With the help of regression and correlation analyses the model for definition of the cost of housing was built. The estimation of veracity of model is conducted. Introduction. The evaluation of cost of objects of the real estate in modem Russia represents the poorly developed area. For example, in Krasnoyarsk the market of the real estate began to form since 1992. To the beginning of 1999 in the city were registered about 15 large companies rendering the service of the market of the real estate. The price-catalogue of the on the real estate in Krasnoyarsk weekly is issued, therefore has appeared a possibility of work with data bases and there is an opportunity to simulate processes of shaping the prices on the real estate. Main part. In the Russian practice some methods of an evaluation of the real estate have found a use: 1) expense method; 2) profitable; 3) methods of a comparison of sales [ 11. In the given activity the writers have found intercouplings between the cost of a flat and factors its determining and have constructed mathematical models, using which it would be possible to define the cost of flats by known parameters. In addition, tool path generation procedure for NC turning for screw shape is also very tedious one because large amount of data for cutter location point must be produced and there is no specific CAM software for the machining. In this paper, development of a CAM system for screw machining which saves the role of CAD software by use of menu driven data input system for various screw shapes is introduced. On the example of financial establishments in Siberian districts we can carry out the analysis of stylistic research in Russian provincial architecture of the end of the XIXfi and the beginning of the XX* century the epoch which has marked the origin of new art and functional laws. The Bank system in Siberia began to develop only after the construction of the Siberian railway, because of general revival of commercial and industrial activities and because of the development of capitalism. Till 1894 therewere only 3 branches of the Siberian trade bank that made operations on the territory of Siberia, and, besides there were Popov,~ public bank in Tomsk and Medvednikova,s public bank in Irkutsk. As A.V. Andrianova stated ((The economic life of the country was impassible in Tomsk credit organisation)). The intensive and energetic appearance of bank establishments in Siberia begins since 1894. Originally, as a rule, the credit-financial establishments were placed in rented rooms, but shortage of the areas, and high prices of their rent on the one hand and expansion of the sphere of ministries activity on another, have made their local leaders build their own buildings. The town planning situation which has been usual already by the middle of the XIX* century, influenced on the formation of many architectural features, which indicated a new quality of eclecticism. Let's compare two typical monuments of provincial architecture of the second half of the XIX* centyry the building of a branch of State bank in Tomsk and the building of the Siberian trade bank. These buildings are constructed in a transitive style epoch, when in a theme of eclecticism the note of a modern style was already heard. The first building, concerns to the architectural structures, which promoted the formation of a certain ((person)) of the city and its structure. It is located in the centre of the city and has the advanced nform of the plan with two lateral wings and extensions, both with the northern, and with the southern parties. The building has an original architectural decorative treatment in an eclectic manner. The city affected of the formation second building. The specific conditions of dense building have predetermined not only the dimensions of the facade, but also a complex structurere of its plan, that is a characteristical attribute of the architecture of the city in the end of the XIX th and in the beginning of the XX* centuries, which has reflected a historical process of the development of the capitalist relations in Siberia. Tomsk had all typical attributes of capitalist cities by that time the dense buildings, uncomfortable autskirts and others. The external shape of a building has not undergone the special changes. The decorative processing of facades is made in spirit of modem style. Since the end of the Cold War, the international community has experienced both integration and dis-integration while heading in the direction of constructing a new order aimed at stability and prosperity. This process is likely to continue throughout this century at a minimum, but during that time, the international community will continue in a world that is less than stable. Within this environment, it will be necessary that each nation make its own independent security effort. After the Vietnam War ended, a relatively stable period of time has continued in Asia. The stability of Asia, it goes without saying, resulted from the US. ability to bring pressure to bear. That functioned satisfactorily and each nation within the region was able to remarkably develop economically under secure political conditions. If Asia continues to sustain its this economic growth into the next century, it will be able to become a region that enjoys the greatest stability and prosperity. Since the end of the Cold War, however, sources of instability and the inherent potential danger and sacrifice are beginning to appear. The cause of this stability is that the balance of power among the principal leading nations is causing a structural change that includes the reinforcement of military expenditure, expansion of weapons proliferation and advantages and disadvantages among the nations of the region, especially, over territorial, nationality and religious issues between nations that share national borders. To the extent that various Asian nations are unable to wisely overcome the causes of instability, continued peace and stability in Asia cannot be expected; therefore, more than any other time, additional efforts are required by each country within the region. Northeast Asia appears to be a region of Asia where the end of the Cold War has had the least impact. Nevertheless, relations among the nations of Northeast Asia have undergone some changes since the end of the Cold War, but it is not clear what the actual trends are regarding the military power of Russia and China. Furthermore, the causes for potential instability on the Korean peninsula remain unchanged. There are actually improvements in relations among the nations in the region, but all of the nations are increasing their potential military power, while at the same time, upgrading their weapons systems and engaging in military cooperation. Under these circumstances, the North Korea nuclear development issue began to surface as a major problem for stability and security in Northeast Asia during the late 1980s. Specifically, the North Korea nuclear development issue started becoming a key concern, not only for Asia, but as a peace and security matter for the international community too, when North Korea announced in March of 1993, its intention to withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty(NPT). The compound structures of active volumes of induction motors provide practically wasteless production of magnetic cores and smaller expenditure of materials. Division of the active volume into individual constructive zones causes appearance of a number of characteristic properties of heat transfer. For the properties to be regarded it is necessary to develop a mathematical apparatus and to design heat models representing details of the new construction. Investigation of heat processes in induction motors with compound active volumes is performed on the basis of the classical equation of heat conduction and volume approximation of the real active volume of a machine by a set of orthotropic mediums. The heat model of a real machine is represented as a set of the cylindrical regions modelling the mediums along radial and axial directions. The resistors are on the surface of anisotropically etched silicon diaphragms of different thickness. It is shown that changes of the resistance and temperature coefficient of the resistance cannot be accounted for solely by the mechanical stresses/strains at the silicon-glass interface. The residual thermo-mechanical stresses at the silicon-silicon thermal oxide interface are, probably, an issue.
