Abstract

Effective social content management could bring value to organisations. However, the tremendous rise of social content puts undue pressure on organisations since extra effort is needed to manage them. Thus, social content management strategies are essential to ensure the managed social content provides a valuable return to the organisations. This paper highlights the key segments of the strategy for social content management. Content analysis of documents is conducted to identify the key segments of the strategy for managing social content. Delphi study is used to validate the identified segments. Through the segments of strategy for managing social content, it is hoped to assist the organisations in developing a corporate strategy for managing social content.
