Firstly, we analyzes the development of foreign colleges and universities' major enrollment diversion training, and also compares the operation mechanism of foreign colleges and universities' business administration major enrollment diversion training. The top five universities in the United States, are Harvard University, Yale University, Princeton University, University of California, Berkeley, and Stanford University, each of them is determined according to its situation, and there is no national unified undergraduate major catalog like ours. Although the names are different, the basis of the setting is still basically similar, mainly in a certain discipline or a certain field. These five universities have some common features. This paper also compares the development and implementation of the diversion training of major enrollment in domestic colleges and universities. For example, in 2002, Qinghua University enrolled 182 students for the first time according to the major categories of business administration, and in May 2005, these 182 students were divided into finance, accounting, economics and information management, and other professional directions; with the practice and development of this new training mode, universities and students gradually appreciate the advantages brought by this mode to talent training, and the enrollment of large categories has been more and more gradually understood and accepted by society and students. Secondly, this article conducts an investigation and empirical analysis of the major choices of Chinese college students in the major categories. This empirical analysis selected 85 college students from 18 schools for a questionnaire survey. Thirdly, taking Anhui University of Architecture as an example, based on the hypothesis, we constructs an econometric model that affects the diversion of major enrollment and training, and studies the factors that affect the diversion of major enrollment and training in Chinese universities. The research results show that, in terms of the training of foreign universities and colleges, ① the students with major diversion not only choose their majors after they have made clear their interests, but also can easily change their majors if their interests change after choosing their majors. ② Foreign college students have great freedom in choosing majors. The school cannot accept all interested students, but it also tries to meet the needs and interests of students as far as possible under the conditions of teaching resources. ③ Foreign colleges and universities are basically based on the diversion rules formulated by schools and colleges, students' academic achievements and individual voluntary diversion. The research on the diversion and cultivation of major enrollment in domestic colleges and universities shows ","PeriodicalId":247919,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 8th International Conference on Information and Education Innovations","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114537808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, indirect evidence shows that the development trend of children's mathematical cognitive tendencies in China is uncertain, and relevant research lacks access from the macro perspective of society. Based on this limitation, using empirical research to conduct dynamic and systematic scientific research on the development of children's mathematical cognitive ability in China today, it is found that: (1) the level of mathematical cognition of Chinese children increases with age and there are significant differences between different age groups; (2) Chinese children's mathematical cognition masters the concept of numbers and the development of arithmetic ability: physical > appearance> abstraction, addition > subtraction, and the recognition of physical numbers and verbal recognition are basically the same; (3) Compared with the implemented mathematical cognitive goals, the level of children's mathematical cognition in China has been significantly improved, and the children's mathematical cognitive goals can be appropriately flexibly improved in the practical education of young children. The results provide evidence support for the dynamic development of children's mathematical cognition in China, and broaden the development and influence mechanism of children's mathematical cognition from the perspective of social macro factors.","PeriodicalId":247919,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 8th International Conference on Information and Education Innovations","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132937869","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the past few decades, the rapid development of information and communication technologies have made a significant contribution to English language teaching and learning. In other words, the development of technology has been the driving force that leads to a transformation in English language learning. Particularly, the mushrooming online learning resources have been providing valuable support for students when it comes to learning English speaking skills. Nonetheless, not many studies have looked into how low-proficiency English learners utilized the online technology resources for English speaking skills. Thus, this study aims to study the online technology resources used by low-proficiency English learners to improve their communication and speaking skills. This study adopted a quantitative approach. The instrument used to elicit the data for the study was questionnaire. A total of 62 undergraduate students were recruited as the respondents of this study. The results of the study showed that YouTube (58%) was one of the most popular online technology resources used by students to improve their communication and speaking skills. Most of them perceived that online technology resources helped to build their confidence and reduce their speaking anxiety (32%). However, internet/Wi-Fi (26%) problem was the biggest challenge encountered by them. It is believed that this paper could make a contribution to the body of knowledge as it explored students’ experiences in using online technology resources. Lastly, the recommendations for future studies and limitations were also discussed in this paper.","PeriodicalId":247919,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 8th International Conference on Information and Education Innovations","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128673835","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, this is not always the case. Some paint colors are good on palette but when applied onto walls will either not really match the existing furniture, or does not fit the ambiance of the area, or does not resonate to the owner once already applied. This common issue among homeowners and even interior designers is quite costly and time consuming. Augmented reality (AR) technology has the potential to help and completely change how homeowners choose color schemes in the field of home remodeling and decorating. Hence the development of PaintAR. With such, homeowners can see how various paint colors will look in their own living spaces without actually painting the walls using an AR-based wall paint visualizer mobile application. As a result, homeowners can choose colors more wisely before beginning their remodeling or decorating projects, which can save a significant amount of time and money. This study is a course requirement of students for mobile programming and during the conduct, the developers partnered with a popular paint brand in the country to get a complete paint color palette that is available in the market. Android studio was used in the development and the final product was tested by representatives from the paint company, interior designers, homeowners, and other prospective users in terms of functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and supportability or FURPS [1] testing and interpreted using 5-point Likert scale [2]. Results showed a general mean of 4.53 from all respondents interpreted as Excellent. With PaintAR, users can guarantee that the chosen paint color will fit the area as expected, eliminating the test painting that is costly, time consuming, and physically exhausting. The entire study is a good experience in analyzing, designing, developing, and testing mobile applications, while actually creating an one that addresses paint testing.","PeriodicalId":247919,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 8th International Conference on Information and Education Innovations","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122329286","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a front-line regulator, it is important that the inquiry letter system adopted by the stock exchange can identify corporate risks and thus curb corporate leverage manipulation. In the text analysis of the inquiry letters of the financial report, it is found that the frequency of keywords such as \"assets\", \"liabilities\" and \"debts\" is very high. Among the 3908 inquiry letters of the financial report collected, \"assets\" appears in 3374 inquiry letters, and the frequency of keywords is 5657 times in total; \"debt\" appeared in 2179 inquiry letters, and the frequency of key words totaled 3150 times; \"Asset liability ratio\" and \"leverage\" appeared in 481 and 26 inquiry letters respectively, and the keyword frequency was 507 times in total, while the company's leverage ratio was calculated from the liabilities and assets in the balance sheet. The impact of exchange inquiry letters on corporate leverage manipulation is examined by data analysis, using all A-share listed companies in China from 2014 to 2020 as the research sample. The study finds that exchange financial report inquiry letters can significantly inhibit corporate leverage manipulation, and the inhibitory effect is stronger for highly leveraged and non- state-owned firms. The study has important implications and theoretical value for the effective promotion of \"deleveraging\" policy.","PeriodicalId":247919,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 8th International Conference on Information and Education Innovations","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127171370","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
