It affects the ecological heritage and development of the intangible cultural heritage. Digital Protection of intangible cultural heritage of the Three Gorges region needs to strengthen digital infrastructure. It focuses on the benign protection and heritage under information environment change, from modeling, superficial to the depth of the promotion. the form and methods of protection are: 3G technology-based protection, seize the triple play era of opportunity for intangible cultural heritage protection services, using animation, digital game, motion capture technology, the spread of a variety of images to protect the intangible cultural heritage. the protection of the digital way can break through the limitations of the traditional protection superficial, focus on the deep cultural connotation of the intangible cultural heritage. by using digital media, interactive, personalized information and virtual information dissemination characteristics, we can avoid the defects of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection of fragmentation and marginalization. Based on the histograms of oriented gradient (HOG) and adaboost learning methods, the static hand algorithm is designed to recognize the predefine gesture in the hand Area. by tracking the hand trajectory by kinect, hmms is used to train and classify dynamic gesture. an intelligent interactive system based on hand gesture recognition algorithm above is presented to choose and control different programs. Firstly, the matching feature points are detected by the new principle. Mismatching points are further removed by using the mutual mapping theory. Secondly, transformation matrix is calculated by random sample consensus (RANSAC). Furthermore, the matrix is optimized by Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm (L-M). Lastly, image mosaic is realized by image fusion. Experimental results indicate that compared with traditional matching principle, new matching principle has improved matching accuracy. Functional connectivity networks during the occurrence of working memory event and the period of resting state are obtained. the two networks satisfy the small-world network property. Degree centralities of vertexes within two networks are calculated to find important neuron. Both dynamic availability and steady availability of the system is investigated in this paper. To study the relationship between dynamic and steady availability, the paper shows that dynamic availability and steady availability of the system is existent and unique in this model. Furthermore, by the method of functional analysis, the paper shows that the dynamic availability of the system converge the steady availability as time tends to infinity.
