The author identifies the main trends in the use of traditional approaches and innovative tools for regulating labor relations in the two countries. It is indicated that the modern system of labor law is increasingly focused on the possibility of prompt response to various situations that arise in the labor market and in the practice of labor relations. To ensure such a prompt response, legal regulation tools are created that are not provided for by the norms of codified labor law, however, ensuring the national interests of countries and peoples. It was determined that the UAE has sufficient experience in such regulation, proving its effectiveness, while Russia can use this experience to ensure the further development of the labor law system, focused on the national security of the country.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. In Russia, the situation is quite difficult. The incidence extends to the East of Moscow. One of the essential areas of analysis of the consequences of COVID-19 pandemic is human potential. Our assumptions that the total mortality losses from various causes in 2020 will be higher than before the spread of this infection have been confirmed. A serious demographic challenge for our country is the fact that according to preliminary data, as of January 1, 2021, the total population has decreased by 510,405 people compared to the beginning of 2020. The weakest areas in the field of social development in Russia are: low life expectancy; high level of poverty; widespread gender inequality. All three of these factors are negatively affected by the COVID-19 epidemic. During a pandemic, there is an urgent need for decision makers to find a balance between reasonable restrictions and respect for the rights and freedoms of citizens.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. Negotiations between the parties to establish a new format of cooperation have been ongoing since 2013. Azerbaijan seeks the status of a strategic partner in the integration association, while the EU sees Baku as one of the partners in the Eastern Partnership and the broader European Neighborhood Policy (ENP). The author compares three draft documents proposed in different years as a basis for negotiations — the Strategic Modernization Partnership of 2013, the unnamed draft of 2015, which expanded the PCA, and finally the Partnership Priorities adopted in 2018. The author highlights the main aspects of the ENP in the last decade and examination of its Instruments — documents adopted to implement the ENP. The author also proposes four main systemic factors that have influenced the development of relations between the parties: the EU position on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijan's energy potential, the deterioration of relations between the EU and Russia, as well as the experience of other post-Soviet countries in the process of European integration.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. Methodological, general philosophical approaches to its definition in the system of demographic and national security of Russia are considered. The concepts of \"demographic threat\", \"threat to demographic development\" are analyzed. In a historical retrospective, the errors of refusal in some cases from the eastern vector of development, for geopolitical and demographic development, are considered. It is noted that the eastern territorial communities have long been distinguished by the mentality of a special \"magic of the earth\", an important factor in demographic and national security. The role of population dynamics and age-sex structure of the population is considered as the most important conditions for ensuring demographic security, a qualitative criterion of demographic well-being, the definition of which was proposed by S. Ryazantsev. The presence of such eastern regions, subject to, according to L.L. The situation in the sphere of economic security has aggravated under the conditions of sanctions, in connection with which today the country faces the task of institutional support for economic reforms. In what types of economic activity has the decline in employment become particularly painful for migrants? What is their financial situation? How ready are they to leave Russia if transport links are restored? What are their immediate and long-term plans related to work and life in Russia? The second focus of the study is on potential migrants who were unable to enter Russia after international transport links were severed. What is their economic situation at home? How quickly are they going to go to Russia in case of the removal of restrictions on international travel? To what extent will their arrival deter the fear of a coronavirus pandemic? What are their short — and long-term plans for staying in Russia? This report is based on an online survey of 2,695 foreign citizens, as well as a telephone survey (CATI) of 300 migrant workers in the Moscow megalopolis conducted in the first half of June 2020.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. The forward and backward linkage between the COVID-19 pandemic and international tourism is highlighted. The current state and further development prospects of the global tourism business are assessed on the example of the global crises that have taken place before. The authors have studied the current characteristics of the sector in the context of the continuing impact of protective measures involving population’s limited mobility and social distancing, a general assessment of the current global crisis impact on international and regional tourism is given. Further, the authors consider the need of tourism industry adaptation to new conditions, provide examples of modern tourism development, and identify areas that are most promising in terms of restoring the sector in the post-pandemic period. Since the current trends, according to experts, will be relevant in 2021, the authors determine the need for continuing adaptation of the sector to new conditions, taking into account the implementation of a sustainable development policy, and assess the prospects for the sector’s recovery during the crisis and post-crisis periods as an object of state policy within the framework of the \"green\" transformation of the economy.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. International migrants are a group of very vulnerable people who are directly and indirectly affected by Covid-19. They face additional barriers rather than the locals, such as language barrier, border closure, visa barrier, etc. The aim of this article is to discuss impacts of Coronavirus COVID-19 on Iranian immigrants’ lives in Russia and Turkey. The 1979 Islamic Revolution led to unprecedented numbers of Iranians leaving their home country. Although many Iranian have immigrated to both countries in the last decades, the forms and patterns of migration of Iranians to these two countries are different. And Turkey has been one of the main countries of destination for Iranian immigrants and it also acted as a transit country for Iranian refugees that left Turkey to Europe. And Russia on the other hand, in the last years, hosts Iranian students who form the most number of immigrants in this country. The qualitative approach, grounded theory is used in this research. We interviewed four Iranian immigrants in Russia and three Iranian immigrants in Turkey online in platform zoom in the Persian language, the age range of our interviewees was from 18-35 years old, two of the interviewees were women and five men. Findings in this study show that language barrier, financial instability, access to information, and in some cases discriminations have been the most important problems that Iranians faced during the pandemic in these two countries. However, they believe that the two countries were quite successful in adapting themselves to the new pattern of life.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. Series 1.
