Firstly, by analyzing the information transfer in NPD and reengineering the R&D process, an integrated information requirement model is produced. then the information flow of main enterprise systems is combed. {"title":"Driving Fatigue Classified Analysis Based on ECG Signal","authors":"Qun Wu, Yangyang Zhao, Xiangang Bi","doi":"10.1109/ISCID.2012.267","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ISCID.2012.267","url":null,"abstract":"The ECG data obtained through experiment is divided into normal state and fatigue state two types by obtaining ECG signal under different conditions of human through experiments and selecting PERCLOS value as basis to judge the degree of fatigue under controlled environment. on the basis, use Kernel Principal Component method to investigate the selected ECG signal parameters whether can effectively express the state of human fatigue. Analyzing the collected samples by using Kernel Principal Component method shows that selecting appropriate kernel function and related parameters can effectively separated normal samples and fatigue samples and that it is feasible to detect fatigue through the selected ECG signal parameters. In this paper, we designed and implemented an intelligent underwater acoustic modem management platform, based on the chip ARM6410. The platform supports the executable program written by users, and can complete the functions of modem state control, data storage and forwarding, and network protocol implementation. According to the condition of generating Love wave, the model using ST-90°X quartz wafer as substrate and SiO2 as overlay is simulated by ANSYS finite element software. The various velocities are calculated by the data of various modes, then the diagram of the velocity and frequency is drawn using the Lagrange interpolation function, which can prove the dispersion characteristics of Love wave. The Love wave device with 83MHz center frequency is designed according to the relationship between velocity and frequency, and its insertion loss is 10dB. {"title":"Improved Stock Market Prediction by Combining Support Vector Machine and Empirical Mode Decomposition","authors":"Honghai Yu, Haifei Liu","doi":"10.1109/ISCID.2012.138","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ISCID.2012.138","url":null,"abstract":"Now equity returns are predictable has been called \"\"\"\"new fact in finance\"\"\"\". in this paper, a two-stage neural network architecture constructed by combining Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) is proposed for stock market prediction. in the first stage, EMD is used to partition the whole input space into several disjoint regions. in the second stage, multiple SVMs that best fit each partitioned region are constructed by finding the most appropriate kernel function and the optimal learning parameters of SVMs, and finally through the combination of different region predictions to get the forecasting of the financial time series.
