From the results of the mathematics learning activities on 28 students in grade 5 and grade 6 at SD Negeri 230 Maluku Tengah, it was found that there was a significant increase from the pre-test results. Where the value of the post-test results is higher than the pre-test results, then according to statistics descriptive there is a difference in the average student learning outcomes before being given training (pre-test) with student learning outcomes after being given training (post-test). The test results with the pair sample test method obtained a significance value (Sig.) of 0.038 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a real difference (significant) in the average between the pre-test and post-test learning outcomes. It is, however, inevitable that the geographical factor or a region highly affects the access to sufficient education and infrastructure in terms of teching English. As a response to this necessity, the Teaching Assistance Program, English for Fun, was designed to strengthen the capacities of English teachers. The program focuses on learning vocabularies from descriptive text. The undertaken approach was through Total Physical Response (TPR) methods with songs, games, and pictures. During the implementation at several schools, the students enjoyed these activities. Campur tangan peternak dalam pemeliharaannya hanya terbatas pada pemilikan, perkandangan sederhana dan kadang-kadang memberikan pakan tambahan sederhana seperti pemberian limbah dapur. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ayam Kampung dan memanfaatkan bahan lokal seperti ela sagu, daun singkong dan cacing tanah. Sasaran pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah peternak mitra usaha ayam Kampung di Dusun Kusu-Kusu. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi serta demonstrasi pelatihan pengolahan dan penerapan ransum ayam kampung. The first step was to prepare a correct concept of electricity and magnetism via a simple understanding. Secondly, it was the process to approach schools which were the most possible to accept the treatment and benefits. Finally, the series of transformation process of preparation of educational tools as well as teaching style with enjoyable procedure based on local wisdom knowledge were applied. Our results exhibit a promising response from students, class teachers and school principle especially in the quality content of module supported by the attractive simple experimental tools and teaching method with advanced simple knowledge treatment. Therefore, it is essential for activities regarding the development of teacher quality in dealing with the learning process, especially in literacy and numeracy abilities. This service activity aims to provide benefits to teachers in implementing numeracy literacy in the learning process to improve student learning outcomes, especially in numeracy literacy skills. This service is carried out using a training method with stages: Exposure to numeracy-based learning, workshops on writing numeracy literacy questions, and evaluations. The service activity occurred at SMP Negeri 38 Maluku Tengah, which acted as a partner. The training was attended by 30 elementary and junior high school teachers throughout Central Maluku Regency. The evaluation was conducted to see the achievement of the activities. Anemia can be detected with Point of Care Testing method using and is effective for conducting examinations in areas with a relatively small number of health facilities. The type of method used is analytic observation. This community service aims to screen for anemia by knowing hemoglobin and hematocrit levels. The results of the examination showed that from 50 respondents, the average hemoglobin level had a result below the reference value of 12.0 – 17.0 g/dl and the hematocrit value having a result below the reference value of 37-48%. The average hemoglobin value for men is 12.0 g/dl and for women is 11.9 g/dl. The average hematocrit value for both men and women is 35%. %. The main cause are the teacher's lack of creativity to designing concrete science lessons and incomplete laboratory facilities. This problem was slightly resolved with practical-based learning in the Lecturer Teaching Assistance of Pattimura University in 2022. The activity was carried out 4 times in class IX students at SMPN 103 Central Maluku and SMP Muhammadyah Mamala on December 13-17 2022. The topic being taught was electricity static and dynamic in life, magnetism and its uses, biotechnology and land and the sustainability of life. The mean scores of the two schools' student satisfaction levels for this activity were 3,401 and 3,408, respectively, in the strongly agree category. To find out the results of the training carried out, junior high school teachers in the Tehoru sub-district about preparing HOTS questions were given a questionnaire about their knowledge of preparing HOTS questions before and after attending the training. With training in the preparation of HOTS questions, teachers have understood how to prepare HOTS questions correctly. This can be seen from the results of the presentations of teachers in the training and changes in the results of the questionnaire scores before and after attending the training. The number of teachers who were hesitant and unable to prepare HOTS questions before the training was 16 people (88.9%). The teacher as an important component of the learning process requires learning facilities or media that support the learning. The purpose of this program is to train teachers in preparing learning tools based on realistic mathematics education (RME). This program was implemented in SMA Negeri 9 Maluku Tengah, Tehoru District, Maluku Tengah Regency and elementary and junior high school teachers throughout Tehoru-Telutih District as the target of the activity. This program is carried out in several stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. At the planning stage, coordination was carried out with the District Coordinator of Tehoru-Telutih and partners. The instruments used were a survey of prior knowledge and a participant satisfaction questionnaire. At the implementation stage, initial surveys, training and demonstrations were carried out. Based on the results of joint evaluation and reflection between the implementers and partner teachers, this PPM program is considered to have run very well, there are only suggestions for improvement, namely additional practice time which should be longer.
