Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 5 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah P0 = limbah jagung muda 100% : 0 % konsentrat  + 80 ml starter; P1 = P0  90% : 10% konsentrat + 80 ml starter;  P2 = P0 80% :  20% konsentrat  + 80 ml starter; P3 : P0 70% : 30% konsentrat + 80 ml starter;  P4 = P0 60% : 40% konsentrat  + 80 ml starter. Variabel yang diukur adalah PK, SK, VFA, dan NH3. Data analisis menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows menggunakan level signifikansi P<0,05 dan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap peningkatan kandungan PK, produksi VFA dan NH3 juga menurunkan SKsimpulkan bahwa peningkatan ratio konsentrat limbah jagung muda pada silase pakan komplit meningkatkan kadar PK, produksi VFA dan NH3 serta menurunkan kadar SK.\n \nThis study aimed to determine the effect of different concentrates and corn waste on the concentration of VFA, NH3 crude protein and crude fiber in-vitro silage complete feed. The method used in this study is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments in question were P0 = 100% young corn waste: 0% concentrate + 80 ml starter; P1 = P0 90% : 10% concentrate + 80 ml starter; P2 = P0 80% : 20% concentrate + 80 ml starter; P3 : P0 70% : 30% concentrate + 80 ml starter; P4 = P0 60% : 40% concentrate + 80 ml starter. The variables measured were PK, SK, VFA, and NH3. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 for windows using a significance level of P<0.05 and Duncan's multiple-distance test. The results of statistical analysis showed that treatment had a significant effect (P<0.05) on increasing PK content, VFA and NH3 production also decreased SK.
