传统的提花织物采用单面设计模式,极大地限制了织物效果的表达。基于数字化设计理念,提出了数字化提花机设计创新的分层组合设计模式。通过分层结构设计方法和复合织物结构的运用,解决了直接利用数字图像设计提花织物的关键技术问题。本文从研究设计原理和方法入手,结合设计实践和创新产品,对分层组合设计模式下数字提花织物的设计创作进行了全面的分析和论证。提出了数字提花机分层组合设计模式指导技术研究和产品创新的基本框架。该研究不仅为分层组合设计模式下的数字提花机的设计创作提供了科学的理论和实践经验,而且展示了本研究的实用价值。
