To optimize the potential of natural resources is needed integrated agricultural technology that can be applied by the community. Regional partnership program aims to assist the community in exploiting the potential of natural resources owned by kindly and wisely through integrated agricultural technology innovation to improve their welfare. PKW is implemented in two villages in Lakea Sub-District, Lakea I and Ngune Village. The methods used in the implementation of the program include: training, plot demonstration technology, guidance, and community assistance. The results of the program implementation showed that the adoption of technology was good enough from the target community group which is showed by the transfer of technology in the development of SRI rice cultivation with legowo row planting system, the development and entrepreneurship of local-made production facilities include bioinsecticide development Beauveria bassiana, Trichoderma sp biofungicide, liquids organic fertilizer and granules, development of PKW production facilities, and development of forage grazing garden with Panicum sarmentosum grass cultivation. The technology assembly is as the result of a suitable PKW team study to be developed in the Lakea District of Buol Regency in utilizing and developing the potential of natural resources in the program target location. Farmer’s low income was caused by low productivity so farmer welfare also decrease. Traditional methods in cultivation also affect the environment because of high usage of chemical fertilizer. This community service program aims to increase farmer’s income in Pamijahan Subdistrict by introducing System of Rice Intensification (SRI) method using organic fertilizer. The main activities are: instituional strengthening, SRI training and cultivation practice (pilot project). The expected outcome of this community service activity is to increase production by using less input and to get higher selling price for organic rice. There are four steps in this program is: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The target of this program is the establishment of a business unit that develops food products from tuna fish. In particular, the program aims to train two partners, namely the Bulan and Tuna Tomini to produce tuna fish abon. Training will be given starting from production techniques, packaging, marketing, to business management techniques. The method that will be applied to achieve the goals/targets is a combination of several approaches, namely through counseling, training, mentoring, as well as providing production equipment assistance. The lack of water treatment technology becomes an obstacle for the community in water treatment. The objective of this activity is to provide knowledge or understanding to the community about the utilization of activated carbon from coconut shell as filter media in gravity-fed filtering system. The activity was carried out for 3 months from June–August 2017 and consists of several steps: 1) Socialization; 2) Training; and 3) Monitoring and evaluation. The results show that people in the Village of Alue Ie Puteh have been able to apply technique of producing the activated carbon from coconut shell as filter media in gravity-fed filtering system. Population growth and consumption pattern change causes the volume, type, and characteristics of existing waste is increasing, especially household waste. Beside from households, there are also a lot of garbage has coming from the agricultural sectors. The main factors causing the community dispose garbage into the river is the unavailability of landfills, awareness and knowledge of the community related to waste management and utilization is still quite low. Seeing these conditions, the team through the Student Creativity Program for Community Service educate how about the management and utilization of waste named enviro school. Enviro school aims to shape the caring behavior of environmental community through environmental education start from an early age, grouping garbage independently, forming the institution of trash bank, and creating creative products from waste through the creation of vermicompost institutions and handicrafts with functional and economic value with target adult people on Ciaruteun Ilir Village RT 05/03. Enviro school has methods through 7 classes, it is pre class, first class, class, green class, brown class, white class, and enviroducation fair. Based on pre test results conducted at the beginning of the program, only 30.90% of people understand the concept of waste management and utulization, then an increase after four months running through the post test of 92.69%. The activity aims to provide knowledge and empower the community of Tanjung Tiram Village through the enhancement of value added potential of aquatic resources (seaweed and fish). The activity was conducted through training to make various processed food products based on seaweed and fish so that economic value of fishery products increases. In addition there are also alternative jobs for fishermen/communities who have been doing the utilization of natural resources that damage (no eco-friendly). In addition, supplementation of feed or herbal medicine is expected to accelerate the growth of animals to increase farmers' profits. This program aimed to provided solutions for feed endurance as well as provided knowledge to farmers about the use of medicinal plants to accelerate the growth of livestock. This program consists of three stages as followed: socialization and counseling, fermentation and herbal weightlifting ration formulation training and then evaluation. This program conducted for 45 days. The result was farmer awareness of local feed potency in Sendang village, increasing of farmer understanding about fermentation and supplement ration, ration formulation utilized directly by participant. In order to compete in the era of free market, SME kerupuk Sidoarjo must give main focus on food quality. The focus of food quality improvement can be done through the fulfillment of food quality requirements by applying Good Food Production Methods for Household Industries (GFPM-HI). The implementation of GFPM-HI was conducted on two SMEs Sidoarjo, namely UD Dua Kelapa and Sinar Jaya. The process of applying GFPM-HI, starting from the process of identifying gender analysis pathway (gap), designing compliance requirements, implementation, and evaluation process. The evaluation results still have some criteria that have not been optimal. The aim of activities are all partners able process soybean juice into health drink product in ready to drink packaging, adn next can be as new economic commodity to the community. In addition, partners are expected to have a clear administrative and governance system in finance, production and, marketing as an effort to empower communities in Sukoharjo District. Considering the benefits of this soy essence is so great then product diversification is needed so that the product is more acceptable to the market. This program is done through several stages namely 1) Making soybeans into ready-to-drink; 2) Transfer of packing technology; 3) Product marketing and management aspects of soybean processing into beverages in ready-to-drink packaging as well as; and 4) Feasibility analysis of beverage production business made from soybean. Through IbM, training and development of soya bean processing technology is made into an economic commodity product in the form of beverages in ready-to-drink packaging, which can provide new economic alternatives in the community. The lack of technology for production equipment and lack of knowledge of natural coloring become an obstacle in developing of their product. The purpose of this activity was produced of weaving product made of stick cesspool from high quality palm oil and market demand by using ATBM and application of natural dyes to product. The activity conducted for five months started from April–August 2017. The method used discussion and active participatory from beneficiaries group by applying adult learning. The result shown that local government of Aceh Tamiang, Paya Bedi Village Government and Karya Muda women group was able to produced various kinds of handicraft production by using palm oil cesspool stick and interested by markets such as women hand bag, tissue box, stationery box, and laptop bag whereas prior that the group were able to produced various kinds of handycraft manually such as plate, broom, vas, and others.
