Clearly, the reasons for the slowdown in global trade are manifold. In this context non-tariff measures remain a not infrequently controversial subject of discussion and negotiation. States are hampered by more or less direct impediments, such as domestic policies and regulations, trade administration procedures, attitudes and behaviour of authorities, corruption, discrimination, public (judicial, legal) systems of infrastructure. Children identified with such a problem have a special diet that involves abstaining from products that harm the whole body. According to international research, almost 5% of preschoolers have food allergies. From 1997 to 2007, the prevalence of reported food allergies increased by 18% among children worldwide. The research methods were based on bibliographic sources as well as a study conducted by the authors of this research, in the Republic of Moldova. But this moment also coincides, for companies, with the onset of reporting obligations for the previous year. And as both the reporting burden and future activities involve a number of important tax issues I still want to mention about the challenges for 2022 - tax issues impacting taxpayers especially in the area of salaries. In order to address economic constraints and ensure sustainable development of the Republic of Moldova in the context of the consequences of the pandemic crisis, a series of fiscal policy measures aimed at the economy of the Republic of Moldova were adopted from April 2020 to February 2022. Among them are the Law No. 60/2020, which changed the way of calculating social insurance contributions (hereinafter - CAS) and health care premiums (hereinafter - PAM), amendments to the Law No. 270/2018 on the unitary salary system in the budgetary sector, the State Budget Law for 2022, the Government Decision No. 458 of 29.12.2021 on the approval of the amount of the average monthly salary on the economy. This paper contains the results of organoleptic research, but also methods of expression. The research was conducted on the basis of sensory methods accepted in commodity science. Its attractiveness can be defined by the country's level of development, with the German economy ranking first in Europe and the fifth largest in the world in terms of Purchasing Power Parity. Migrants make an important contribution to its social and economic development, therefore we can find two opposite poles of the German migration process: the advantageous and the disadvantageous. First of all, this article will bring more clarity regarding the migration of the German state the migration process, seen largely from the perspective of immigration, its migration flows, and most importantly I will illustrate in depth the demo- economic effects of this process. As methodological support of the investigation that will help authors to get the expected result are: the dialectical method of knowledge with its components: analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, as well as methods like: observation, comparison, selection, grouping and scientific method. The main documents that are used in this article are: Law no. 77 of 21.04.2016 about of information technology parks and GD 1144/2017 about of the creation of the information technology park ,, Moldova IT PARK”.
