The study attempts to study the peculiarities of migration movement of the region's population in the context of its demographic development dynamics of the Tyumen region. The purpose of the study is to identify the contribution of migration to demographic dynamics and the formation of the regional population structure, and to determine the socio-demographic consequences of migration. Migration attitudes and the migratory mobility of the population of the region are also highlighted. It has been determined that migration not only augments the population of the region but also forms the structure of population with a higher share of migrants. This is a prerequisite for a high level of migratory attitudes among the population of the region with a view to moving to other regions of the country or abroad. The realization of migratory attitudes depends on a variety of circumstances and the most realistic migration destinations for the inhabitants of the region are Moscow and St. Petersburg. The study also reveals a widespread among the population of the region of migration mobility associated with employment — rotational, pendulum and seasonal migration.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. As a rule, the successful development of one or several company towns and old industrial areas and the measures that led to success are considered. It is relevant to study a little-researched phenomenon — unsuccessful, abandoned company towns in developed foreign countries. In the context of applying foreign experience to Russia, it is necessary to compare the historical path of development of company towns in Russia and foreign countries. In the foreign experience of support, it is advisable to identify alternative known ways of supporting company towns, as well as to consider in more detail the causes of the decline of city-forming enterprises, the reasons for the successful re-profiling of the territory or its decline. The analysis of these trends will allow us to place the development of domestic and foreign company towns in the right factor space and suggest new ways of developing company towns, taking into account the conducted research. The study used domestic and foreign sources of scientific literature about the development of single-industry towns abroad and in Russia. To assess the historical development of foreign monotowns, websites, information portals on the development of foreign territories, and national registers of historical places were used. To assess the development of the city-forming enterprises of the old industrial territories, data from foreign business publications were used. The main methods in the study were comparative, comparative analysis, historical-chronological method, analysis of literature sources, media analysis, content analysis of documents on the development of companies-owners of city-forming enterprises.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. The author substantiates that an integral part of the banking audit, in particular the audit of currency risks, is an audit analysis, which is a comprehensive approach that includes a set of methods and techniques that allow the auditor to deeply and comprehensively study the situation in the field of currency risk management of a commercial bank. In this article, the author proposes a comprehensive methodology that allows you to explore the currency risk of a commercial bank based on the analysis of financial and economic indicators that characterize the bank's activities in the foreign exchange market. Taking the achievements of foreign specialists, the author proposed a comprehensive methodology of audit analysis aimed at reducing the level of currency risk of a commercial bank. The audit analysis concerning the currency risks of a commercial bank is proposed to be carried out according to a scheme covering several stages. The use in analysis, in comparison with other methods, eliminates the ambiguity of assessing the influence of factors when changing the sequence of their calculation and allows you to get the most accurate result. The data obtained allow auditors to form an objective picture of the situation in the field of foreign exchange transactions of a commercial bank, to determine those positions that most affect the level of currency risk, to formulate recommendations for its reduction. During the audit, it is recommended to compare the growth rates of income and expenses, as well as to determine the coefficients of their elasticity. The latter are calculated as the ratio of the income growth rate to the cost growth rate.The successful operation of commercial banks in the foreign exchange markets largely depends on the effectiveness of currency risk management. The analysis of currency risk is important for the analysis of currency risk, which is an integral part of the audit aimed at obtaining objective data that contributes to the formation of an audit opinion on this type of risk and the development of recommendations to reduce it.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review. Direct and indirect restrictions related to the ban on the supply of equipment, import and export of products, force us to pay close attention to the risks associated with the activities of city-forming enterprises and possible prospects for the development of monopolistic settlements of the Ural macroregion. The article examines the current socio-economic and demographic situation of single-industry settlements of the Ural Federal District. A preliminary assessment of the impact of restrictive measures on the economy of the regions is given. The current data on demographic potential, migration trends and the role of city-forming enterprises in the labor market of single-industry settlements are presented. A typology of monopopulations has been created that are most susceptible to economic downturn due to sanctions pressure. The data is analyzed and the location of Lebanese diasporas in different parts of the world is considered. Lebanese immigrant communities around the world make up the largest groups of Arab immigrants. As a diaspora, Lebanese communities have historical roots in almost every corner of the world. A more significant fact of the migration of Lebanese society is considered to be the beginning of the second half of the 19th century, the Lebanese immigrated to America, Africa and Northern Europe. Many factors have contributed to the spread of Lebanese society around the world. Lebanon has a free market economy and a strong commercial tradition of non-interference. The government does not restrict foreign investment, but the investment climate suffers from bureaucracy, corruption, arbitrary licensing decisions, complex customs procedures, high taxes, tariffs and fees, archaic legislation, and inadequate protection of intellectual property rights [4. Р. 143]. The idea of a diaspora-a dispersed ethnic group spanning national borders-has been revived by the intensity of global processes over the past few decades towards understanding the immigrant experience. In its Greek origin, the term diaspora means the scattering of seeds and thus means an association with migration and colonization, implying acculturation and assimilation while preserving an ingrained tradition. Also, the diaspora captures much of our analytical and popular imagination and requires explanatory power in describing the presence and conditions of the immigrant population. Understanding their position as a product of global economic, political and cultural dynamics, Lebanese immigrants demonstrate forms of identification, social ties and ways of cultural expression that take into account the global diaspora consciousness [2. Р. 82]. The diaspora, on the other hand, provides an entry into the study of the global situation and the dynamics of the economy. It should be noted that the Lebanese diaspora is an important group for studying the dynamics of immigration and how immigrants are affected by global economic, political and cultural processes.","PeriodicalId":255412,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Review.
