This finding implies that job involvement and job satisfaction are important factors in understanding the turnover intention of youth and in order to reduce their turnover intention, it is especially necessary to find ways to increase job involvement. Abstract

This study examined the mediating effect of job involvement moderated by job satisfaction in the relation between social support and turnover intention in youth,. For this purpose, the responses of 805 youth under the age of 39 in ‘The 19th KLIPS(2016)’ were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.0. The results indicated that social support, turn over intention, job involvement and job satisfaction were significantly correlated.
