Due to social taboo and stigmatisation, adolescents face difficulties in directly informing or discussing the issue and seeking help from parents, family members or school counselor and face-to face discourse seems impossible. On the other hand, adolescents are more likely to use social media to share such problems, even though the issue of credibility is still the main constraint. Thus an online intervention program has the potential to be used as an alternative channel for adolescents to express their problems and obtain appropriate help. This study identifies interactive digital interventions (IDI) systems or online applications in related to sexual and reproductive health problem (SRHP) amongst adolescents. Specifically, the objective of this study is to gather requirements for design and development of IDI in adolescents' SRHP issues. Methods used to obtain data were observation, interviews and questionnaire survey. Results showed that there are 26 online platforms offering various interventions but lack specific characteristics of IDI to address the issue. The requirements for IDI system are user-friendly interface, instant response and approaches, trustworthiness, and confidentiality regarding personal information. Respondents preferred confidentiality and trustworthiness as the most important requirements in developing IDI. The results will be used to design an IDI system with an implementation of persuasive system design to achieve users' preferences in addressing SRHP issues amongst adolescents.","PeriodicalId":236517,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124799878","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

River water pollution is a significant concern in Cimahi City, which has an industrial area where most of its waste is discharged through rivers. Although there are regulations regarding the placement of wastewater treatment plants before disposal of wastewater, rogue industry players still commit violations that cause river water pollution by industrial waste. Therefore, appropriate technology is needed that can be used to monitor and classify river water quality based on the level of water pollution in various river locations. The proposed technology is based on the Internet of Things, which consists of sensor devices and microcontrollers with data classification methods using k-mean clustering. The sensors used are ph sensors, temperature sensors, conductivity and salinity sensors, flow sensors, rain sensors, and turbidity sensors. The combination of various parameters is expected to show the quality of river water comprehensively and sustainably so that predictive analysis can be carried out for the future. This technology is expected to be stakeholder support in making the right decisions related to the improvement and prevention of environmental pollution.","PeriodicalId":236517,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121765887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consequently, a rooftop PV hosting capacity analysis is becoming a concern of utility. In this work, a proposed method based on Monte Carlo process is developed to assess the PV hosting capacities on the basis of substation power factor. To consider the actual conditions, three selected feeders including feeder F1, feeder F2, and feeder F3, with distinct grid characteristics from Yogyakarta Province of Indonesia are employed. To obtain a detailed result of the rooftop PV hosting capacity, the customer with rooftop PV is randomly selected one by one. The proposed method is performed with over/undervoltage, substation power factor and reverse power flow limit. The comparative study is provided to investigate the impacts of the operational limits on the rooftop PV hosting capacity. Since the load demand and PV output vary with the time, the analyses are conducted in a time-series framework. In this work, constant PQ of loads is assigned, and all rooftop PV systems are assumed to have unity power factor. The results show that the substation power factor limit is more restrictive compared to overvoltage limit and reverse power flow limit. The substation power factor limits the rooftop PV penetration on feeder F1, feeder F2, and feeder F3, respectively, 86.52%, 79.37%, and 85.85% faster than reverse power flow limit. The results also indicate that the substation power factor decreases with the increasing of rooftop PV penetration.","PeriodicalId":236517,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"339 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121122735","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In actual environmental conditions, with various lighting conditions, object tracking faces a number of challenges including partial or severe occlusion which causes some systems to lose information so that it is difficult to estimate object trajectory. In the domain of surveillance, human tracking should not only be based on face, but also based on other characteristics, so that wherever the person facing towards, the system is always able to do the tracking correctly. In this study the detection and alignment process employed Multi-task Cascaded Convolutional Networks and Kalman Filters to predict facial position. Then, at the times the face is not facing towards the camera, the system saves the color of the bounding box that was last seen and tracks by color using the Discriminative Correlation Filter with Channel and Spatial Reliability (DCF-CSR). The proposed method resulting in increasing a person's detection rate when facing away from the camera.","PeriodicalId":236517,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121343666","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Gamification refers to the use a set of game elements in a non-game context to increase the engagement between human and computer. Several selected game elements were used in the learning design framework in order to solve new students' engagement problems in learning programming languages course. This paper discusses the use of two inspection methods in usability evaluation namely, Cognitive Walkthrough and Heuristic evaluatiom in the user-centered design process. Cognitive Walkthrough approach is used in the early stage of development in order to improve the functionality and user interface of the low fidelity design. Based on the feedback, a high fidelity prototype is developed and tested using Heuristic evaluation. By employing these evaluation approaches, a usable gamified programming learning website is attained and user engagement of the website will be tested in future study.","PeriodicalId":236517,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124104418","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed multiplier design utilized booth multiplier with parallel combinational architecture. The multiplier was designed using 130 nm CMOS technology with full custom layout to achieve area efficiency. The architecture consists of 3 blocks, which are 4 blocks 3-bit encoders, 4 blocks 9-bit decoders, and 3 blocks of 12 bit carry look ahead adders. The verifications were done using DRC (Design Rule Check) and LVS (Layout Versus Schematic). Finally, post layout simulation was done after adding the parasitic information of layout results to check the validity of multiplier functionality, to identify circuit delay, and to measure the maximum frequency. The proposed design successfully operates at 1 MHz with the average delay at 268.210 ns. It is considered as a high-speed component since it utilized combinational architecture, therefore the operation can be done within 1 clock cycle.","PeriodicalId":236517,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126747679","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are quite several companies involved in the leather industry, especially in Garut which is very influential in exporting goods abroad. Community awareness on the environment and the existence of international standardization in the form of environmentally friendly certification for an industry is a reason for companies in the leather industry that do not have such certification to pay more attention to the environmental aspects of activities carried out in the company, to meet international standards and obtain environmentally friendly certificates so that can compete with foreign industries. Moreover, the activities carried out in the leather industry are related to chemicals and produce waste that is harmful to the environment. In achieving international standardization, there is a need for a system to monitor the company's business processes to be friendly to the environment. Currently monitoring the company's supply chain such as the process of receiving goods from the procurement to the warehouse, the process of goods going out of the warehouse to be sent by the sales to the customer, and picking in the warehouse after receiving finished goods from the production section is still done manually and not all parts use the system. This causes several problems, including data that is not realtime and the business processes of each part of the company, cannot be integrated and are not properly monitored. This problem can be minimized by the existence of a system that can monitor and integrate the company's business processes by environmentally friendly standards. This research focuses on planning and developing systems in the warehouse section carried out by applying the green warehouse concept based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The purpose of this concept is to design information systems in monitoring activities and management of goods in the warehouse that pay attention to environmentally friendly aspects. The implementation of this green warehouse system is carried out starting from the project preparation stage, then the business blueprint, realization, and final preparation without going live. The results of this study are configuration and design customization of green warehouse systems integrated with green procurement, green production, and green sales systems using open source applications that can solve problems in the company and pay attention to environmentally friendly aspects.","PeriodicalId":236517,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116637380","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
