In this paper, analysis and simulation of open, closed loop control of a flyback converter is implemented. The main aim of the work is to enumerate on the operation of flyback converter which finds its usage in low power applications like television sets, SMPs for computers, cell phone and mobile device chargers etc,. This paper provides performance analysis of open loop control and closed loop control using PID controller for a flyback converter.
