patients. Materials and methods. The analysis was carried out on the basis of information materials of the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System, the Federal State Statistics Service, documents of regional executive authorities in the field of healthcare. Statistical indicators of morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular diseases from 2011 to 2021 (per 100,000 population) were studied; the results obtained in the Krasnoyarsk region were compared with those in the Russian Federation as a whole. To assess the general and annual trend, its degree of reliability, a trend line was constructed and the value of the approximation coefficient R2 was calculated, which in all cases turned out to be acceptable. The results of the study. Regional mortality rates from diseases of the circulatory system differed from the national average. From 2012 to 2018, there was a slight downward trend, however, in 2019-2022, an increase in this indicator was recorded by more than 9%. In the Krasnoyarsk region, the trend line turned out to be slightly lower than the average for the Russian Federation during the period from 2012 to 2017. However, if in 2012 the difference was more than 15%, by the end of 2017 the gap had narrowed to 2%. Further, it almost coincided with that on average in the Russian Federation, and after 2019 it turned out to be higher. With the introduction and implementation of the regional program "Fight against cardiovascular diseases", a noticeable decrease in mortality was noted. The conclusion was made about the need for further implementation of this program, its continuous improvement and exchange of experience with other regions.

Purpose: to analyze the literature to study the impact of art therapy elements on the psycho-emotional state of children and adolescents with cancer during treatment. General information. Children undergoing treatment for cancer often have psycho-emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety and report concerns about hair loss, nausea and fatigue, lower ability to perform physical activities, and expectations of dissatisfaction with life in the future. Negative self-perception of body image leads to low self-esteem and affects the ability to form healthy relationships with peers. Neurocognitive dysfunction (decreased speed of information processing, attention, memory) leads to low academic and professional success, poor self-esteem and behavioral or emotional disorders. Art therapy techniques such as fairy tale therapy, game therapy, drawing and creativity therapy effectively influence the psycho-emotional status of patients, help children get rid of painful feelings and cope with their anxiety, help improve well-being, relieve pain, etc. Psychotherapy provided to cancer patients in childhood in a timely manner will help improve the psycho-emotional state associated with the disease and treatment. Currently, the use of transperitoneal and retroperitoneal approaches in surgery for lesions of the aorta and iliac arteries remains necessary. In our previous studies, we expressed an opinion about the relationship between the choice of surgical approach and the constitutional parameters of the patient based on a study of postoperative results in reconstructions of the aorto -femoral segment. We believe that the patient's constitutional parameters are one of the key factors that should be taken into account when choosing a surgical approach.\u0000Purpose of the study. Assessing the significance of the influence of the patient’s constitutional parameters on the development of life-threatening postoperative complications when using laparotomy and retroperitoneal approaches.\u0000Materials and methods. The study included 284 patients who underwent aorto-bifurcation femoral bypass/prosthetics for lesions of the aorta and iliac arteries of types C and D according to the international classification TASC II. The patients were divided into groups according to the surgical approach used: group I (n = 160) - laparotomic approach, group II (n = 124) - retroperitoneal approach, according to C. Rob. In the groups, the number of development of life-threatening complications of stage III - IV was assessed according to the Clavien - Dindo classification and deaths. Between patients with and without the development of the above-described complications in groups I and II, the values of constitutional parameters were compared, which allow assessing the presence or absence of excess body weight and the type of visceral obesity of the patient, based on the patient’s skeletal structure: height, weight, body mass index, abdominal circumference, cost-iliac distance, epigastric angle, xiphoid-pubic distance.\u0000Results. A comparative analysis of the total number of development of life-threatening complications and mortality did not show a significant difference between patients in the studied groups, however, the number of development of gastrointestinal complications in group II was significantly lower than in group I, and amounted to 1 (0.8%) vs 10 (6.2%) respectivelyclinical observations (p* = 0.019). The Kruskal-Wallis analysis revealed that the indicators: weight, BMI, abdominal circumference, costal - iliac distance and epigastric angle, have a significant difference between patients with and without life-threatening complications in groups I and II (p*** < 0.05), while height and xiphoid-pubic distance did not confirm the statistical significance of their influence on the development of such complications in the studied groups.\u0000Conclusion.
