Improving the quality of education in schools can be done by applying appropriate and varied strategies, methods and media for each learning concept. However, in reality, not all teachers apply appropriate and varied strategies, methods and media. The learning applied by the teacher is dominated by lectures and the teacher does not stimulate students' thinking, resulting in low student enthusiasm for learning. The low enthusiasm for student learning affects the power of student learning activities in learning. Based on the observations of Class VIIIA SMP Negeri 2 Ngaringan located in Kalanglundo village, Ngaringan sub-district, Grobogan district, it shows that learning interaction in the classroom is relatively low. The lack of variation in learning is caused because teachers are less able to choose strategies and methods that can improve student learning activities in science learning. To increase student interest and student activity in asking questions, an appropriate strategy is needed. One strategy that can foster student interest and activity in learning is the LSQ (Learning Start With a Question) strategy. The strategy is expected to increase student learning activities as indicated by the increase in daily test results on the concept of motion systems in animals and humans. By using the LSQ strategy which is assisted by the group discussion method, it can increase students' enthusiasm for learning and student activity in asking questions and students are active in seeking information.\u0000ABSTRAKKunci utama dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah para Guru secara langsung mempengaruhi, membimbing dan mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang cerdas, terampil dan bermoral tinggi. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan strategi, metode dan media yang tepat dan bervariasi pada setiap konsep pembelajaran. Namun kenyataannya tidak semua guru menerapkan strategi, metode dan media yang tepat dan bervariasi. Pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru didominasi dengan ceramah dan guru kurang merangsang pemikiran siswa, sehingga mengakibatkan semangat belajar siswa menjadi rendah. Rendahnya semangat belajar siswa mempengaruhi daya aktifitas belajar siswa dalam belajar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi Kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 2 Ngaringan berlokasi di desa Kalanglundo kecamatan Ngaringan kabupaten Grobogan, Menunjukkan interaksi pembelajaran di dalam kelas relatif rendah. Kurangnya variasi dalam pembelajaran disebabkan karena guru kurang dapat memilih strategi dan metode yang dapat meningkatkan aktifitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Collaborative Concept Mapping (CCM) and Individual Concept Mapping (ICM) in improving students' critical thinking skills in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects. This study used a quasi-experimental research design involving 57 students from MTs. North Luwu State, South Sulawesi Province. The manipulation variable in this study is a teaching approach that includes Collaborative Concept Mapping (CCM), Individual Concept Mapping (ICM) and Conventional Methods (CM). While the dependent variable is the critical thinking ability of students in the subjects of Al-Qur'an Hadith. Data were collected using a diagnostic test of critical thinking skills and analyzed using a one-way ANOVA test. The results showed that the level of critical thinking skills was significantly higher among students in the CCM group compared to students in the ICM and CM groups while there was no significant difference in the level of critical thinking skills of students in the ICM and CM groups. This study shows that the CCM approach is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects, and therefore should be integrated into Al-Qur'an Hadith classroom learning at MTs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterampilan berpikir kritis secara signifikan lebih tinggi di antara siswa dalam kelompok CCM dibandingkan dengan siswa dalam kelompok ICM dan CM sementara tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam tingkat keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam kelompok ICM dan CM. Transformation and accelaration of learning become challenges for educational institution, especially teacher. This problem needs solution and innovative adjustment in the realization of Islamic Education learning process. By the implementation of continuing creative innovation learning media strategy will be found to accommodate boredom and laziness which may pop up during the learning process. The use of media is one of yhe key determining students learning process. During is pandemic covid-19 in the teaching of islamic subject, by chapter of estabblishing household, the teacher is grateful feeling that he succeeded and was able to fulfill the mandate transfering knowledge to students in accordance to the purpose of learning. The indicators are students enthusiast, spirit and enjoyment during the learning pprocess. The learning media used to anticipate the the boredom is kwartet card which high school students are keen on. This research is an innovative solution so that it becomes Best Practice in the teaching and learning process of islamic studies in class XII KP 1 (Twelve Nursing One). The purpose of this reseach is to figure out the effeckveness of learning media in dealing with students’s boredom while learning. The result of the research shows that the use of learning media of kwartet card motivates, boosts their spirit and shares them pleasure in response to the learning boredom. Automatically students embrace knowledge enhancement in the chapter of establishing household. Students score improvement from 65 in the pretest up to 82 in the post test is a significant success, which is about 26%.\u0000ABSTRAKKita ketahui bersama bahwasannya Covid-19 telah memporak-porandakan segala aspek kehidupan termasuk dunia pendidikan. Second, teaching and learning activities in the classroom are still teacher-centered (teacher concerned), students listen more and take notes on the material presented by the teacher. Have not used the environment and newspaper news information as a source of learning. Likewise, the interaction between students in a study group is still lacking. The formulation of this research problem is how to master concepts, how to improve learning outcomes and how to increase creativity. This study uses 2 cycles. The results of the research in the pre-cycle of students who completed only 13 children and the percentage of achievement was 65.5%. In cycle 1, the students who completed were 17 children and the percentage of achievement was 69%. In cycle 3, there was a rapid increase, namely 100% of students completed with an achievement percentage of 79%. The conclusion is that with class action, namely the use of the student facilitator and explaining learning model, it can improve students' mastery of concepts, especially class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran.\u0000ABSTRAKPertama, motivasi siswa untuk mempelajari pokok bahasan tersebut rendah, kurang percaya diri untuk bisa menguasai konsep dan menganggap sulit. Kedua, Kegiatan belajar mengajar di dalam kelas masih berpusat pada guru (teacher concered), siswa lebih banyak mendengar dan mencatat materi yang disampaikan guru. Belum memanfaatkan lingkungan dan informasi berita surat kabar sebagai sumber belajar. Demikian pula interaksi antar siswa dalam suatu kelompok belajar masih kurang, Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menguasai konsep, bagaimana meningkatkan hasil belajar dan bagaimana meningkatkan kreativitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 siklus, Hasil penelitian pada pra siklus peserta didik yang tuntas hanya 13 anak dan prosentase ketercapaian 65,5 %. Pada siklus 1 peserta didik yang tuntas menjadi 17 anak dan prosentase ketercapaian 69 %. Pada siklus 3 mengalami peningkatan yang pesat yaitu 100% peserta didik tuntas dengan prosentase ketercapaian 79 %. The purpose of this study was to describe the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SMP Negeri 1 Jogorogo to create a religious school. Because at this time, what is in great demand by the community is schools that not only excel in the field of general knowledge, but also excel in the development of their religious fields. One of the programs that is thriving in educational institutions is the Al-Qur'an memorization program. The Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program was implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Jogorogo and became one of the supporters to realize a religious school. To realize a religious school, of course, activities that lead to strengthening religious characters are needed, such as the tahfidz program. For parents, sending their children to educational institutions that implement the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program is a matter of pride. Parents of students want their children to become hafidz of the Qur'an whose position is noble before Allah SWT. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that at SMP Negeri 1 Jogorogo, the Qur'an tahfidz activities are carried out in two models. First, those who take tahfidz extracurricular activities can take part in a cycle at Pondok Tahfidz in collaboration with the school for two months, then continue coaching at school by the extracurricular coach. Second, all students who are Muslim carry out the habit of reading and memorizing Al-Qur'an Juz 30 for 30 minutes before starting learning accompanied by the teacher in the 1st hour lesson. This research is expected to increase knowledge about the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program in schools and increase understanding of the importance of memorizing the Qur'an. \u0000ABSTRAKKeberhasilan suatu sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal tidak hanya diukur dari hasil pembelajaran anak didik di kelas saja, akan tetapi juga sejauh mana sekolah itu mampu memberikan pengalaman bagi anak didiknya. In this study, the population of SMA Negeri 1 Comal is the student population for the 2021/2022 academic year. The sample used in the study was taken randomly. And the sample in this study were students there were 2 classes and one experimental class. The initial process of this research has a series of initial tests which are tests of reliability, validity, level of difficulty, and discriminating power of questions. After the treatment of two classes/groups with different treatments was carried out, statistical tests were carried out. From the results of testing the research data, it shows that there are differences in the level of achievement through the learning process using PAKEM and without using PAKEM. And obtained the test results in the experimental group of 76.84 and the test results of the control class group of 61.75 then after statistical calculations obtained t_count = 6.22 while t_table = 2.68 from the results obtained it can be concluded that in this study that students who go through the learning process using PAKEM get better abilities/achievements than students who go through the learning process without PAKEM. \u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian berbasis eksperimen yang dilaksanakan memiliki beberapa tujuan diantaranya : (1) Melihat adanya korelasi antara hasil belajar/prestasi siswa yang pada proses pembelajaranya menggunakan Metode Pembelajaran Aktif, Kreatif, Efektif dan Menyenangkan PAKEM dan tanpa menggunakan PAKEM pada mata pelajaran Materi matriks, (2) Mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan PAKEM terhadap hasil belajar/prestasi siswa. Pada penelitian memiliki Populasi Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Comal Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian diambil secara acak. Dan Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa ada 2 kelas dan satu kelas eksperimen. Proses awal penelitian ini memiliki rangkaian uji awal yang merupakan uji coba reliabilitas, validitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya pembeda soal. Setelah diadakan treatment terhadap dua kelas/kelompok dengan perlakuan berbeda maka dilakukan uji statistik. Dari hasil pengujian data penelitian memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan pada tingkat prestasi yang melalui proses pembelajaran menggunakan PAKEM dan tanpa menggunakan PAKEM. This research is an experimental study using an experimental group and a control group. The research population includes all students of class VII MTs Negeri 2 Sleman and a sample of class VIIE students. The research instrument used included science learning achievement tests, namely pretest and posttest. Data analysis to determine the increase in learning with the Discovery learning model was carried out by looking at the increase in the average value and classical completeness value. The application of the Discovery learning learning model improves student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the increase in classical completeness and the average student learning outcomes. The classical mastery of students increased by 53.12%, from 28.12% to 81.25%. While the average student learning outcomes increased by 9 points, namely from 67 to 76 \u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPA dengan menggunakan model Discovery learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh peserta didik kelas VII MTs Negeri 2 Sleman dan sampel peserta didik kelas VIIE. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tes prestasi belajar IPA yaitu pretest dan postest. Analisis data untuk mengetahui peningkatan pembelajaran dengan model Discovery learning dilakukan dengan melihat peningkatan nilai rata-rata dan nilai ketuntasan klasikal. Penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery learning meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dari peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa. (KKM) is 73.00. With this background, the authors (teachers) conducted research with the aim that students could improve their understanding of gradients in straight-line equations in class VIIIC MTs Negeri 2 Semarang City by using the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) learning model. The author chose this learning model because CTL learning is more effective because it increases students' understanding by linking learning materials to the context of everyday life. This CTL learning model also trains students to be able to concentrate on understanding gradients in straight line equations. The research was conducted in class VIIIC of MTs Negeri 2 Semarang City, by applying 3 cycles. Based on the results of observations showed an increase in student activity followed by student learning outcomes. This shows that the contextual approach is feasible to be used as a learning resource for students. \u0000ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan karena penulis melihat hasil ulangan peserta yang masih rendah di bidang pelajaran Matematika Kelas VIIIC pada semester satu tahun 2021/2022 dengan Kompetensi Dasar : Menemukan gradien (kemiringan garis) pada persamaan garis lurus, serta peserta didik mendapatkan nilai kurang dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yaitu 73,00. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, penulis (guru) mengadakan penelitian dengan tujuan supaya siswa dapat meningkatkan pemahaman gradien dalam persamaan garis lurus di kelas VIIIC MTs Negeri 2 Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning). Penulis memilih model pembelajaran ini karena mpembelajaran CTL lebih efektif karena meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dengan mengaitkan materi pembelajaran dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari. Model pembelajaran CTL ini juga melatih siswa untuk mampu berkonsentrasi dalam memahami gradien dalam persamaan garis lurus. Penelitian diadakan di kelas VIIIC MTs Negeri 2 Kota Semarang, dengan menerapkan 3 siklus. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan menunjukkan peningkatan keaktifan siswa diikuti dengan hasil belajar siswa. The application of the Problem Best Learning learning model with the experimental method is considered appropriate in the process of learning the Heat material in Basic Competencies 3.4. Heat and Its Displacement. The purpose of this classroom action research is to describe an increase in the process skills of class VII students of SMP Negeri 202 Jakarta through the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model with the experimental method on the heat material. The sample of this study were students of class VII-A, learning was carried out during a limited face-to-face learning period in 2 cycles. The application of the Problem Based Learning learning model with the experimental method on heat material can improve the process skills of class VII-A students, as can be seen from the percentage of the final results of group performance. Of the 8 groups of students, only 2 groups with a percentage of performance results of 75% in the good category, the rest there are 6 groups in the very good category with a percentage of 95%. This paper uses the best practice method. Skill's data is obtained from the average practicum activities score and knowledge is obtained from the average of learning outcomes. The findings in this research are when the students try to design and find their own concepts learned through the inquiry stage, the students become more skilled and more understanding. Another important part of this research is teachers must have the skills to open lessons, design lessons and facilitate students in learning. An important skill to open learning is to provide a stimulus in the form of pictures, videos, phenomena, and questions that can motivate and raise students' thinking levels. The results showed there is an improvement of skills by 32% for scores, 108% for completeness and knowledge of 13% for scores and 52% for completeness. \u0000ABSTRAKTujuan dari best practice ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan siswa pada pembelajaran IPA dengan model pembelajran inkuiri. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode best practice. Data keterampilan diproleh dari rata-rata skor kegiatan praktikum dan pengetahuan diperoleh dari rata-rata hasil belajar. Temuan pada best practice ini adalah ketika siswa mendesain percobaan sendiri, melakukan praktik dari hasil desain, menemukan sendiri konsep yang dipelajari melalui tahapan inkuiri, siswa menjadi lebih terampil dan lebih paham. Bagian penting lain dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya guru memiliki keterampilan membuka pembelajaran, mendesain pembelajaran, dan memfasilitasi siswa belajar. Keterampilan membuka pembelajaran yang penting adalah dengan memberikan stimulus yang berupa gambar, video, fenomena, dan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang dapat memotivasi dan membangkitkan tingkat berpikir siswa.
