The researcher used the descriptive inductive method. Also he confined on Interpretation of Zelal for Mr. Qutab, God rest his soul, as a sample and model because of its addressing of human emotions and feelings in various fields of life.The study consisted of an introduction, two chapters, four requirements, and a conclusion. The first chapter discussed the definition of Holy Qur'an, human feelings, and human and his meanings in Holy Qur'an. The second chapter included the aspects of of Holy Qur'an's consideration on positive human feelings and their effects on evaluating behavior of the individual and society. The research was summarized into a conclusion with most important results: Holy Qur'an is regarded as the intellectual and pedagogical source in developing and accessing feelings; the effects of right Iman are appeared in behavior; the solution of social and family problems is by irritating feelings sometimes. So the researcher recommended reviving the role of mosque in strengthening Muslim's feeling of his God; reinforcement of Iman in his conscious and heart; guiding his behavior and feelings matches his belief; including the love of God in new generations; focusing on the meanings of genuine love which comes from feelings, which are full of devotion; reinforcement of cooperation to love goodness in the society; using the scientific methods in educational institutions; permanent addressing about the good samples to educate feelings about the biography of Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon Him, companions, and the best followers; the importance of integral education between family and other educational places such as mosque, school, and home cares to imbue individuals with noble feelings. The researcher used the descriptive survey method; The questionnaire as a tool was distributed electronically; On an intended sample - all of the study population - physical education and home economics teachers for the primary stage for girls in the city of Hail, and their number was (130) female teachers, and the data was analyzed using the (SPSS) program. The results showed that the whole tool obtained a total average of (2.26 out of 3), i.e., at a (medium) degree. At the level of the axes, the axis of material obstacles got the highest average (with an average of (2.47 out of 3) that is to a (large) degree, then the axis of educational obstacles with an average of (2.23), and within it came the obstacles related to the course with an average of (2.25), then on teaching methods (2.23) and thirdly on the evaluation (2.21) And all of them are at a (medium) degree, and the third is the human obstacles axis with a total average (2.09 out of 3), and within it came the female teachers with an average of (2.18), then the family (2.10), and thirdly the school administration (2.05) and the fourth related to the female students (2.04), all of which are at a (medium) degree. The results also showed no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the responses of the study members about the study axes according to the specialization variable (physical education - home economics). And a place for keeping physical education tools, and taking into account the design of new buildings - by the Ministry of Education - for playgrounds suitable for physical education activities, and developing the skills and training of teachers, as suggested by studies on the subject. The study was applied to a random samples of (223) male and female students from all scientific department of the faculty of education- Saber university of Lahj . the results of the study showed that the faculty members ‘ practice of their academic roles got a total average of (3.36 out of 5) with a grade of (medium) and at the level of fieds, evaluation skills got the highest average (3.37) and finally, personal skills and moral qualities with an average (3.32) and all of them with a degree of practice (medium),as the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at level (0.05) between the average responses of the sample members in the areas of the study tool according to the variable of specialization (applied – theoretical) and in light of the results, the researcher recommended designing training programs to develop roles the ethical, personal, professional and academic skills and evaluation skills of the faculty member, and adoption of the roles addressed by the study in evaluating the performance of the faculty member from the point of view of students and colleagues, in addition to proposals for studies completing the subject of the study. The design of the descriptive approach was used in a survey. Al- Batin, and the results of the study showed that the degree of practice of secondary school principals in Hafr Al- Batin governorate of educational leadership styles from the teachers’ point of view; It came with an arithmetic average (2.88 out of 5), i.e. with a (medium) degree of practice. At the level of the domains, the democratic pattern got an average (3.75), i.e. with a (high) practice degree; Then the dictatorship with an average of (2.55), And third: The Chaotic pattern with an average of (2.32), both of which are at a (low) degree, and the level of job satisfaction of the female teachers from their point of view; It came with an average of (3.62 out of 5), with a (high) level of satisfaction. It also found a direct (positive) relationship between the democratic leadership style and the level of job satisfaction, and an inverse (negative) relationship between the two leadership styles (dictatorship and chaotic), and the level of job satisfaction, and in light of Results The researcher recommended applying the proposals that contribute to enhancing the practice of educational leadership styles of secondary school principals in Hafr Al- Batin Governorate. This helps in developing job satisfaction among teachers. {"title":"Aesthetic Leadership and its relationship to organizational integrity among school principals in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate","authors":"Alanoud Mislat Hadjan Almutairi","doi":"10.56793/pcra221393","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56793/pcra221393","url":null,"abstract":"The study aimed at diagnosing the reality of the practice of aesthetic leadership, the level of organizational integrity, and their relationship among school principals in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, using the descriptive approach (survey and correlative), and a questionnaire was applied to (133) principals, The study reached several results: that the reality of the practice of aesthetic leadership came with an arithmetic average (3.88 out of 5), with a grade of (high) as for the domains; Aesthetic sensitivity got the highest average (4.54), then aesthetic honesty with an average of (3.96), then: the aesthetic approach (3.87) and aesthetic support (3.86), then aesthetic communication (3.55) and aesthetic application with an average (3.50), all of which are by practicing (High), As for organizational integrity; It came with an average of (3.69 out of 5), that's at a level (high), and at the level of the domains: quality and workmanship got the highest average (4.16), then initiative with an average of (3.64), then equity and time management (3.59), all with a rating (high), and finally transparency and justice with an average (3.35) and exercise (medium), There is also a positive direct relationship, amounting to (0.81), which reflects a (strong) correlation; It's statistically significant at (α≥ 0.01) between the practice of aesthetic leadership and the level of organizational integrity in the schools of Hafr Al-Batin Governorate. Therefore, the researcher recommended the principals to exert more effort in practicing organizational integrity, and made several suggestions for the benefit of subsequent studies. The researchers used the descriptive approach. The tool was represented in books, articles, research and scientific periodicals that dealt with the subject under study. The study consisted of an introduction and three sections, each with several demands; The first topic included three demands, the first: the concept of cyber security and it's related terms to the term, the second: the status of security in general in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and the third: jurisprudence provisions for cyber security from the Qur’an and Sunnah and its relationship to the five faculties, and the second topic dealt with contemporary applications of cyber security in the light of Sharia provisions. It contains three demands; The first: the dangers of cyber- attacks, and the second: the prove evidences of the Cyber-crimes, and the third: the practical aspects of confronting cybercrimes in Islam, then the conclusion included the most important results of the research, including that the cybercrimes are a high- risk threat to the social and economic security of society, and that the Arab countries are the least responsive to cyber-crimes and suffer from the fragility of the procedural prosecution system for perpetrators of cyber-crimes, and some of them, such as Yemen, have not made any significant effort in the field of confronting for cyber-crimes, while Islamic Sharia is flexible and keeps up with every time and place and is able to realize the latest updates of cyber-crimes, confronting them and limiting their spread and it does not need to update it's rules because it has jurisprudence rules able to judge the deterrent punishment for the perpetrators of the cybercrimes bettere than the other rules, and under the light of that results the researchers gave groups of recommendation for the end of the cybercrimes in addition to suggestions in the study of the article. To achieve these objectives, the researcher used descriptive the descriptive survey analytic method. and used closed resolution as a tool to collect data and information that are necessary to the research which consists (53) paragraphs that divided into two main axes: the first one is training needs comprised of (38) paragraph and four fields, and the second one, its total paragraphs are (16) in one field. The community of the research comprised of (Deans and Vice- Deans of Colleges Academic Departments Heads, teaching staff at the level of Professor,)in the faculties of Sana'a University, which totaled 1201 professors. The sample of research was selected in a stratified randomized manner that represented a (25%) percentage of the research community, and there were 301 males and females’ professors. The research used the (SPSS) program to analyze the data and the results was revealed as follows: The general axis of training requirements of the scientific departments’ heads in Sana’a University’s colleges in electronic management subject from the research sample point of view was rated at a total average (3,49 out of 5) with high needs rating, in the level, of the four fields, the requirements in the field of e- control got the highest average (3,56) , followed by the requirement of e- direction and supervision with an average (3,48) ,and thirdly, e- regulation with an average (3,47) , finally, e- planning with an average (3,47) all of them with a high need rating. The second axis, requirements that meet the training needs – got a total average (3,70 out of 5) with a verbal rating (high). There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the average estimates of the research sample to the degree of training requirements for the scientific departments heads in the Sana'a University faculties in the electronic management subject due to (years of university experience, studying rank, and number of e- management training courses) variety at the tool level as a whole or sub- areas. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average of the sample members to the degree of training requirements due to a variable(job title at the level of five fields and the total level of tool, for the deans and vice- deans, with regard to social variable)in all fields and the total level of tool for males ,also with regard to (Specialization of the College only in the field of e- regulation) the differences were in favor of polytechnic colleges. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (422) individuals, including: (87) male and female principals, and (335) male and female teachers, who were chosen by stratified random method. The data was analyzed by the statistical packages program (SPSS) using appropriate statistical methods, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1- The degree of administrative performance practice in light of the administrative creativity approach in all its fields was \"medium\", with a mean (3.30). 2- The degree of approval of the sample members on the mechanisms of developing the administrative performance of secondary school principals in the capital Sana’a in light of the creativity approach came to a “very large” degree, with an average of (4.20). No significant differences appeared at (α ≤ 0.05) depending on the gender variable (males - females), while there are differences in the axis of the reality of administrative performance due to the job title (manager - teacher), and in favor of the managers.The study recommended providing mechanisms and means to develop the administrative performance of secondary school principals in the capital Sana’a, and designing training programs aimed at improving their performance and transforming them into creative leaders. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach. The tool used in testing spatial ability was prepared by the researcher and it was applied on random cluster sample, of 200 male and female pupils for the year 2020-2021. The results of the study found a positive correlation of (0.51), which reflects a significant correlation coefficient between the students’ scores in the spatial ability test and their scores in Mathematics achievement. There are also statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the average spatial ability in Mathematics among third year secondary pupils- the scientific section, it is due to the variable of gender and in favor of females, and there are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.01) in the spatial ability of third year secondary pupils due to the achievement variable (high - medium - low) in favor of the high achievement category on the medium and low achievement, and in favor of the medium achievement category over the low one. Based on the results, the researcher recommended the need to increase attention and focus on spatial ability in teaching Mathematics, In addition to suggestions for future studies on the subject.
