This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with for treatments, the treatment tested were: drinking water without a mixture of ingredients herbs (R0/control), herbal ingredients 5 ml/liters of drinking water (R1), herbal ingredients 10 ml/liters of drinking water (R2) and herbal ingredients 15 ml/liters of drinking water (R3). Each treatment was repeated six so that experimental unit consisted of 4 chicken so that obtained 96 broiler chicken. This research variable studied were feed consumption, drinking water consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion. The research data were analysis whit used the analysis of variance (ANOVA) method and further tested with multiple follow up test Duncan’s research result show that the administration of herbal ingredients in livestock drinking water broiler chicken had not significant effect (P>0,05) on the performance of broilers chicken. It was conclude that the used of the herbal ingredients through drinking water at a dose of 5 to 15 ml/liters has a relatively uniform effect on the performance broiler chicken \u0000Riset ini dilaksanakan untuk menelaah tentang pengaruh pemberian ramuan herbal dalam air minum terhadap performa ayam broiler. Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini serta perlakuan yang digunakan terbagi atas empat perlakuan, yaitu tiada campuran ramuan herbal dalam air minum (R0), ramuan herbal 5 ml/lt air minum (R1), ramuan herbal 10 ml/lt air minum (R2) dan ramuan herbal 15 ml/lt air minum (R3).Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak enam kali sehingga diperoleh 24 unit percobaan; setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 4 ekor ayam sehingga diperoleh 96 ekor ayam broiler. Variabel penelitian yang diteliti adalah pakan yang dikonsumsi, konsumsi air minum, konversi pakan dan pertambahan bobot badan. Data hasil penelitian di analisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis of variance (ANOVA) dan diuji lanjut dengan uji lanjut berganda Duncan. Hasil analisis penelitian menampakkan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh yang nyata (P>0,05) dari perlakuan pemberian ramuan herbal dalam air minum terhadap performa ayam broiler. Penelitian ini menggunakan DOC Ayam KUB. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Pakan perlakuan terdiri dari R0=kontrol, R1=10% tepung feses sapi terfermentasi, R2=20% tepung feses sapi terfermentasi, R3=30% tepung feses sapi terfermentasi. Variabel yang diukur yaitu bobot badan ayam KUB umur 4, 6, 8 dan 10 minggu. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan data korelasi bobot badan menggunakan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tepung feses sapi terfermentasi dalam ransum memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P<0,05) terhadap sifat pertumbuhan bobot badan dari umur 4 minggu sampai10 minggu, rataan bobot badan tertinggi pada R1 dengan level tepung feses sapi terfermentasi 10%. Korelasi bobot badan yang tinggi diperoleh antara bobot badan 8 minggu dengan bobot badan 10 minggu. Tepung feses sapi terfermentasi dapat mensubstitusi ransum basal sampai level 30%, dengan level terbaik 10%. Adanya hubungan yang sangat erat (Positif tinggi) antar kelompok umur dari semua perlakuan dan seleksi terhadap bobot badan dapat dilakukan umur 4 minggu.\u0000Kata kunci: ayam kub, bobot badan, feses sapi terfermentasi, korelasi.\u0000ABSTRACT\u0000The purpose of research is to find out the correlation body weights of KUB chickens from 4 weeks to 10 weeks of age fed fermented cow feces flour (FCFF). This study used DOC KUB chicken. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replicates. The treatment feed consisted of R0= control, R1 = control + 10% FCFF, R2= control + 20% FCFF, R3= control + 30% FCFF. The variables measured were the body weight of KUB chickens aged 4, 6, 8and 10 weeks. Data were analyzed using ANOVA (SPSS) and subsequently, body weight correlation data using correlation analysis. The results showed that the use of FCFF has a real effect (P<0,05) on growth characteristics from the age of 4 weeks to 10 weeks, a high body weight correlation was obtained between body weight at 8 weeks of age and 10 weeks old body weight. The FCFF can replace the basal ration up to level 30%, with the best level of 10%. There is a close relationship (high positive) in all treatments and age group every week. Ternak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 ekor sapi bali jantan penggemukan dengan kisaran berat badan 80,5-97 kg dengan rataan 89,4 kg KV = 10,07 %. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuannya di dalam penelitian ini yaitu R0: silase batang pisang 80% + konsentrat 20%, R1: silase batang pisang 70% + konsentrat 30%, R2: silase batang pisang 60% + konsentrat 40% dan R3: silase batang pisang 50% + konsentrat 50%. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap pertambahan berat badan harian sapi bali penggemukan dan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap nilai konversi ransum dan efisiensi ransum. Kesimpuan pemberian pakan komplit berbasis silase batang pisang 50% dan konsentrat 50% menghasilkan pertambahan bobot badan harian sebesar 0,47 kg/e/h.\u0000Kata kunci: kinerja produksi, pakan komplit, silase batang pisang, sapi Bali\u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine the production performance of fattening bali cattle fed complete feed based on banana stem silage with different levels. The livestock used in this study were 12 fattening male bali cattle with a body weight range of 80.5-97 kg with an average of 89.4 kg KV = 10.07%. The research method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments in this study were R0: banana stem silage 80% + concentrate 20%, R1: banana stem silage 70% + concentrate 30%, R2: banana stem silage 60% + concentrate 40% and R3: banana stem silage 50% + 50% concentrate. The results of statistical analysis showed that the treatment had a significant (P<0.05) effect on daily weight gain of fattening bali cattle and an insignificant (P>0.05) effect on the ration conversion value and ration efficiency. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu: P0 = 1kg tepung tongkol jagung tanpa EM-4 (sebagai kontrol); P1 = 1kg tepung tongkol jagung + 5 ml EM-4; P2 = 1kg tepung tongkol jagung + 10 ml EM-4 dan P3 = 1kg tepung tongkol jagung + 15 ml EM-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan NDF(%) P0 = 88,65±3,33; P1 = 87,23±2,24; P2 = 84,52±0,65; P3 = 87,63±1,89, rataan konsentrasi ADF (%) tiap perlakuan adalah: (P0) 57,33±0,48; (P1) 43,03±2,27; (P2) 56,19±5,7 dan (P3) 46,18±7,05 sedangkan konsentrasi Selulosa (%) adalah (P0) 43,29±0,92; (P1) 29,38±4,56; (P2) 40,27±3,46 dan (P3) 29,53±3,80. konsentrasi Lignin (%) adalah (P0) 15,88±0,14; (P1) 13,06±0,28; (P2) 14,72±1,71 dan (P3) 16,08±0,81. Hasil penelitian am menunjukkan bahwa penambahan dosis EM-4 yang berbeda terhadap perubahan NDF, ADF, Selulosa dan Lignin tepung tongkol jagung yang difermentasi berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05). Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu tepung tongkol jagung yang difermentasi menggunakan EM-4 sampai pada dosis 15 ml belum mampu merubah kadar NDF, ADF dan Selulosa serta belum mampu menurunkan kandungan Lignin.\u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine the dose of EM-4 which affects changes in the content of NDF, ADF, Cellulose and Lignin in fermented corn cobs flour. The data collection method used in this study was an experiment using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment in question is: P0 = 1kg corncob meal without EM-4 (as control); P1 = 1kg corncob meal + 5 ml EM-4; P2 = 1kg corncobs meal + 10 ml EM-4 and P3 = 1kg corncobs meal + 15 ml EM-4. The results of the treatment from the research that has been done obtained the average NDF P0 = 88.65 ± 3.33, P1 = 87.23 ± 2.24, P2 = 84.52 ± 0.65, P3 = 87.63 ± 1.89, the average ADF concentration (%) for each treatment was: (P0) 57.33 ± 0.48; (P1) 43.03 ± 2.27; (P2) 56.19 ± 5.7 and (P3) 46.18 ± 7.05 while the concentration of Cellulose (%) was (P0) 43.29 ± 0.92; (P1) 29.38 ± 4.56; (P2) 40.27 ± 3.46 and (P3). 29.53 ± 3.80. the Lignin concentration (%) was (P0) 15.88 ± 0.14; (P1) 13.06 ± 0.28; (P2) 14.72 ± 1.71 and (P3) 16.08 ± 0.81. Based on the research data, the results of the analysis of variance showed that the addition of different doses of EM-4 to changes in NDF, ADF, Cellulose and Lignin of fermented corncob flour had no significant effect (P>0.05). Materi yang digunakan adalah ayam broiler DOC CP 707 sebanyak 96serta menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba adalah: R0: Pakan + tanpa ramuan heral (kontrol), R1: Pakan + pemberian ramuan herbal 5 ml/L air minum, R2: Pakan + pemberian ramuan herbal 10 ml/liter air minum, R3 : Pakan + pemberian ramuan herbal 15 ml/liter air minum. Parameter yang diukur adalah persentase karkas, persen non karkas,lemak abdomen , berat giblet ayam, dan konsumsi air minum. Hasil statistik menunjukkanbahwa perlakuan yang diberikan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap variabel yang diukur.Disimpulkan bahwapenambahan ramuan herbal ke dalam air minum dengan dosis yang berbeda tidak memberikan efeknegatif terhadap nilai persentase karkas, non -karkas, lemak abdomen, bobot giblet serta konsumsi air ayam broiler.\u0000 \u0000The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding herbal ingredients in drinking water on the percentage of carcass, non-carcass, abdominal fat, and giblet weight of broiler chickens. The material used was 96 DOC CP 707 broiler chickens and used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments were: R0: Feed + no herbs (control), R1: Feed + 5 mlherbsjuice/L drinking water, R2: Feed + 10 mherbs juicel/liter drinking water, R3: Feed + 15 mlherbs juice / liter of drinking water. Parameters measured were percentage of carcass, percent of non carcass, abdominal fat, weight of chicken giblet, and drinking water consumption. Statistical analysisresults showed that the treatment given had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the variables measured. Metode yang di pakai pada penelitian merupakan metode survei, pengukuran dan pengamatan. Pengambilan sampel hijauan dilakukan menggunakan bingkai kuadrant 1m x1m, kemudian sampel hijauan dibawa ke Laboratorium untuk dianalisis. Data yang diperoleh ditabulasi dan dianalisis untuk memperoleh rataaan Kandungan PK, SK dan kalsium hijauan lapangan rumput pada Desa Praipaha. Hasil Penelitian diperoleh rataan PK 6,35%; SK 33,65% dan kalsium 1,29%. Maka disimpulkan bahwa kandungan nutrisi hijauan padang penggembalaan alam di Desa Praipaha tergolong cukup baik.\u0000Kata Kunci: kalsium , padang rumput alam, protein kasar, serat kasar\u0000 \u0000A study has been carried out on natural grasslands located in Praipaha Village, Ngaha Ori Angu District, East Sumba Regency which aims to determine the content of PK, SK and forage Calcium contained in the natural grasslands. The method used in this research is a survey, measurement and observation method. Forage samples were taken using a 1m x1m quadrant frame, then the forage samples were taken to the laboratory for analysis. The data obtained were tabulated and analyzed to obtain the average content of PK, SK and calcium forage grass fields in Praipaha Village. The results of the study obtained an average PK of 6.35%; SK 33.65% and calcium 1.29%. Timorense) dan Bothriochloa pertusa yang ditanam secara monokultur maupun campuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Keempat perlakuan tersebut SPM = Sorghum plumosum monokultur, SPC= Sorghum plumosum campuran, BPM= Bothriochloa pertusa monokultur, BPC=Bothriochloa pertusa campuran. Parameter yang diukur terdiri dari jumlah rumpun, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun dan lebar daun. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan morfologi rumput Kume (Sorghum plumosum var. Timorense) dan Bothriochloa Pertusa yang ditanam secara monokultur maupun campuran menunjukkan perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap jumlah rumpun, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun dan lebar daun. Disimpulkan bahwa introduksi rumput S. plumosum menunjukkan pengaruh kearah yang tidak baik pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan morfologi dari rumput B. pertusa. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan tidak terjadi perubahan pada pertumbuhan rumput B. pertusa ketika ditanam campur dengan rumput S. plumosum jika dibandingkan rumput B. pertusa ditanam secara monokultur pada beberapa tingkatan umur.\u0000This study aims to determine the growth pattern and morphological development of kume grass (Sorghum plumosum var. It was concluded that the introduction of S. plumosum grass showed an adverse influence on the growth and morphological development of the B. pertusa. Experimental design used is Complete Randomized Design with four treatments and six replications. Each experimental unit has four superior native chicken Eggs. Treatment feeds were distinguished by the percentage of use of moringa oleifera leaf flour: R0=0%, R1=5%, R2=10% and R3=15%. The results showed that the use of moringa leaf flour up to 15% in the ration can have an influence on increasing egg yolk color 63.86% and protein content 54.35%, but does not affect egg yolk index, egg white index, and haugh egg unit. Based on the results of the study, It can be concluded that increaseing in the level of moringa leaf flour from 0% to 15% in the ration can increase egg yolk color. The usage moringa leaf flour 5% to 10% in the ration can increase the protein content of eggs. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan tepung daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) dalam ransum terhadap kualitas interior dan kandungan protein telur pada ayam ayam kampung unggul Balitbangtan umur 32 minggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan empat jenis perlakuan dan enam ulangan. Setiap unit percobaan terdapat empat ekor ayam. Pakan perlakuan dibedakan berdasarkan persentase penggunaan tepung daun kelor: R0=0%, R1=5%, R2=10% dan R3=15%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tepung daun kelor sampai dengan 15% dalam ransum dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatkan nilai warna kuning telur 63,86% dan kandungan protein sebesar 54,35%, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi nilai indeks kuning telur, indeks putih telur dan haugh unit. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan level tepung daun kelor dari 0% sampai 15% dalam ransum dapat meningkatkan intensitas warna kuning telur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 5 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah P0 = limbah jagung muda 100% : 0 % konsentrat + 80 ml starter; P1 = P0 90% : 10% konsentrat + 80 ml starter; P2 = P0 80% : 20% konsentrat + 80 ml starter; P3 : P0 70% : 30% konsentrat + 80 ml starter; P4 = P0 60% : 40% konsentrat + 80 ml starter. Variabel yang diukur adalah PK, SK, VFA, dan NH3. Data analisis menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows menggunakan level signifikansi P<0,05 dan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap peningkatan kandungan PK, produksi VFA dan NH3 juga menurunkan SKsimpulkan bahwa peningkatan ratio konsentrat limbah jagung muda pada silase pakan komplit meningkatkan kadar PK, produksi VFA dan NH3 serta menurunkan kadar SK.\u0000 \u0000This study aimed to determine the effect of different concentrates and corn waste on the concentration of VFA, NH3 crude protein and crude fiber in-vitro silage complete feed. The method used in this study is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments in question were P0 = 100% young corn waste: 0% concentrate + 80 ml starter; P1 = P0 90% : 10% concentrate + 80 ml starter; P2 = P0 80% : 20% concentrate + 80 ml starter; P3 : P0 70% : 30% concentrate + 80 ml starter; P4 = P0 60% : 40% concentrate + 80 ml starter. The variables measured were PK, SK, VFA, and NH3. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 for windows using a significance level of P<0.05 and Duncan's multiple-distance test. The results of statistical analysis showed that treatment had a significant effect (P<0.05) on increasing PK content, VFA and NH3 production also decreased SK. Materi yang digunakan adalah 96 ekor ayam broiler strain CP 707 Charoen Pokphand dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah: P0=air minum (kontrol), P1=l5 ml jamu herbal / liter air minum, P2=10 ml jamu herbal / liter air minum P3=15 ml jamu herbal / liter air minum. Parameter yang diteliti adalah bobot badan akhir, bobot sekum dan jumlah Salmonella dalam sekum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0.05) terhadap bobot akhir, bobot sekum, dan jumlah Salmonella dalam sekum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan, bahwa penambahan ramuan herbal dalam air minum memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap bobot badan akhir dan bobot sekum dan tidak ditemukan adanya Salmonella pada sekum ayam broiler.\u0000Kata kunci : ramuan herbal, broiler, bobot badan akhir, bobot sekum, microba, , salmonella\u0000 ABSTRACT\u0000This study aimed to determine the effect of adding herbal ingredients in drinking water to final body weight, cecum weight and the amount of salmonella in the caecum of broiler chickens. The material used was 96 broiler chickens strain CP 707 Charoen Pokphand with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments tested were: P0=drinking water (control), P1=15 ml of herbal medicine/liter of drinking water, P2=10 ml of herbal medicine/liter of drinking water P3=15 ml of herbal medicine/liter of drinking water. The parameters studied were final body weight, cecum weight and the number of salmonella in the cecum. The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the final weight, cecum weight, and the number of Salmonella in the cecum.
