Kualitas pendidikan sesungguhnya sangat ditentukan oleh eksistensi kurikulum tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kajian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif menuntut keteraturan, ketertiban dan kecermatan dalam berpikir, tentang hubungan datta yang satu dengan data yang lain dan konteksnya dalam masalah yang akan diungkapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kurikulum diperlukan setiap saat karena kurikulum akan selalu merespon perkembangan dalam kehidupan, baik perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, perkembangan sosial dan budaya, dan perkembangan politik. Di samping itu, dalam perkembangannya kurikulum harus memperhatikan unsur peserta didik, satuan pendidikan, masyarakat, dan peranan pengembang kurikulum terutama guru. The study aimed to develop early childhood teacher modules in developing learning devices following the conditions of the local area. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and Focus Group Discussion. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and t-test. The research samples were early childhood teachers in Ternate city and early childhood education experts. The 2013 Early Childhood Education curriculum provides an opportunity for schools to develop learning models following the local context. Child learning starts from around the house and school so it is not uprooted from its cultural roots. In this curriculum, teachers are required to be able to develop their learning tools that are appropriate but on the other hand, there is a lack of books or modules that can be a guide in developing these learning devices. Based on this, the teacher module was developed as a practical guide in developing learning devices. Based on the results of the study, data from early childhood teacher modules was effectively used to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning devices. Namun, pendidikan seks sering dianggap tabu anak-anak karena menganggap bahwa seks adalah hal-hal yang porno, kotor, atau mesum. Pengetahuan dasar tentang pendidikan seks sangat membantu siswa dalam menjaga kebersihan, percaya diri bahkan menghindarkan dari perilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan syariat islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mendeskripsikan landasan pendidikan seks dalam perspektif Islam. 2) Mendeskripsikan sistem pendidikan seks dalam perspektif Islam. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif-deksriptif bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena sesuai dengan realita. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan 1) Observasi 2) Wawancara 3) Dokumentasi. Model analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, langkah-langkahnya yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Landasan penerapan pendidikan seks ialah membekali peserta didik agar siap menghadapi masa puberitas dengan baik sehingga mereka tidak asing dengan perubahan dalam diri misalnya perubahan fisik dan emosional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan dengan melibatkan subjek siswa SMPN 2 Kademangan Kabupaten Blitarkelas VIII-H tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dengan karakteristik remaja awal dalam rentang usia 13-14tahun.Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala tanggung jawab sosial danlembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah membandingkan skorhasil pretes dengan postes pada setiap siklus dan uji komparatif menggunakan uji Wilcoxon sign rank test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penerapan teknik storytelling penggalan kisahSoekarno melalui bimbingan kelompok efektif dan layak untuk dilaksanakan. Hasilobservasi penilaian pada siklus I diperoleh semua indikator dilaksanakan oleh guruBK. Hasil penilaian kelayakan storytelling penggalan cerita I sampai cerita IVdiperoleh kelayakan storytelling 95% dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil observasi penilaianpada siklus II diperoleh semua indikator dilaksanakan oleh guru BK. Hasil penilaiankelayakan storytelling penggalan cerita V sampai cerita VIII diperoleh kelayakanstorytelling sebesar 98,33% dalam kategori tinggi; 2) Penerapan Storytelling dapatmeningkatkan tanggung jawab sosial siswa dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya skortanggung jawab sosial setelah dilakukan postes pada siklus I dan II.
