The objectives of the study were to use the study methodology. A study was conducted on a sample of (129) administrative and (841) academic. The use of the statistical analysis program (SPSS-X), and the results of the study indicated the following: The conceptual framework of the concept of total quality in electronic management and the requirements of its application was achieved at the highest (3.90), followed by the axis of obstacles to the application of total quality in electronic management; (3.49). Finally, the focus of the standards of application of total quality in electronic management (2.98), both with a verbal assessment (intermediate), The results of the study also stressed the importance of electronic changes in the re-mechanism, engineering and structure of activities, processes and administrative procedures, training and education, and building an organizational trust in which quality is generally the value directed to the individual's activities. In light of the most prominent contemporary trends in funding scientific research, the researcher used a complex methodology consisting of two complementary parts: The description is used here to identify and describe the problem of financing the scientific research in Yemen, its manifestations, the collection of facts and observations about it and its status report, and then the search for ways to overcome the problem of the study and solve it the appropriate, The study consisted of an introduction that included the general framework of the study and three topics. The researcher dealt with the first: the reality of financing scientific research in Yemen and its challenges. The second included the most prominent trends and contemporary experiences in financing scientific research. The researcher constructed two questionnaires to measure the extent of the behavior of the sample, First Questionnaire: The mother or the parents answer them, and consists of four dimensions (psychological / physical dimension, sleep disorders, emotional disorder, and behavioral disorder), The second Questionnaire: is the response by the teacher, noting the number of students- the sample- and containing one dimension (school activity), The results of the study showed the following: The levels of disturbed behavior in children (sample study) got a general average of (1.780); which is a medium degree, and on the dimensional level; the dimensional of sleeping disorders, next to it the dimension of tensional disorder. Then the dimension psychological/physical disorder. Finally the dimension of school activity. The list includes 36 concepts divided into two main fields: remote sensing technology and geographical information technology. The list is characterized with credibility and constancy enough for the purpose of this study. This study is based on description through analysing the content. The result of analysing the content finds out that the percentage of including the remote sensing concepts is %86.8 while the percentage of geographical information technology conceps is %13.2. This indicates that modern geographical techniques are not included in a balanced and proportionate way in the current geographical books. For achieving the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive method in both survey and development, based on one of the methods used in future studies, Delphi method, through the research tools of the questionnaire. The researcher targeted a group of experts – of the most knowledgeable and experienced in the fields of management and education, were deliberately selected by the academicians at the University of Sana'a, the Faculty of Education and Commerce, the University Development Center, the Supreme Council for Planning Education, the National Institute of Administrative Sciences, the Ministry of Education, the Educational Research and Development Center, the Office of Education, as well as academicians selected at private universities), and obtained the approval of (17) experts, which represented the research sample. It bases on the historical and descriptive approaches. It is divided into three sections. The first section deals with the origin of the grammatical disagreement and its beginnings. The second section discusses the reasons behind the grammatical controversy and its effects. The third section shows the manifestations of the grammatical disagreement. The study shows the key terms of the research, points out the rudiments of the grammatical disagreement that was started as expectations and then as debates. It also explains the reasons behind the grammatical disagreement and its political, environmental, linguistic, and cultural influences as well as the influences of listening and anologies. The study also points out the manifestations of grammatical dispute: debates, grammatical issues, the books which include the grammatical disagreement, the grammatical controversy between grammarians of the two different doctrines and the scholars of the same doctrine, and the disagreement of the grammarian himself. The study recommended the grammarians not to be strict about the controversial issues, especially grammar teachers in schools. They can return to the Holy Quran as the book that doesn't contain any mistake, and to take the closest opinion while teaching grammar. The study also, recommended the teachers to avoid the controversial and interpretive views. There could be television and radio seminars and debates between specialists to introduce Arabic Grammar. In addition, to the opining of websites, educational channels, and magazines for Grammar, and to provide books in facilitating the grammar to avoid the complexities of grammatical controversy. This study recommends to study the grammatical controversy from political point of view as well as its first era that preceded Abu Al-aswad Alduwali'speriod. An instrument of a questionnaire is designed to achieve the aims of the study. It is consisted of (60)items distributed among six axes. The study's sample consisted of (91) teachers, (41) male and (50) female. Results of the study revealed that all the axes obtained a higher degree reason, with mean(3.79). On the level of axes, obtained the content axe the first rank with meal (4.12), obtained the targets axe the second rank with meal (4.04), obtained the evaluation style axe the third rank with meal (3.93), obtained the teaching methods axe the fourth rank with meal (3.63), and obtained the teacher axe the fifth rank with meal (3.48). The study has showed that there are not statistical differences between the mean of the teachers views towards reasons teach the students of English language for their gender, qualification scholarliness and experience. On bases of the above results, the researchers recommends to develop the training programme in the colleges of education and increased the training courses for teachers. الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب تدني مستوي تحصيل تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في تعلم اللغة الانجليزية من وجهة نظر معلمي المادة بمحافظة عدن، وتحديد أثر متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة في وجهات نظرهم، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة صمم الباحثان استبانة مغلقة، وتكونت بعد التحكيم من (60) فقرة، موزعة على ستة مجالات، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (91) معلماً ومعلمة، منهم (41) معلماً و(50) معلمة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن جميع مجالاتها قد حازت على متوسط عام بلغ (3.79 من 5) أي بدرجة قوة سبب كبيرة، وعلى مستوى المجالات، احتل مجال المحتوى الدراسي على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (4.12)، واحتل مجال الأهداف التعليمية المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط (4.04)، وجاء مجال أساليب التقويم في المرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.93)، بينما أحتل مجال طرائق التدريس المرتبة الرابعة بمتوسط (3.63)، ثم تلاه مجال المعلم بمتوسط (3.51) في المرتبة الخامسة، وجاء في المرتبة السادسة والأخيرة مجال التلميذ بمتوسط (3.48)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات آراء المعلمين والمعلمات نحو أسباب تعلم التلاميذ مادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وذلك باختلاف جنسهم، ومؤهلاتهم العلمية وعدد سنوات خبراتهم. وفي ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بضرورة العمل على تطوير برامج إعداد معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية، وتصميم برامج خاصة لإعداد معلم اللغة الإنجليزية في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، خاصة والبرامج الحالية في كليات التربية صممت لمعلم المرحلة الثانوية، وتكثيف الدورات التدريبية في أثناء الخدمة لمعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية، والتركيز على نموهم المهني من أجل رفع مستوى تحصيل التلاميذ.","PeriodicalId":240179,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Arabian Peninsula Center for Educational and Humanity Researches","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130235266","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
