Neural ensemble rate coding is applied to find the time interval of working memory event occurrence. The analysis of functional connectivity is carried out though the method of cross-covariance. Functional connectivity networks during the occurrence of working memory event and the period of resting state are obtained. the two networks satisfy the small-world network property. Degree centralities of vertexes within two networks are calculated to find important neuron.
