For this reason, a leadership style is needed that can increase employee engagement to achieve better company performance. The aim of this research is to ascertain the impact of servant leadership workers' job satisfaction and trust in their leaders as mediating variables. It is conducted at government-owned banks, namely, Bank BNI, Bank BRI, Bank BTN, and Bank Mandiri. Purposive sampling was the technique employed in this study, and the sample consisted of 273 individuals who worked for government-owned banks. This study employed structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS software as a data analysis technique. The study's findings demonstrate that: servant leadership influences job satisfaction significantly; job satisfaction influences work engagement significantly; Trust in Leader significantly influences work engagement; job satisfaction mediates the relationship between servant leadership and work engagement; and Trust in Leader mediates the relationship between servant leadership and work engagement. Studi ini mengambil persepsi dari 238 pegawai bank dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner sampel purposive (purposive sampling) dengan jumlah pertanyaan sebanyak 34 pertanyaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang menggunakan software smartPLS 3. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa variabel hasil efek total koefisien menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, pengendalian internal dan kompetensi memilki pengaruh terhadap budaya organanisasi. Sedangkan dalam pengujian uji jalur dimana budaya organisasi mampu menjadi interventing atau sebagai mediasi terhadap tindakan terjadinya fruad. Dalam hal untuk mencegah tindakan akan terjadinya fraud dalam perusahaan perbankkan perlu adanya pengetatan sebuah peraturan dan kebijakan yang dibuat baik dari pihak internal ataupun eksternal perusahaan. A sample of 62 respondents, consisting of 20 academic staff and 42 administrative staff, was selected to participate in the study. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The findings revealed that both recruitment and selection had a significant positive impact on employee performance. Effective recruitment practices, such as attracting and selecting qualified candidates, were found to be crucial in driving employee performance. Similarly, aligning candidates' qualifications with job requirements through a well-designed selection process positively influenced employee performance. However, no significant relationship was found between motivation and employee performance. These results underscore the importance of implementing effective recruitment and selection strategies to enhance employee performance. Organizations should focus on attracting and selecting highly qualified individuals while ensuring a good fit between candidates and job requirements. Efforts should also be made to foster employee motivation through recognition, career development, and a supportive work environment. The study contributes to the understanding of human resource management practices and their impact on employee performance in the hospitality and tourism industry. With a focus on self-employment in three business sector groups (primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors) which aims to answer the question of how the description and determinants of entrepreneurial opportunities for persons with disabilities in Indonesia. This study uses data sourced from the August 2020 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) with a total sample of 34,546 respondents with working disabilities consisting of 19,253 respondents in the primary sector, 11,213 respondents in the secondary sector and 4,080 respondents in the tertiary sector. By using the binary logistic regression analysis method, it was found that education, job training, internet access, government policies, and disability classification have a significant effect on the opportunities for entrepreneurs with disabilities in Indonesia in the tertiary sector. In the secondary sector, the entrepreneurial opportunities for persons with disabilities are significantly influenced by work experience, gender, age, location of residence, and disability classification. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh investment opportunity set terhadap pertumbuhan pada PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data berupa analisis kuantitatif yaitu metode analisis deskriptif dengan uji normalitas, uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji regresi linear sederhana dibantu uji SPSS versi 25. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk periode 2017-2021. Uji asumsi klasik menyatakan model regresi yang digunakan kedua variabel terdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara investment opportunity set terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Dengan nilai korelasi positif 0,483 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh investment opportunity set terhadap pertumbuhan laba memiliki hubungan yang sedang dan searah. Besarnya koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,233 menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan laba dipengaruhi oleh investment opportunity set sebesar 23,3% sedangkan sisanya 76,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. The samples taken are people who know Rachel Vennya on Instagram. The number of samples in this study is a minimum of 156 active Instagram users who know Rachel Vennya. The final data collected in this study were 251 respondents. Methods of testing and data analysis using Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that there are significant results among all variables with the acquisition of a T-count > 3,000 to a P-Value of <0.05. The findings revealed significant relationships and provided insights into the dynamics of these variables. The results indicated that social interactions had a direct and significant impact on job satisfaction. Positive interactions, such as effective communication and collaboration, enhanced job satisfaction levels. Similarly, the work environment was found to influence job satisfaction, with factors such as physical conditions, organizational culture, and leadership practices playing a significant role. Work motivation was identified as another crucial factor affecting job satisfaction. Employees who were motivated and engaged in their work reported higher levels of job satisfaction. However, the study found that work motivation did not fully mediate the relationships between social interactions, the work environment, and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Sekretariat Daerah Pontianak prioritize fostering positive social interactions, improving the work environment, and promoting work motivation as separate but interconnected factors in enhancing job satisfaction. The study provides valuable insights for organizational leaders and policymakers to understand the factors influencing job satisfaction. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents who had visited hotels in Denpasar, Bali. Statistical techniques such as validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were employed for data analysis. The findings indicate that Psychographic Segmentation significantly influences Purchase Decisions. Categorizing buyers based on psychological traits, lifestyle, and values plays a crucial role in shaping consumer preferences and motivations. Promotion also has a significant impact on Purchase Decisions, as effective promotional strategies create awareness and persuade target customers. Additionally, the Location of a business emerges as a critical factor, with strategic placement influencing customers' buying decisions. The regression analysis reveals that Psychographic Segmentation, Promotion, and Location collectively explain approximately 75.1% of the variance in Purchase Decisions. However, it is important to note that factors beyond the study's scope, such as product quality, pricing, brand reputation, and customer service, may also influence purchase decisions. These insights provide valuable guidance for businesses in developing targeted marketing strategies to enhance their competitive advantage. Understanding consumers' psychographic profiles, implementing effective promotions, and strategically locating operations can significantly influence Purchase Decisions, leading to increased sales and overall business success. The research method used in this case is quantitative research. The data in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires that have been distributed to 100 communities. Sample the method used is purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SPSS 20.0 for windows by testing the independent variables namely Guaranteed Sense of Security and Location and the dependent variable namely Interest in Transactions.The normality test using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov method obtained a result of 0.699, which means it is greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the normality test on the variables Assurance of Security, Location and Interest in Transactions can be said to be normally distributed. The results of the regression analysis in the first model show that the Guaranteed Sense of Security and Location variables have a positive and significant effect on Transaction Interest. The Guaranteed Sense of Security variable has a coefficient value of 0.593 and the Location variable has a coefficient value of 0.084.
