But due to the specificity of the organization and the nature of the job, the possibility of human rights violations exists more than any other organization in society. As seen in the sexual assault victims of the Navy's female military commander and the late Sergeant Lee Ye-ram's sexual harassment suicide, human rights violations such as sexual harassment against female soldiers and resulting suicide are increasing. In particular, female non-commissioned officers are overwhelmingly high as victims of sexual violence, and female soldiers are likely to be in a worse situation. This study conducted a qualitative analysis of the overall human rights status for female soldiers using in-depth counseling techniques. Detailed human rights violations such as personnel, positions, and discrimination, female military welfare status, sexual violence and sexual harassment against female soldiers, and recent homosexual issues were also analyzed. However, the extended life expectancy ultimately raises another issue of entrance into a super-aged society. South Korea currently implements a lot of welfare policies, which involve many different types of industrial facilities and leisure life, in preparation for aging society and the number of healthcare institutions, including long-term care centers for the elderly, is on the exponential increase. However, the South Korean society has no accurate statistics concerning the targets of caregiving and the caregivers and fails to identify institutionalized targets of caregiving, not to mention home-based caregiving. Amid the aging society, now is a moment that urgently requires national attention to the physical and mental problems of caregiving family as well as to aged patients. In particular, the cases of intra-family murder and suicide due to caregiving become serious social problems. There are several types and causes of murder related to caregiving and relevant statistics and social measures are very poor. In addition, intra-family murder and suicide related to caregiving are usually defined as homicide (Article 250 of the Criminal Law) or are just punished for parricide due to the murder of a lineal ascendant. This study aimed to divide the definitions of caregiving murder and analyze its characteristics and causes. Efforts were also made to review the problems of the current caregiving system and develop the methods of coping effectively with the crimes of caregiving murder through the support based on criminal policies and management. specific measures to manage depression in children and adolescents were presented. Cyberbullying is a serious social problem that not only children and adolescents but also adults are experiencing. In particular, in the case of cyberbullying experienced by children and adolescents, victims experience negative emotions such as frustration, anger, and sadness, leading to serious suicidal thoughts. described as a type of crime. A lot of research has been done so far to elucidate the causes of cyberbullying damage. In particular, factors such as parents' level of intervention in using cyber media are explained as factors related to cyberbullying damage. The level of parental intervention in cyber media use starts from the parents' interest in their children. Parental neglect, an independent variable used in this study, is explained as one of the types of child abuse in which parental guidance and supervision are remarkably reduced, in which parents neglect their children and neglect them. Parental neglect is difficult to detect because it has the characteristic of invisibility, unlike other types of abuse. However, there have been recent cases of child deaths due to neglect, which is a very serious abuse. In addition, children and adolescents who are not protected by their parents due to neglect can become victims of various crimes, and the depression experienced by children and adolescents as a result of neglect affects crime damage, aggression, and suicide. Therefore, in this study, the mediating effect of depression on the relationship between parental neglect and cyberbullying damage was verified in order to present an academic basis for preventing cyberbullying damage, which is currently one of the serious social problems. As a result of the study, parental neglect had a positive (+) effect on the victims of cyberbullying among children and adolescents, and depression had a positive (+) effect on cyberbullying victims and mediates the relationship between parental neglect and cyberbullying victims. Therefore, in order to prevent cyberbullying damage through the research results, methods to prevent parental neglect and specific measures to manage depression in children and adolescents were presented. Japan has a low crime rate and its police system has a unique structure in which national and municipal police coexist. And the Japanese police are successfully carrying out crime prevention activities in such an organization. The Japanese police system is a combination of a centralized police system controlled by the state and a decentralized police system controlled by the prefecture. Though it is not well organized like a centralized police system, it is better organized than a decentralized police system. Even if prefectural control and impact are not as large as the decentralized police system, they can be said to be greater than the centralized police system. The Japanese police are receiving a lot of favorable reviews in terms of system and operation, but they also have many problems. However, as explained in the empirical study of factors influencing school violence damage by Bu Chan-ju (2018), studies on school violence damage in multicultural adolescents are insufficient compared to the history of studies on factors influencing school violence in general adolescents. In other words, in Korea, there is a lot of research on the damage of school violence by general adolescents, but there are not many studies on the damage of school violence by multicultural adolescents. Accordingly, this study aims to study the damage of school violence among multicultural adolescents by analyzing a total of 2,246 people in the final analysis of children from multicultural families in the second multicultural youth panel survey conducted in 2019. As a result of the study, it was found that vulnerability, experience of discrimination damage, and level of difficulty in school life were influenced by factors influencing school violence damage of multicultural adolescents. This means that the higher the emotional and physical vulnerability, the more experienced discrimination damage, and the more difficult it is for the entire school life, the more experienced school violence damage. This has caused public anger not only in Korea but also in other Asian countries. Like this incident, indiscriminate attacks accompanied by racism have been increasing rapidly since COVID-19. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between race-related hate attack types and COVID-19 in the United States through unstructured text data analysis and discuss countermeasures. From January 2018 to March 2020, articles on hate crimes in the United States (N=485) posted on famous US news sites such as the Washington Post, the LA Times, and the New York Times were collected through webcrawling and the process of refining was conducted to verify equity to use high-quality articles for analysis. Simultaneous Appearance Word Network (TF-IDF) analysis and LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation Modeling) model were applied to classify meaningful topics. As a result, there was a difference in major topics before and after COVID-19. Specifically, the current status, utilization, satisfaction, problem, improvement direction, and technology and equipment desired to be introduced by field police officers under the classification system for each technology target were analyzed. As for the analysis data, preliminary survey data of the demand survey for the 「2022 Police Technology Commercialization Project and FGI data of 15 on-site police officers were used. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the holding status was held by the affiliated functions/institution from at least 4.0% to a maximum of 55.2% by the middle classification of security science and technology. It was confirmed that the average score of utilization and satisfaction were higher than 5points in all middle categories (7point scale). However, in the case of introduction recognition, a relatively low number was reported, with a minimum of 3.2% to a maximum of 15.5% for each division. For this purpose, the responses of 805 youth under the age of 39 in ‘The 19th KLIPS(2016)’ were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.0. The results indicated that social support, turn over intention, job involvement and job satisfaction were significantly correlated. Social support, job involvement and job satisfaction were positively associated with each other, and turnover intention was negatively associated with the other variables. Next, the mediation effect of job involvement on the relation between social support and turnover intention was significant. Additionally, low level of job satisfaction had a moderation effect on the relation between job involvement an turnover intention. The mediation effect of job involvement on the relation between social support and turnover intention was mo derated by low level job satisfaction. This finding implies that job involvement and job satisfaction are important factors in understanding the turnover intention of youth and in order to reduce their turnover intention, it is especially necessary to find ways to increase job involvement. Even though the widespread crime rate and damage in Sole Proprietors, Sole Proprietor's fear of crime as distinct from personal fear of crime is an understudied phenomenon. The present paper sought to identifying the determinant of sole proprietor's fear of crime under three theoretical models(incivility, victimization, and confidence in the police). Using the Korea Institute of Criminology’s “Safety Survey of Commercial Victimization Survey in Korea, 2016” data, multiple regression analysis was conducted on 5,080 sole proprietors. Results indicate that incivility and victimization have a significant effect on sole proprietor's fear of crime. Furthermore, confidence in police has a significant moderating effect on relationship between incivility and sole proprietor's fear of crime. This results suggest that sole proprietor who perceives more incivility has more fear of crime and even though confidence in police high level has increased the level of fear of crime. However, as can be seen from the phrase contemporary asynchronism, people in one society live with different values. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically verify how the perception of stalking differs between generations by classifying the generation who shared a specific historical experience into the baby boomers, Generation X, Generation M, and Generation Z. Using a South Korean adult sample(n=336), we examine stalking perceptions according to generation differences were analyzed. The results show that there were statistically significant differences between generations in the classification of stalking punishment opinions and stalking behavior.
