Convenience sampling method was used for this survey. Data from 160 respondents were collected through a structured questionnaire measured with a Likert scale ranging from 1-7. An online-based web survey was utilized to reach the target respondents. Data were processed with SmartPLS and statistically tested with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that perceived usefulness is the most important predictor of the intention to use QRIS. Additionally, a reasonably good predictive performance of the model is found. This research contributes to a more holistic understanding of the adoption of QRIS payment systems and provides insights that companies/merchant can leverage through the use of this payment technology. Significant implications for the development and refinement of QRIS. Developing a research model regarding subjective norms, perceived compatibility, perceived security, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness, including their roles in using QRIS. Utilizing SPSS software for discriminant item analysis, the study confirmed the suitability of all scale items, establishing their reliability in assessing resilience within the unique context of vocational training. The calculated corrected item-total correlations indicated a robust relationship between individual items and the overall scale. Cronbach's Alpha coefficients, consistently high at 0.963 both overall and based on standardized items, underscored the internal consistency of the 10-item CD-RISC scale. This research contributes to the understanding of resilience among vocational training instructors, emphasizing the importance of tailored measurement tools for specific contexts. The affirmed reliability of the scale suggests its utility for future research endeavors aimed at enhancing the resilience of vocational training instructors in Denpasar. Beyond academic implications, this study holds practical value for improving training programs and supporting instructors in navigating the challenges inherent in their profession.","PeriodicalId":242689,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis","volume":"117 23","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139133092","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem of plastic waste has become the government's priority in realizing the goal of sustainable development through circular economic practices. Encouraging the creation of environmentally friendly products in the industry has been done but the number of product innovations is still low. Another obstacle is that product sales are strongly linked to the general welfare of individuals and society. Therefore, exploring consumer desires towards environmentally friendly products becomes important because this new knowledge can be used by governments and manufacturers to promote environmentally friendly products in the long run consumption. This study attempts to investigate the WTP of households in Padang City against environmentally friendly products and found factors that affect the WTP value. Using the contingent valuation method (CVM), the findings showed that willingness to pay (WTP) for eco-friendly products was significantly associated with gender, education, household income and price of alternative products. The results also showed that the average household is willing to pay about Rp 34,472.- for one product. These micro-level investigations can be a useful framework in organizing information and strategies on how households value eco-friendly products.","PeriodicalId":242689,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis","volume":"40 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139132669","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Talent management practices, which include career planning, incentives, and organizational support, were found to have a significant influence on employee performance. The main recommendation is to strengthen talent management practices by placing more emphasis on internal talent identification and development, as well as more structured career development programs. Although knowledge management does not have a significant direct influence on employee performance, this study emphasizes the importance of evaluating knowledge management practices. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method. Descriptive methods are used to collect data that can test hypotheses or provide answers to questions related to individual views on certain issues or topics. This method is used to describe and analyze data obtained from respondents in the context of talent management, knowledge management, and its relationship with employee performance and employee engagement. Efforts should be focused on effective knowledge collection, storage and distribution to ensure operational efficiency and continuous employee development. The research then recommends training employees in knowledge management. This will help improve employees' ability to manage and access relevant knowledge, which in turn will improve work efficiency. It is important to note that companies should adopt a proactive approach in regular monitoring and evaluation of factors that affect employee performance. As such, they can identify changes in organizational dynamics and adjust their strategies accordingly. This research provides valuable insights for companies in optimizing employee performance and meeting increasingly complex market demands.","PeriodicalId":242689,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Informatika Ekonomi Bisnis","volume":"101 32","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139133786","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
