In the metro emergency, the passengers not only communicate with peers, but also be affected by the official information. Therefore, the opinion dynamic of passengers with the release of official information is mainly studied in this paper. In this paper, broadcast is seen as leader role as it is one of the most popular approaches to release the official information, and the passengers seen as followers. Therefore, based on the existing leader-follower BC model, we have made some improvements due to the features of broadcast itself, such as not able to move and releasing the same official information. By simulating the model by Netlogo, we mainly focus on the impacts of the time delay for officials releasing information. The simulation results are meaningful for the officials to control the information propagation in metro emergency.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132049114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, “Bullet Screen”, which allows viewers to post bullet-like, real-time comments on screen during their watching films, is an emerging craze in online video sites, especially in China and Japan, mainly popular among young people for their social interactivities. Meanwhile, since “Bullet Screen” can be regarded as a novel type of natural language, processing, restoring, and organizing them play an important role in providing retrieval platforms for users so as to help them find out highlights from oceans of videos. Taking Bilibili, a Chinese video website, as example, this paper comes up with a new algorithm called Integrated Sort for “Bullet Screen” (ISB) base on BM25 in order to put “Bullet Screen” processing into practice. Empirical study shows that ISB based on BM25 can anatomize “Bullet Screen” language and mine more details about audio as well as video information. Besides, an interactive platform about “Bullet Screen” could enormously refine viewers' lives of entertainments.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127411367","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper develops three optimization models to explore the firm's optimal pricing and the product carbon footprint decision under these different policies. Further we also compare the equilibrium results among the above three models. Such comparisons throw clear insights in to the impacts of different carbon policies on the firm's pricing and the product carbon footprint decision, consumer market demand and their profits. Accordingly, some new and interesting findings are revealed through propositions and corollaries. It is hoped that all these conclusions and managerial implications may provide reference for the firms to make optimal decisions on pricing and product carbon footprint management, and provide some theoretical basis for the government to adjust and select carbon emissions policies.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131457306","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study chooses the credit rating as the standard to measure the credit risk of corporate bonds. The sample of daily data covers the period from August 2013 to December 2015 and we use Merton model to analyze the different influencing factors. The empirical results show that the yield curve slope, stock market volatility and 3 months SHIBOR and credit spreads are positively related; the risk-free interest rate and credit spreads have significantly negative correlation, but they are not stable; stock market credit spreads are not significant and while for different credit rating of corporate bonds, the macroeconomic variables have different impacts.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132776101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Statistics show that a high number of government IT projects fail and only 15 percent e-government projects are successful. In this study, we will answer this research question, what are the reasons for failure of IT projects in the government sector organization in Pakistan and how to overcome these issues? This research was conducted through a literature review, 20 articles from journals and conferences were selected through keywords for the period of ten years from 2003 to 2013. For suggestions, we have followed the same structured search procedure. We found and select articles with our keywords, after reading abstract and conclusion. Our study has described four factors for the failure of IT projects in government sector organizations in Pakistan. These factors are Technology, Management, Politics and Finance. The technology factor can be reduced by providing latest ICT infrastructure with an expert to run and maintain it. Management issues can be resolved by hiring an experienced, skilled and highly motivated project manager to complete a project successfully. Government should make new laws and regulations to help the implementation of these projects and bureaucracy should eliminate any power struggle during and after the implementation. The budget should be allocated before the start of the project to complete it on time. Our research study has provided guidelines to policy makers for automation of government organizations in Pakistan. By considering these suggestions, successful government projects can be achieved.","PeriodicalId":239892,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Service Systems and Service Management","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129903712","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
