摘要

本文研究了一种企业新产品开发信息环境评价方法。首先,通过分析新产品开发过程中的信息传递并对研发过程进行再造,建立了一个集成的信息需求模型。然后对企业主要系统的信息流进行了梳理。在信息需求模型的基础上,评估了这些系统对研发信息的贡献。为了减少信息冲突和输入重复,定义了系统信息之间的关系,得到系统信息的共同部分,使系统更好地协同工作,提供一个集成的信息环境。在此基础上,建立了基于研发信息完备性、转移成本、转移时间、信息质量和IT连通性等因素的企业信息环境评价模型。
