Voltage shifter is competent of changing the voltage level from one value to another value. The pivotal principle of the shifter is to connect the different blocks in the circuit. Moreover voltage level shifter is preferable in System on Chip. The suggested design is to transfer 50mV to 1V level at a faster rate and significantly less usage power. It was created using the Wilson current mirror technology with less number of transistors. The suggested design is realized on 45-nm Technology using cadence tool. This circuit is having propagation latency of 0.959ns and power dissipation of 106.6nW. It is assured that the obtained simulations results are better than the existed results in terms of power and delay.","PeriodicalId":252961,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electronics and Renewable Systems (ICEARS)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122971753","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To extract maximum power from solar panels there are effective methods and technologies that can be applied. For obtaining the maximum power, the solar panel can be rotated towards the sun rays during the day time, and another method is to apply Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) techniques in DC-DC converter arrangement. This paper focuses on both of the methods to achieve MPPT. The hardware implementation, methodology, working principle and construction of the standalone single axis solar tracker using operational amplifier is discussed in detail. The hardware prototype of a MPPT charge controller based upon microcontroller PIC18F4520 to increase the efficient battery charging and discharging is also proposed in this paper. The application of the proposed method for solar tracker and for charge controller found to be effective in solar energy conversion. All the testing scenarios considered for performance analysis are from the real world and are considered as being used by end-users, not from much technical background. All of these protocols are used majorly in Internet of Things, or a new paradigm called Roof Computing. Introducing all of these 3 protocols has a different type of implementation like Wi-Fi being used as a common point to share internet over a certain area. LTE being and faster and mobile-based service to access the internet on the go. While Bluetooth replacing its use case from data transfer from one device to another device from the early 2000s to 2010 replacing IR data transfer, after the introduction of BLE its use case shifted from data transfer to Audio peripherals, Communication between gaming systems and controller which can be Mouse, Keyboard, and Controllers which makes it perfect for such scenarios as it consumes very much less energy and having near-zero latency. a) for a Wi-Fi-based system small changes in manufacturing can lead to longevity of product along with an increase in Quality of Service just like adding heat sinks to budget level routers or providing a PSU which have higher rated power delivery than required. b) For LTE-based devices which are being mostly used in mobile devices manufacturers do certain malpractices so that they can sell the upper model than the user intended like locking carrier aggregation on chipset even though they support it. c) Bluetooth devices being used more and more in past years because the 3.5 mm headphone jack is being removed by certain mobile smartphone manufacturers. Devices available at entry-level or budget range don’t provide certain Quality of Service factors like zero latency for audio channels and not utilizing all of the resources to sell higher-end products. The paper will cover points related.","PeriodicalId":252961,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electronics and Renewable Systems (ICEARS)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124213131","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Treatment for patients with brain tumors is primarily dependent on faster detection of these tumors. More rapid detection of brain tumors will help in the improvement of the patient's life chances. Diagnosis of brain tumors by doctors most commonly follow manual segmentation, which is difficult and time-consuming; instead, automatic detection is necessary. Nowadays, automatic detection plays a vital role and can be a solution to detecting brain tumors with better performance. Brain tumor detection using the MRI images method is an essential diagnostic tool for predicting brain tumors; the implementation for these kinds of detection can be done using various machine learning algorithms and methodologies. It helps the doctors understand the actual progression of the evolving tumor, allowing the doctors to decide how the treatment has to be given for that particular patient and measures required to follow up. Therefore, the intention is to create a framework to detect brain tumors in MRI images using a machine learning algorithm and analyze the performance of the brain tumor detection using sensitivity and specificity, which helps us to analyze how well the algorithm has performed in detecting the brain tumors accurately and develop a mobile application framework in which the MRI images can be directly scanned to know whether the cancer is present in a scanned MRI image or not.","PeriodicalId":252961,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electronics and Renewable Systems (ICEARS)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128003337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
