This article aims to describe; 1) The history of TQM,and 2) The concept of school quality with a library approach. Total Quality Management(TQM) or the history of integrated quality is late in the West, although the ideas wereoriginally developed in the 1930s and 1940s by W. Edwards Deming. Deming beganformulating his ideas in the 1930s while conducting research on methods of eliminatingvariability and waste from industrial processes used by the Japanese government. Demingfirst visited Japan in the late 1940s to conduct a post-war census of Japan. Impressed by hisperformance, the Japanes Union of Engineers and Scientists invited Deming to return in 1950to teach the application of statistical process control to industry players in Japan. Japanpressed attention in reconstructing their war-damaged industry. This is where Japan initiallycampaigned for the quality movement. This study aims to describe implementation of the cakraplate media in improving the learning of hijaiyah letters in early childhood. Theformulation of the problem is how implementation of the cakra plate media inimproving the learning of hijaiyah letters in early childhood?. This study uses aclassroom action research (CAR) method using an instrument of early childhood activityobservation sheets. The result showed that in pre-cycle the average value of children inBSB category was 25%, the firs cycle the average value of children in BSB category was36.25%, and the second cycle the average value of children in BSB category was 76.25%.The results of the study showed an increase in hijaiyah learning through the cakra platemedia with an average result that increases in BSB category in early childhood. The study sample size of 76people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were presented by usingdescriptive statistics and regression analysis. Menurut Muthahhari karakteradalah tindakan etis yang dibenarkan bagi setiap individu, situasi dan kondisi secaramutlak atau karakter mulia adalah karakter yang didalamnya mengandung nilai-nilaikemanusiaan yaitu cinta, akal, keadilan, kebebasan, pelayanan kepada sesama, danibadah. Hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sejarah dan kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan umumnya dipengaruhi oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang memiliki peran signifikan dan memiliki pengaruh yang besar, salah satunya adalah Pengaruh H.O.S. Tjokroaminoto dalam isu-isu islam dan sosialisme serta mendorong semangat nasionalisme bangsa indonesia untuk mencapai kemerdekaan. Selain itu, H.O.S. Tjokroaminoto juga memiliki pemikiran yang visioner tentang pendidikan politik di Indonesia yang belum secara mendalam dilakukan kajian sebagai upaya untuk memberikan penguatan terhadap sistem pendidikan di Indonesia dewasa ini. Metode kajian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan konsep dasar studi tokoh yang meliputi pemikiran, peran, dan kontribusi sosial secara empiris dari H.O.S Tjokroaminoto terhadap pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Metode rekontruksi biografis. Hasil kajian pustaka menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran HOS Tjokroaminoto mengandung nilai-nilai politik dan patriotisme untuk melawan penindasan kolonial Belanda bersama para tokoh perjuangan yang lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan subjek penelitian adalah siswa SD 31 Kota Ternate dengan jumlah siswa 21 yang terdiri 8 laki-laki dan 13 perempuan. Proses penelitian mengikuti siklus I dan siklus II dan instrumen penelitian adalah lembar observasi, tes hasil belajar, format wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media peta sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD 31 Kota Ternate. Berdasarkan hasil  belajar siswa pada siklus 1 terdapat siswa yang belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketentuan Minimum (KKM) dengan rata-rata sebesar 58,13% untuk siklus II rata-rata nilai siswa sebesar 83,72% peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan model Islamic Parenting dalam memperkuat relasio sosial dalam keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantititaif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen yang termasuk dalam desain pretest-posttest control group design yang terdiri dari kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol yang masing-masing terdiri dari 10 subjek penelitian. Proses penelitian ditekankan pada perlakuan yang diberikan pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol yang diawali dengan mengukur nilai pretest dan diakhiri dengan pengukuran nilai posttest menggunakan uji mann-whitney dan uji N-Gain score untuk menentukan tingkat keefektifan perlakuan yang diberikan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji N-Gain Score menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata peningkatan score pada kelompok eksperimen adalah 110,38 % yang berada pada kategori efektif yang lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata peningkatan score pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 25,21 % yang berada pada ketagori tidak efektif. Sedangkan hasil uji Mann Whitney dengan nilai Asymp. Sig.
