The importance of blueberries in human nutrition and for the food industry remains indisputable due to their consumer properties. Nutritionists recommend the implementation of these products in the daily ration without restrictions in order to constantly benefit from its many health benefits. The aim is to study the product characteristics of blueberries, their consumption properties and the quality of blueberries. In order to carry out the planned research, the normative acts in force were consulted, namely, ГОСТ 342192017, ЧЕРНИКА И ГОЛУБИКА СВЕЖИЕ. Технические условия/ UNECE STANDARD FFV-57:2010. The evaluation of the quality of blueberries is performed by determining the organoleptic and physico-chemical indices established in the respective reference documents (standards or other normative acts) and the specialized literature. The data obtained from organoleptic research demonstrate the full compliance of the real indices with the prescribed requirements, so all three types of blueberries correspond to regulations. L'idée d'entrepreneuriat social a une connotation extrêmement généreuse et semble très actuelle à notre époque. Elle allie la passion d'une mission sociale à l'image d'une discipline orientée vers le profit, ainsi qu'à l'innovation et à la détermination habituellement associées aux pionniers des hautes technologies. Certains d'entre eux font également attention à la déclaration nutritionnelle, cela se produit s'ils ont certaines maladies et que des restrictions leur sont imposées, notamment des calories ou une faible consommation de glucides, de graisses, etc. L'objectif de la recherche est d'analyser le contenu informationnel des étiquettes nutritionnelles des produits alimentaires locaux et de réaliser une analyse comparative de leur contenu avec les étiquettes nutritionnelles des produits fabriqués en Roumanie. Les méthodes de recherche étaient basées sur l'étude des produits alimentaires des réseaux de commercialisation à la fois en République de Moldavie et en Roumanie. Voluntary migration is widely theorized in academic circles, which cannot be a valid statement in regard to forced migration, given the fact that the latter takes place in abnormal circumstances, following the abusive seizure of inhabited areas by an enemy resorting to extermination, deportation and persecution of the native population. Assessing the place and role of humanitarian migration in the context of international migration, identifying the features, and the causes and effects generated by humanitarian migration are the objectives proposed in this academic paper. The article also addresses the topicality of the issue stemming from the humanitarian crisis generated by Russia's aggression against neighboring Ukraine. The research methodology of the proposed topic was based on the scientific information from the reports of international bodies, as well as those identified in the academic literature.
