Largely it has established the rules of world politics with its allies. Even in some areas (an example is the Iraq war), it acted unilaterally to achieve its foreign policy goals. But with the rise of China in the last couple of decades the balance of power is changing in some regions. Especially in the South China Sea where the United States has many allies and also its troops, China is asserting its power. The US is no longer the hegemon states in the South China Sea to develop rules of the game. The United States is working passionately to rebalance China in the South China Sea. The results of this rebalancing strategy are still unclear but it has created vulnerabilities for regional peace. This paper will analyze the great powers (the United States and China) competition in the South China Sea. It will explain the effect of this rivalry on regional peace. Secondary data is used in the study. The mapping, monitoring, measuring, and management of many elements of the built, natural, and biophysical environments are all made possible through satellite remote sensing. Remote sensing is a crucial tool for advancing solutions and offers useful insights into urgent environmental concerns. Thus, data collection for efficient resource management in Ghana has shown to be greatly aided by remote sensing, which may also be used for environmental monitoring and management. Because of this, it is crucial for remote sensing technology to progress in order to acquire data more effectively and efficiently, which helps with rapid change detection, sustainable environmental management, and sustainability. This review's goal was to provide a thorough analysis of the literature on Ghana's use of remote sensing for environmental management and sustainability. Wiley, Taylor & Francis, Science Direct (Elsevier), and Scopus (Elsevier) were a few of the databases used for the review. The findings indicate that there are numerous remote sensing applications for sustainable environmental management in Ghana, including environmental impact assessments of various projects, analyses of changes in land use and land cover, mapping of watersheds and hydrologic features, estimation of soil loss, management of water resources, management of forestry resources, and management of natural disasters. The outcomes also demonstrate that natural, biophysical, and constructed ecosystems might be appropriately monitored and sustainably managed for the benefit of both the present and future generations with the use of remote sensing technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze community empowerment in Ketapanrame Village because it has local potential such as vegetables and fruits and other agricultural products. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: first, the efforts that can be made to make community empowerment successful are Enabling, namely utilizing the potential of the village and its resources to later build Ghanjaran Park tourism, Empowering, namely managing and caring for Ghanjaran Park tourism by providing security and comfort facilities to visitors. and employment opportunities for residents, Protecting, namely making competent efforts to encourage the development of Ghanjaran Park tourism through BUMDES. Second, the inhibiting factors in tourism development are the absence of public transportation, lack of promotion, and limited human resources. Besides, work overload is one of the factors causing burnout among teachers that causes reduced physical and emotional energy (Malik, 2019). The study sought to assess the extent to which administrative support and workload contribute to tutor burnout. The study employed descriptive survey design. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from thirty-five tutors who were purposively sampled for the study. Concerning administrative support, the Principal often explained to teachers what was going on in the College. A majority of tutors agreed that the College created a positive environment and a conducive climate for them to work. However, a majority of tutors in the College agreed that they were not involved in planning school activities. With regard to workload, a majority of tutors accepted that large class sizes increased their workload demands and made it difficult for them to meet the needs of all students. Also, tutors acknowledged that their workload interfered with their family life. It was recommended that College management organise retreats or seminar to discuss issues and intervention plans on burnout with tutors to show concern instead of being silent on the issue. The study aims to examine compliance with occupational health and safety legislation in construction sites in Ghana. The study adopted a quantitative research strategy. Two hundred and one (201) members of construction companies and One hundred and forty-three (143) officers of Regulatory Institutions (RIs) responded to the questionnaires distributed. The findings indicated that construction companies had achieved improved H&S standards compliance because; employees use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) effectively, construction companies allow labour interactions, observe H&S provisions in contract conditions and other relevant safety regulations, control noxious or offensive and highly flammable substances on site. The questionnaires were distributed to 30 employees of the Pesanggrahan Village office in Batu City as respondents. The research design is quantitative associative, with an explanation method that explains the relationship between leadership and organizational culture variables and employee performance. A survey of all respondents, namely village office employees, was used as the sampling technique. Multiple regression techniques are used to test hypotheses, and the model is determined using the correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (R2). Statistical tests show that the value of t-count > t table for leadership is 5,533 > 2,042, demonstrating a direct relationship between leadership and employee performance. There is a correlation between organizational culture and the performance of village officials where the value of t count (3.830) > t table (2.042). While the F test (2.406 < 3.320) as a test interpretation between leadership and organizational culture with village officials' performance also demonstrates the results of an indirect relationship between the two independent variables and the dependent variable. 03< 0.05 and t-count = 5.533> 2.042. So we can conclude that H1 is accepted, implying that X1 and Y have a relationship. The t value is 3.830 > 2.042 and the second hypothesis testing calculation for the relationship between X2 and Y is 0.04< 0.05. This study is an attempt to shed light on some literary facets of modern Saudi Arabic poetry focusing on the concept of homeland as an illustration of the standing of modern Saudi Arabic poetry with a particular indication to a contemporary Saudi poet, Abdus-Salam Hashem Hafeth. It can be right that the progress of Arabic poetry in the present age, among Arab poets, writers, and critics has a positive measure. It is true to generalize that the same would be identical to current innovative Saudi poetry given that it is naturally considered a principal, commanding, and uninterrupted measure of Arabic poetry. The researcher endeavors to illustrate the poet's intellectuality in depicting his glorious city as a representative of his adoration for the big home - the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study commences with a concise introduction. Then, it analytically moves ahead to inspect the noteworthy Saudi poet – Abdus-Salam Hashem Hafeth. After that, the study portrays a critical-analytical attitude to the first four-verse lines of the poem of Hafeth, ‘Nostalgia, Oh my Home’, focusing on the concept of home as its principal theme. The survey research design with questionnaire and interviews as instruments of primary data collection and library research for secondary data was used for the study. The research hinges on Self Determination Theory with simple percentages used for data analysis and chi-square for testing hypothesis. Research findings showed that Flexible Working Arrangements (FWAs) are not yet being practiced in these organizations of study thus they are yet to start harnessing the immense benefits of flexibility in work. The study aimed to determine if there significant difference and relationship between parents’ involvement in modular distance learning and the academic performance of the Grade 6 learners in a public elementary school. The results revealed that parents’ involvement in their child's MDL varies substantially according to their educational attainment and family monthly income. Similarly, the educational attainment of parents and their family's monthly income are predictors of their children's academic achievement. Furthermore, it was disclosed that fathers were more likely than mothers to be involved in the learners' MDL. The findings also revealed that there was a correlation between parents' involvement in modular learning and their children's academic performance. Furthermore, the study supports prior results that parental involvement has a major impact on children's academic achievement. However, there is still a problem in its implementation as no solution fits all problems. Coastal communities’ vulnerable situation is not exempted from climate change impacts, but the fact that it has numerous ecosystems provide basic life support. Thus, this paper is guided by the following objectives 1) determine ecosystems and socioeconomic sectors reliant and dependent on strategies and policies of coastal communities; and 2) examine the current adaptation strategies and activities. Focus group discussions among key officials and document analysis were carried on. After a rigorous examination, it was discovered that coastal communities are reliant on fishery and water resources ecosystem services. In this regard, adaptation options are geared toward the protection of these services to continually provide to local communities.
