Ohoi Ngilngof is one ohoi (village) located in the Southeast Maluku District which is largely coastal area. One of the most perceived development activities that have crucial impact to the coastal environment in this region is the eviction of coastal land for expanding roads and constructing talud. This condition caused considerable pressure on the coastal area of Ohoi Ngilngof in general and particularly bring about crucial impact to the villagers. Partners are an organization engaged in the development of affected communities in the area of Bangunsari localization. The partners are Omah Batik Tulis Khas Surabaya Sari Ratu and Rumah Batik Canting Risma Ratu. E-catalog application had three proceses, i.e. customer registration process, master data processing process, and ordering process. E-catalog application had through five stages are: 1) Identifies data needs performed by interview; 2) Designing the database, created using a Conceptual Data Model (CDM) that produces 8 entities and Physical Data Model (PDM) that generates 8 tables next design the i nput and output form; 3) Implements the system using a web-based programming language; 4) Testing system with black box method, testing sistem include all transactions on each user; and 5) Evaluation of system was done by using questionnaire to find accuracy of aplication. Questionnaires were distributed to 2 partners. Questionnaire was filled by chairman and two members for each partner. Number of questionnaire was 6 questionnaires. The evaluation results show that accuracy of e-catalog application that had been built was user friendly for 73.61%. Some efforts that can be done to improve the quality of pondok pesantren can be done with conservation activities that is through land optimalization. Activity of land optimalization is a strategic effort that can be done in pesantren environment in order to maintain the existing land resources in pesantren supported by large enough land and enough human resources. Pesantren which do the activities of land optimalization continuously referred to conservation islamic boarding school or pesantren konservasi. The program of pesantren konservasi include activities of land optimalization conducted in the field of feed crops to develop the potential the sector of animal husbandry. Focus on the goal to be achieved is to support the better feed for the better food too. This study was conducted in March–May 2017, at Pondok Pesantren Darul Fallah, Ciampea, Bogor. The methods through several steps include the identification of islamic boarding school, get contacts of foundation management, observation of islamic boarding school application and assosiation. Beside that, practical activities in pesantren konservasi include the clearing of land area, crop selection, planting, and mentoring.
