Mazutskaj","doi":"10.1109/KORUS.1999.875860","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/KORUS.1999.875860","url":null,"abstract":"At definition of loads, acting on the airframe and the landing gear strut at landing, the important role plays the damping of oscillations, as in computational cases the determining peaks of loads may are not first, but second or third. As an example, on fig. 1 the computational dependence of the force Py by the time t, acting on the plane frome the main landing gear version of the aircraft Tu-204 in one of landings, is presented. At definition of repeatability of loads and resource in computation some peaks of loads, arising at airframe oscillations are taken. In accepted estimations of damping, the real description of the landing gear shock absorption work [ 11, aerodynamic and constructional damping of the airframe are taken into account. The reckoning of aerodynamic damping in accordance with linear theory of a wing and use of the stationary flow around hypothesis can be found, for exzample, in work [2]. Usually, the logarithmic decrement of oscillations, describing damping property of a plane construction and energy emanation in immobile air environment define at frequent tests in following assumptions: the researched tone of oscillations is well allocated; the damping force are possible approximate by forces of viscous fristion; the damping is sufficiently small. At such assumptions the decrement of oscillations takes by constant size for given tone of oscillations. In present paper the contribution in damping at landing of the energy dissipation in the landing gear fasteming places, in that zone of a wing (or fuselage), in which concentrated forces from the landing gear are distributed on power elements of a composition, is discussed. This kind of damping is away in the flight and cannot be investigated in frequent tests. The model of the indicated kind of damping, taking into account , that it damping is essential at rough landings, when loads on planer are close to maximum operational loads, is propounded. Airframe is represented by system of beams, corresponding to a wing, fuselage and tail unit. However, in zone not far from the fastening of the landing gear the distribution in construction elements the force factors, dependent from the force in the landing gear shock-absorber, differs from srain disrtibution in beam. With regard to plane beams such zones are possible to consider as zones of local deformation, with sizes in several building heights of a beam. For description of the behaviour of some number of constructional elements in zones of local deformation we shall take the following model (fig. 2). Before of determinate strain level the element is deformed as elastic, and higher of this level in element the sliding platform, on which force of dry friction works is arisen. The model of such kind is a special case of Voigt model [3]. For simplification of model we shall assume, that stiffness 2 is small in comparison with stiffness 1. Stakheev","doi":"10.1109/KORUS.1999.875886","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/KORUS.1999.875886","url":null,"abstract":"The construction of rational system of moving of northern territories of Western Siberia, is one of major tasks of a regional lay-out, where it is required to plan ways of development of the existing occupied places in borders of all territory, to define(determine) their interaction and interrelations, and thus to keep urban-ecological balance of all system as a whole. The climatice of northern regions of Western Siberia are complex and are various. These characteristics are expressed in significant severity of a climate low air temperature (especially in winter), speed and direction of winds, humidity, lack of solar radiation and presence eternal frost (in the most northern areas of region). As the principal criterion of development of region was the industrial system based on resources extractive industry, on the initial stage of sistem formation of moving ZSNGK was offered (Glavtumenneftegas) a branch method of development of region. Its principle is each deposit has the settlement. Now practice has shown an inefficiency of such variant, as the departmental approach was planned to gen the enormous grants about some hundreds billions roubles for creation of a network of fine constant urban formations located not far from a deposit. The giving to some settlements of the \"city\" status only on one typical sing ((populous)), has resulted that there is a decentralization of moving, and it entails duplication of functions, dispersion of financial recources and uncertainty of the further development of these settlements after completion of deposits exploitation. It is possible to add, that the system of settlements is characterized by a low level of service organization, irrational using of territories, rising the price of construction and limited opportunities of functions transformation. In in many small settlements it is impossible to create comfortable inhabited place simultaneously, thavs why the cities are not stabilized and during many years keep function Itof building cities\". As a result of the branch approach, whole system loses its socio economic potential, it is expressed in inefficient structure of moving, backwardness of transport and communication, weak social potential of cities, and, as the consequence, high social intensity in region is kept. The given approach is a brake in creation of industrial and social infrastructures. Besides the offered branch development of region by a number of leading research organizations (LenNNIPcityconstruction, HYPROGOR) alternative variant of town-planning developing of all regional system of moving was developed, which considered in unity development of two directions of economic settling of region industrial and civil. It would provide economic operation of resources and creation of settlements, which are comfortable for residing the workers. The base of this variant is a principle of the organizational centralized system of moving, which has steadly town-planning receptions. To solve the problem, it proposes a hybrid genetic algorithm with a new crossover and mutation operators to adjust the job sequencing. To investigate the suitability of the parameters set and the quality of the solution, the article evaluates the number of corresponding solutions and the speed of converging to an optimal solution which is solved by an enumeration method for small size problems.
