The descriptive, documentary, and field survey with the questionnaire; In addition to the Delphi method for future studies (DELPHI TECHNIQUE), they were applied to two samples. A random sample of Sana'a University students, amounting to (650). Male and female students; and a sample of experts numbered (9). Professors; at the Universities of Sana'a and Taiz, and the results of the research revealed that the number of students; Those who watch satellite channels are (582), with a rate of (89%), and that the role of the channels in the formation of extremist ideology is an average of (2.35 out of 3), and the local channels came in an average of (2.35). and with a (large). role, and that the category of young people who suffer from unemployment; They are the first to be targeted, with an average of (2.57), and that most methods of forming extremist ideology are; Represented in the repetition of chants and songs that include the goals of extremist groups; with an average of (2.54), and that it distorts the image of Islam with an average of (2.56). and all of them have a (large). rating. It was distributed to a simple random sample of (100) of the university's administrative employees, representing 28% of the total study population. Their averages were arranged as follows: organizational norms (3.67 out of 5), organizational expectations (3.61), organizational beliefs (3.61), and organizational values (3.60); while the organizational development axis got an average of (3.65), all with a verbal grade (high). The study also proved that there is a statistically significant direct relationship between organizational culture and its dimensions, and organizational development at the university amounted to (0.43), and reflects a positive (medium) relationship; Based on the results, the researcher recommended: working on consolidating the organizational culture in the university through: work regulations, training courses, social activities, public events and community service events; The need to involve workers at all administrative levels in developing plans and decision-making, making commitment to the organizational culture components that university departments are working to consolidate as one of the criteria for disbursing rewards and incentives, provided that they are disbursed on time. The descriptive analytical correlative method was used, and the questionnaire was the main tool for collecting results data. The study sample was determined as a stratified cluster random sample of (348) administrative and academic leaders in the Yemeni universities, and the study found the following: The reality of the management of excellence practice in the Yemeni universities got a total average (3.08), while the reality of the organizational performance got an average of (2.88), and the implementation of the organizational justice got an average (3.09). And all of them have a(medium) degree of practice, and the obstacles to managing excellence got an average (3.26), and the organizational justice obstacles got an average of (3.14), and both of them were at a (medium) degree of disability. The results also showed the existence of a statistically significant effect amounting to (0.887), which means that there is a (significant) effect of organizational justice in the organizational performance of Yemeni universities. And the presence of a statistically significant effect that amounted to (0.899), which means a (significant) effect of managing excellence with its combined dimensions in the organizational performance of universities Yemeni, with the exception of (strategic vision- operations management); and there was a statistically significant effect with a value of (0.851) for the management of excellence in its dimensions combined in organizational justice, with the exception of (strategic vision- operations management- community service). Based on the analysis of the results of the study, the study model was modified with a modified model with a direct and indirect impact of the four dimensions of excellence management (leadership, human resource management, focus on students, material resource management and partnerships) in organizational performance through the mediation of organizational justice in Yemeni universities. The researcher recommended the need to prepare an organizational procedural guide that includes standards of organizational justice, merging them with excellence management standards, and circulating them to Yemeni public and private universities. It was distributed to a simple random sample of (291) female teachers. The results revealed that the degree of emotional intelligence among middle school principals in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate from the female teachers’ point of view; He obtained an overall average of (4.07 out of 5) with a grade of (high) at the level of dimensions; Self-motivation got the highest average (4.14), then self-awareness (4.13), third: social skills (4.02), fourth: empathy (3.99), all with (high) grade, and the axis (professional development) was obtained for female teachers; On the overall average (418 out of 5) with a grade (high), as for the dimensions; Teaching effectiveness got the highest average (4.29) with a grade of (very high), then creativity development (4.19), and thirdly: self-development (4.08), both with a grade of (high). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the sample averages at (α≤0.05) regarding the availability of emotional intelligence among female managers; Attributable to two variables (qualification, years of experience). While the differences were a function in the axis of professional growth- at the macro level and the three dimensions- depending on the educational qualification variable; And in favor of (graduate studies), and according to the years of experience in favor of (less than five, and 11 years and over), and it was found that there is a direct correlation between emotional intelligence and professional growth; It was (0.76), which means (strong) correlation. based on the results; The researcher recommended the use of the advantage of a high degree of emotional intelligence among female principals in motivating female teachers to pioneer and innovate in education, and adopting a criterion for the availability of a high degree of emotional intelligence in selecting female principals, as well as suggested future studies on the subject. However, it should be noted that those affected by a reversal are entitled to claim compensation for literary damage in the event of the death of their relative only, so that their claim is based on the inadequate responsibility rather than the contractual responsibility. As those affected by the reversal are foreign to the contract signed by the direct victim with the liable for the harmful act. As far as compensation is concerned, whatever the method of its discretion was, the legislator left the discretionary of the compensation order for the judiciary who is able to discrete it with its experience and discretion authority that granted to him by law. The researcher reached the most important result and the most important recommendation; In order for a person to be considered harmed by apostasy, there must be a certain bond linking him to the original aggrieved party, and this bond is either a kinship bond or a specific financial bond that makes this person inevitably affected by the damage that befell the original aggrieved person. based on the results; We hope that the Jordanian legislator will amend the text of Article (266) of the Jordanian Civil Code, as the text of the article is not in line with reality, logic and what has been established by jurisprudence. He specified the whole his poems to talk about his beloved Laila. Once he remembers her his sadness and complaining start. His poetry concentrates on imagining his relation with her and his longing, by describing his depriving from her meeting and the society attitude with all connections was against his love. So he started to use some ways that are appointing of the dialogue to form those senses. He headed to arrange in familiar dialogue in erotic with its two kinds, the first kind the inner that is the poet's dialogue with himself as soliloquy and outer kind that is the poet' s dialogue with others.They were the point of study then preface was preceded that dialogue was defined. The conclusion, sources and references were followed. The study aimed to explain the function of dialogue in Qais Bin AL-Molawah's poetry and whom he made with and dialogue variety senses, whereas he is different from other poets in several things: - His dialogue out of brightly view pictures that lover poets express in their poems and their emotional risks. but it founds dark views that appear his destroyed psychology. -The issue of his dialogue was focused on announcing his pain not to act the action. -His dialogue styles were more, so he depended on the indirect context as ordering phrasemaking style as calling, imperative, invocating and interrogative except his using for context of direct saying that was not more comparing with other friends poets. A middle school teacher in Hafr Al-Batin governorate. The results of the study showed that the practice of transformational leadership by school principals in Hafr Al-Batin governorate obtained a total average of (3.98 out of 5), with a (high) practice and at the level of the domains; The ideal effect got the highest average (4.08), then the inspirational motivation with an average (3.98), then the intellectual arousal with an average (3.96), and the fourth individual considerations with an average (3.91), all with a practice rating of (high). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample at the level (α ≥ 0.05) to the reality of transformational leadership practiced by middle school principals in Hafr Al-Batin governorate. Attributed to the variables (years of experience, training courses), based on the results, the researcher recommended the Ministry of Education to adopt a strategy that is central to planning and decentralization of implementation, with broad authority for the autonomy of schools in general, and training management in particular to implement training courses according to the actual need in the actual field. It also emphasized diversification in leadership practices, keeping abreast of educational developments, and finally; Suggestions were made to conduct developmental studies to employ contemporary leadership approaches in school administration. The study reached a number of results, including that there are effects of trading in digital currencies on financial policy through its impact on the volume of expected tax revenues if they are not controlled in a firm and legal manner, which constitutes a fear of arranging more obligations on traders of these currencies, including companies, investors and speculators. Coming up with a number of recommendations, including the need to establish legislation and mechanisms that guarantee the rights of the transaction parties on the one hand, and on the other hand, to monitor illegal digital transactions, which are suspicious, and to make amendments to the Transactions Law and the Electronic Crimes Law, which includes the violations resulting from trading in digital currencies Because she uses a computer and the Internet. It also examines the relationship of these studies with programs relating to the development of the public education system in Yemen. The study applies the descriptive analytical approach; through analyzing the content. This represents a specimen in all classified during the period 1982- 2022 AD thus amounting to 67 studies in addition to personal interview as a tool for the leadership of the center, which comprises 6 individuals, namely: the director of the center and some heads of specialized and financial departments. The study has revealed the level of Research where teachers and learners ranked first with a percentage of 28.35%, followed by pedagogy in the second place with a percentage of 25.37%. Then came Education Systems and their management in the third place with a percentage of 22.38%, followed by curricula, teaching methodology in the fourth rank with a percentage of 18.75%. In the fifth and last rank came Educational Economics with a percentage of 10.93%. Regarding Research Cases and Problems the gap was quite large at a percentage of 17.91% and 2.98%, topped by studies related to teachers. As for the educational stage, the basic stage acquired 52%, then the combined basic and secondary education stages and the secondary education stage at a percentage of 13.47% for each, to be followed by Helping Aids studies ranking third with a percentage of 10%. Other Studies ranked fourth with a percentage of 7%. Pre- school and private education ranked sixth being the last in the list at a percentage of 1.49% for each. With regards to time period the 2000- 2010 period with 72.12% of the total studies, and their scarcity in the period after 2014 until now. The results also showed that the relationship between the center’s researches and public education development programs varied between medium and weak, and depending on the results, the researcher has recommended consolidating relations between the center’s studies and research and the prioritize educational problems, in addition to proposals for complementary studies on the subject.
