It adopts a purposive sampling technique. A total of one hundred and sixty copies of questionnaires retrieved from the respondents were used for the analysis. The study applied a multiple regression model technique to establish the effects of conflict management proxies on organizational productivity. Results revealed that with the inclusion of game theory as a conflict management variable, its contributions rose from 39.33% to 48.80%. In addition, the proxies of compromising and accommodating are statistically significant with the presence of game theory. Accordingly, the study concludes that game theory drives organizational productivity. It is therefore recommended that management should apply game theory to manage organizational conflicts. \u0000Keywords: Accommodating, Collaborating, Compromise, Conflict, Game Theory. Studies have shown that young people in Nigeria use social media mostly for informational and recreational purposes. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine how young people in Delta State view health information on COVID-19 posted on social media and how much exposure they had to it. The study used a 384-respondents' sample size and a survey research design. The posed hypothesis was examined utilizing the statistical method of regression analysis. The study founded on media ecology theory thoroughly explored how technology, media, and communication processes affect human perception, feeling, understanding, and value. The study discovered a strong link between young people's perceptions of COVID-19 and their exposure to social media reports on the COVID-19 pandemic in Delta State. It advises the Federal Government and other interested agencies to increase their investment in social media initiatives to properly deal with the problems of inappropriate disseminate of health information to the public rather than attempting to enact laws that will restrict citizens' use of social media. \u0000Keywords: Perception, Social Media, COVID-19, Youths, Health Information.

Despite the long-term benefits of the policy, Nigerians have consistently resisted attempts by the regime to revert to it. However, this government policy has received negative feedbacks from the public, public institutions, professional associations, and labour unions. The recent pronouncement by the newly inaugurated administration of Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President elect of the Federal Republic has resulted to high prices of petrol and transportation fares all over the nation, even if it has not been fully implemented. It is based on this development that this study examined the benefits and challenges of fuel subsidy relapse on national economy. Descriptive analysis was adopted, and qualitative method of data collection was utilised to collect data for the study. Secondary sources of data, notably, books, journals, dailies, periodicals, and internet materials were utilized to obtain data. It was found out that several attempts by the previous administrations to reverse fuel subsidy policy have high negative effects on the citizens because prices of petroleum products, food items and transportation increases. The study recommends among others that the central government should pay special attention to the effects of the policy on the masses by providing palliatives to alleviate the sufferings of the people. In addition, government should provide steady electricity, regulate prices of goods and services, including transportation fare and provide adequate social amenities and infrastructures to cushion its effects on the citizens. \u0000Keywords: Subsidy, Fuel, Fuel subsidy, Subsidy Removal, Nigerian Economy, Regime, Benefits, Challenges.

The paper suggests that student victims of sexual harassment should be encouraged to speak out with concrete evidence and perpetrators of such acts should be severely suspended and prosecuted in order to end academic corruption or bring it to a barest minimum amidst disturbing cases of sexual coercion and harassment in Nigerian tertiary institutions. Hence, the fundamental focus of this study is to explore the link between electricity energy consumption and quality of life in Nigeria for the period 1990 to 2020.The Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model was adapted as the econometric estimation technique for the examination of the link between electricity energy consumption (ELE) and the quality of life of electricity-dependent economic agents represented as HDI1 and HDI2. The resultant estimates and outcomes of the ARDL test indicated that there is no short and long-run connectivity between ELE and HDI (1). We concluded that, ELE has not been beneficial for the enhancement of the quality of life (when represented as HDI1) and / or its accumulation in the short- and long -run but has long run positive consequences for only HDI2. Therefore, the government of Nigeria, and the international bilateral and multilateral agencies for the development of quality of life should encourage electricity consumption as a complement of human well-being and quality of life especially HDI1 and HDI2 for short and long-run purposes. \u0000Keywords: Electricity Energy, Quality of life, Human Development, Cointegration, ARDL Bounds Test, Nigeria.

SPDC, however, maintains that they are merely a company and cannot take on the role of the government in the development of the region. The aim of this study was to gain an understanding of the current perception of CSR among residents of the Niger Delta in Nigeria. It was anchored on Stakeholder theory. A secondary research was conducted to explore previous views and evolution of CSR, but it only provided insight into the concept without any conclusion. As a result, a primary research was carried out using an ethnographic qualitative method in eight oil-producing communities in Delta state, where the inhabitants were reluctant to disclose information to strangers. The findings revealed that while the residents had a favourable perception of CSR, they were inflexible in their insistence that it should be mandatory for SPDC to undertake CSR initiatives due to the environmental hazards resulting from the company's operations. It was recommended that public enlightenment programmes, on behalf of the SPDC/Government/Communities, could help change people's perception about who is responsible for what, and how the communities should be managed.
