A sample of eight (8) banks was drawn out of the 21 deposit money banks (DMBs) for the study. The study made used of secondary which was sourced from the annual reports and accounts of the various banks and analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using OLS method by using the pooled model with the aid of E-VIEW computer software. The findings revealed that Profitability (PROF) and Bank Size (BS) have significant relationship with DP Ratio (DPR) while Liquidity (LIQ) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) does not. The study found a substantial link between DP determinants and DPR in Nigeria DMBs. Since it has the lowest impact on bank DP, the study proposes that banks have optimal loans to deposit to boost LIQ and prevent illiquidity. \u0000Keywords: Dividend Payout, Profitability, Liquidity, Loans and Deposits.

The study used quantitative approach and used survey method for data collection. Based on the sampling approach administered in the three communities along the Volta River namely Fievie, Sogakofe and Tordzikpota, The study generated a usable sample of 160 respondents. The reliability of the measure was tested with internal method of Cronbach alpha and we found satisfactory result. the result shows that along the three communities, river water was used as the main source. The key reasons for using the water source included river being the only source and its proximity to the residence. In terms of perception regarding quality of water, the respondents show that the communities we surveyed mostly considered water clean based on its physical appearance and taste. Aggregate time series data from 1994 to 2020 on these variables were used to test the unit root, cointegration and Hsiao causality bivariate regression model specified for each region. The results are mixed for the two regions: for the East African sub-region, the results suggest that total outlay on well-being does not Hsiao Granger cause GDP but GDP does (portending a one-way Granger causality). The researchers used the agenda-setting theory to analyse the news reports and determined the depth, direction, and dominant frames used to report on the crises. The study lasted eight months, from April 1st to November 30th, 2021, and analysed 732 editions of the selected newspapers using content analysis. The results showed that the depth of coverage of the 2021 gubernatorial election party primaries crisis in Anambra state by the selected newspapers is related to the framing of stories; that the direction of the reportage by the three selected newspapers significantly correlated with journalism frames, and that Conflict frames and Informative frames were the dominant news frames in the coverage.it concluded that the findings emphasised the importance of journalistic frames in shaping media coverage. The recommendations made were that newspapers should utilise their coverage of election crises to further explore the agenda-setting theory, that newspapers should use their coverage of election crises to help manage and resolve crises through communication; that the coverage of gubernatorial election party primary crises should be approached with caution regarding journalistic framing, and that newspapers should use their coverage of gubernatorial election party primary crises to encourage political participation and interaction between voters and candidates. \u0000Keywords: Conflicts, Coverage, Election, Frame, Gubernatorial, Primaries.

Every year, organizations around the world suffer financially and operationally due to the employee involvement in CWB. In present study, we investigate this issue by using the organizational justice and employee engagement perspective. The study aims to test the effects of organizational justice on employee CWB and employee engagement. Additionally, we tested if employee engagement function as a mediator in organizational justice and employee CWB relationship. The study utilized quantitative and cross-sectional approach. Data was collected from manufacturing sector staff (n=212). Validity and reliability was established using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis performed by AMOS. Path analysis was performed for hypotheses testing. Our key findings are that organizational justice dimensions including distributive justice (Beta=-.086, P<.05); procedural justice (Beta=-.084, P<.05); and interactional justice (Beta=-.075, P<.05) has negative and significant effects on employee CWB. We also found that organizational justice dimensions including procedural justice (Beta=.073, P<.05); and interactional justice (Beta=.075, P<.05) has positive and significant effects on employee engagement while result for distributive justice turned out to be insignificant. We also found positive but insignificant effects of employee engagement on CWB (Beta=.032, P>.05). Additionally, we tested the employee engagement as mediator and found that employee engagement significantly mediates between distributive and procedural justice and employee CWB relationship. Based on these findings, we concluded that employee involvement in CWB is not only influenced by personality factors but also influenced by organizational related factors.\u0000Keywords: Justice, Engagement, Counter Work Behavior, Deviance, Manufacturing, Oman.

Nowadays, with the help of new technology, women can track a variety of symptoms, get advice on conceiving, explore pregnancy insights, and even manage irregular periods. A major breakthrough in this domain has recently been done by Flo Period Tracker – the first-period tracking app to publicly announce using artificial intelligence for improving cycle predictions. This study, therefore, evaluated the knowledge and usage of Flo Period and Ovulation Tracker among female students of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University to track their periods and ovulations to understand their sexual health and plan their sexual activities to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Anchored on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the study adopted the survey method with a sample size of 384 drawn from a population of 10,267. The study found that the majority of the students have use the AI-assisted period and ovulation tracker Flo to track and monitor their periods and ovulations from time to time. However, it was found that the intention of usage differs as some use the app to monitor and plan their sexual activities others use the app to monitor their sexual health in the case of irregular menstruation and anovulation to seek medical treatment. The study recommended that Flo should be more interactive by adding voice to the app and be linked to various hospitals users can contact for fast medical attention. \u0000Keywords: Health Information, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge and Usage, Flo Period and Ovulation Tracker.

Eighty-five tutors purposively selected from two Colleges of Education in Ghana constituted the sample for the study. A descriptive survey design was used to provide description of issues related to Job Satisfaction and Commitment among tutors working in Colleges of Education in Ghana. A questionnaire was used to collect data for the study. The results of the study revealed that a majority, of tutors were satisfied with the procedures for promotion since it did not hinder progression. A majority of tutors were satisfied with administrative rules and procedures since they were used as guide to solutions. A majority of tutors were also satisfied with their principal’s actions since they attended to their needs. However, a majority of tutors were not satisfied with vehicle maintenance, overtime, fuel and committee sitting allowances. A majority of tutors were also dissatisfied with their salary compared to the inputs (skills, knowledge, ability and work load). Moreover, gauging the affective, continuance and normative commitment levels among tutors in the selected Colleges of Education for the study, affective commitment recorded the highest mean suggesting that tutors were emotionally attached to their colleges as well as identified themselves with their colleges. However, tutors recorded low mean in continuance commitment, indicating that they had no feelings of obligation to remain with the Colleges of Education. Consequently, it was recommended that the Government of Ghana through the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance should ensure that compensations for tutors of Colleges of Education are as good as that of other public Universities and stakeholders of Colleges of Education should not focus only on monetary compensations in ensuring job satisfaction and commitment of tutors. \u0000Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative \u0000 Commitment.

Hence, the main goal of this study is to explore the contribution of oil production to the national GDP from an oil-dependent economy nexus. Annual time series data on oil production and its growth rate represented the oil production side of the nexus while GDP and its growth rate represented the GDP side of the nexus. We applied the three different econometric techniques: unit root test, cointegration test, vector error correction and the Granger causality estimation techniques. Our results largely suggest that there exists a long-run joint and simultaneous \u0000(bilateral performance) between GDPg and OILPRODg , and between GDP and OILPRODg; growth rate of GDP (GDPg) has negative coefficients in relation to its contribution to the growth of oil production (OILPRODg); and negative but statistically insignificant impact of the dependence of the growth rate of current OILPRODg on GDP. Furthermore, OILPRODg Granger caused GDPg as well as GDP, and GDP does not Granger cause OILPROD.
