Direct lightning stroke can damage or destroy an obect and hurt or even kill a living thing. Indirect lightning stroke can damage elecronic and microcontroller stuff because it has very small or thin insulation. For all of that reason, Lightning Detection System (LDS) is needed to minimize the loss that caused by lightning strike. LDS can split into real time application and historical application. Real time application of LDS used as early warning of lightning strike. Historical application of LDS used as consideration in long planning such as structure planning, work shift planning, and lightning protection planning, etc. Observation area is DKI Jakarta from 4th April 2017 until 18th July 2018. In this study, the data collection is done through documentation studies. Data collection done by collecting data from existing database that belong to PT PLN Puslitbang using software Vaisala FALLS. The data that collected is the location, time, and peak current of flash. The main purpose of tide observations is to determine the tide height on coast. In this study, data assimilation method, Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF), is applied to tide estimation. The location of this study is on the southern coast of Java Island which is located between Cilacap's tide station and Pacitan's tide station. The value of tide height on another tide station can be obtained with determination specific grid. In the estimation process, measurement data is used in correction step. Based on the results of simulation, the average error between EnKF and the measurement data from tide stations is 2,4535 cm or about 0,2113% with 100 ensemble. Because the simulation results show small error value, the value of tide height at the other point of tide station can be obtained. Therefore, it can be obtained information that not the highest or lowest height of the wave that occurred at the beginning, the end and the middle of the month in Hijri calendar. But the large amplitude of wave that happened at that time. In this study, a system of identification of meanings of sentences has been built using Support Vector Machine (SVM) with Sequential Minimal Optimization (SMO) algorithm, the features used are Euclidean distance, cosine similarity, sentence length 1, sentence length 2, slices between sentences. Design elements of serious game are components that required to design serious game such as features and game mechanics. The research about recommender system for design elements of serious game is a relatively new research in serious game domain because research about recommendation system mainly for game players not for game designers. Many things need to be considered by serious game developer to make a game which can help the players to learn something. The recommender system helped serious game developers to determine the design elements of the game from the learning content to make the game. The domain data are analyzed from the relationship of Bloom Digital Taxonomy with game genres and game mechanism. The system is developed using knowledge-based: case and constraint-based filtering. Case-based filtering is used to find similar serious game examples from the user input of learning goal, target rating, and target player. Constraint-based filtering is used to search recommendation from the knowledge base. To get recommendation from the recommender system, user need to input learning goal to the system, and the results are recommendation of serious game mechanics and features. The level of success of the recommendation system is measured by input some constraints into the system and match the constraints with the result of recommendation produced by the system. Furthermore, crosscheck of the system functionalities was done to evaluate the system. According to the evaluation result, design elements of serious game recommender system was able to provide game mechanics and game features as the base of serious game designing which suitable with the learning content. The work done in the production process at manufacturing, such as the rubber processing industry, produces waste that harms the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor business activities. In this study focuses on designing application based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) by running a green procurement system therein. Green procurement provides solutions to the selection of materials and services that can minimize the impact on the environment and provide benefits for the company. In implementing of green procurement system, ISO 14000 standardization data to determine the green supplier and the green material attributes data are needed to use for the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report. The ERP-based application can generate report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for green materials and green suppliers to help the company to monitor business processes in green procurement. However, the process of measuring the percentage of green materials and green suppliers is out of the scope of the discussion in this study, because this study only provides designing an application to implement green procurement. The selection of application based on Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) is due to an ERP system that can add and also update data and information without duplication so that it can improve employee efficiency in monitoring business process activities with data integration in application based on Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP). The design of this application is tailored to the user requirements for green procurement that focus on the ability of the application system to provide purchase requisition, request for quotation, supplier selection, purchase order and integrating data such as payment of materials with the finance division, integrating data material that enters warehouse with the warehouse division. One way to do this is to store content on the available routers, which is storing content on the router that has a high probability, it's called proactive caching. This can reduce latency because it has stored content on the selected router. Proactive caching cellular networks depend on predicting user mobility to the next location and router retrieving content files. We present a proactive caching strategy that utilizes the flexibility of data caching Information-Centric Networking (ICN) anywhere in the network. The main contribution of this paper is to make a model using the Markov model to determine the best router to be prefetched. The results of this research showed that from several times the average experiment that had been prefetched, the total cache hits generated had a percentage of 76.4% compared to those not prefetched by 34%. This study reviews the need for creative skills in game design. Currently, there is no specific method to train creative thinking or gauge actual needs in game development industry. Literature review and preliminary study using interviews, document analysis, and observation of higher educational institution offering game design program was carried out. Findings showed that theories, creativity components, creativity models, and technique to train creative thinking are essential requirements in the development of creative skills education, especially for game designers. A successful implementation of data integration in the public sector would enhance the service delivery and satisfied the users by giving them an integrated and trusted information. This paper is prescribed to review the existing literature on the factors that influence the data integration implementation in the public sector. The systematic review process conducted with the guidance of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) through three selected databases; Scopus, ScienceDirect and IEEE Xplore resulted in 15 shortlisted articles. Five main dimensions were identified after the final review process which are data, environmental, organizational, policy and technology. These five dimensions include 28 key factors of data integration implementation in public sector. Several recommendations have been offered related in conducting profound research to clear the boundaries between each dimension and to categorize the dimensions and factors more efficiently. In the internet forum, especially question answering forum, insincerity is one of the severe problems because it can affect the quality of internet forums. Frequently found content (i.e., a message or post) which is not appropriate with the rules of the forum in general and can interfere with other users. Machine learning model will be implemented to detect the questions posed by users in the question answering forum. We examine six baseline machine learning models with n-gram, POS tag and word embedding features.
