Până în anul 2030, Organizația Națiunilor Unite (ONU - ODD) estimează că șase din zece persoane vor fi locuitori urbani, iar cel mai accentuat ritm de urbanizare va fi resimțit în țările în curs de dezvoltare. Termenul de oraș inteligent caracterizează așezarea umană în care rețelele și serviciile tradiționale sunt eficientizate prin utilizarea tehnologiilor digitale și de telecomunicații în beneficiul locuitorilor și al afacerilor. Până de curând, tehnologiile inteligente au fost percepute ca instrumente perturbatoare. Obiectivele cercetării de față sunt abordarea cuprinzătoare a elementelor unui oraș inteligent cât și determinarea rolului și al locului managementului în cadrul Obiectivului cu nr. 11 din ODD. La baza cercetării au fost utilizate metode calitative, inducția și deducția, având ca suport științific rapoartele organismelor internaționale și a literaturii academice de resort. The demand for digital products will always be active, and the companies that develop and maintain such products will operate for a very long time, until the demand is exhausted. The digital products that will be developed must generate as much dopamine as possible for the user. The more actively will use digital products, the more data will be collected from the user in exchange for new strategies to keep the user active with the help of artificial intelligence. To protect the Big Data collected, we will call on cybersecurity to protect the servers where the data is stored. The aim of the research is to bring to light new opportunities for sustainable business design in a world that is constantly changing and to highlight the role of artificial intelligence in the success of companies. The research methods used were observational research. The most relevant results show that the demand for cybersecurity will increase by 2027 to a value of 346 billion US dollars. Digital products will continue to use artificial intelligence to process Big Data. The examined enterprise is the restaurant, called «Gastrobar» and the purpose of this work is to analyze it, to anticipate possible risks and to recommend some methods of their minimization. Thereby analyzing one restaurant, we are going to understand, what kind of risks representatives of HORECA can face with. Moreover, there will be identified the consequences of the pandemic of the COVID-19, risks related to it and to the military conflict in the Ukraine. The basic methods for the examination of the company were SWOT-analysis and the risk matrix. The first one helped to detect strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company and on its base we revealed which risks the enterprise may deal with. The risk matrix helped us to understand the potential impact of the risks, which of them are acceptable, unacceptable and catastrophic for the business. The results demonstrated us appearance of which risks are very possible and which of them are the most dangerous for the business. During the research we find out that companies of HORECA should look for the opportunities of only local products, because the imported ones will be or very expensive or won’t be imported in Republic of Moldova at all.
