Kozlov","doi":"10.18286/1816-4501-2022-3-76-82","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18286/1816-4501-2022-3-76-82","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the work is to study the effect of zeolite siliceous rock and fertilizer based on it, enriched with amino acids, on agrophysical, biological, agrochemical properties of leached black soil and millet yield. The research was carried out on the experimental field of Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University named after P.A. Stolypin. The materials (objects) were zeolite from Yushanskoye deposit in Ulyanovsk region; zeolite enriched with amino acids; Saratovskoye 12 common millet. The scheme of the experiment included 4 variants: 1 - control, 2 - zeolite 500 kg/ha, 3 - zeolite enriched with amino acids, 500 kg/ha, 4 - N40P40K40. The area of the record plot was 20 m2 (2*10), fourfold repetition. The soil of the experimental field is leached black soil with low humus content (3.8-4.0%), high mobile phosphorus content (150 mg/kg by Chirikov), increased content of exchangeable potassium (89 mg/kg), a slightly acidic reaction of soil solution (pHKCl of 5.5 units). The experiments were carried out with strict adherence to all methodological requirements, analyzes were conducted according to relevant state standards. It was established that zeolite of Yushansky deposit of Ulyanovsk region and fertilizer based on it, enriched with amino acids, have a positive effect on leached black soil properties: agrophysical state of the arable layer improved (the content of agronomically valuable aggregates increased by 11.4-11.5%); overall biological activity increased (by 15-32%); the content of phosphorus available to plants increased by 27-38 mg/kg, potassium by 11-12 mg/kg, mineral forms of nitrogen by 13.1 and 8.9 mg/kg, silicon by 10.7 and 10.9 mg/kg of soil. The increase of millet grain yield in case of application of pure zeolite was 0.40 t/ha (16%), in case of zeolite enriched with amino acids - 0.93 t/ha (37%). It presents the results of studies on evaluation of technological properties of the udder of cows as a whole for the herd and in the context of the main lines. The studies showed that in the herd of purebred Simmental cattle of SPK \"Abodimovskiy\" 52.2% of cows have a bowl-shaped udder, including 64.7% for first-calf heifers. Significant differences in the uddershape were established between the representatives belonging to Rezvyi 1016 and Florian 374 lines. Among the cows of Rezvyi 1016 line, 80.9% of animals hada cup-shaped udderin the first lactation, which is 9.5% more than among cows of Florian 374 line. As forthe second and third lactations, the difference in favor of the cows of Rezvyi 1016 line was 8.3 and 8.6%, and on average for all lactations by 11.3%. According to measurements of length, width, udder girth and depth of the fore quarters, depending on the age during lactations, cows which belong to Rezvyi 1016 line were superior to their peers of Florian 374 line by 0.9-3.0; 1.0-2.3; 3.0-5.2 and 1.1-2.0 cm, and in terms of udder volume and milk flow intensity, this superiority was 0.30-0.70 dc3 and 0.06-0.09 kg/min. The relation between the intensity of milk flow and daily milk yield is most pronounced for cows of Rezvyi 1016 line (r = + 0.479). This relation in Florian line was only r = + 0.281. The correlation coefficient between milk yield of cows for the first lactation and the volume of the udder ofRezvyi 1016 line was r = + 0.45, and of Florian 374 line only r = + 0.23, which is 0.22 units lower. Salina). Decapsulated eggs and live Artemianauplii, which have a high nutritional value and a necessary set of biologically active substances, are widely used in cultivation of fish larvae. Biological characteristics of Artemia, such as rapid growth, high fecundity, the amount of cysts that are preserved and stored, contributed to its commercialization. The demand for Artemia eggs is growing from year to year in the world market, but the volume of their production in natural reservoirs supplies only 40% of the demand. The missing volumes of Artemia can be satisfied by artificial reproduction in aquaculture. The purpose of our research was to assess the factors that regulate the ontogeny and productivity of A. Salina in aquaculture. The results of the research showed that the cultivation conditions we created, such as270Ctemperature, illumination intensity of 1500 lux, saturation of the environment with oxygen (SO2) - 90%, pH 8.2,provided 82% hatching of nauplii within the first day, and the hatching increased and reached 96-97% on the second day. Experimentally selected abiotic and biotic factors that determine the effectiveness of Artemiacultivation have shown fairly good results. Analysis of literature sources and our own data showed that it is not enough to improve abiotic and biotic factors inn case of in vitro cultivationin order to obtain high productivity of Artemia, first of all, it is necessary to have high-quality material - Artemia cysts or eggs, which should belocallyproduced, cultivating Artemia in a closed cycle. It was established that the range of data variation is 2 numbers and practically does not depend on the quality of flax straw when comparing average number of long fiber obtained from entire set of flax straw batches of the studied fiber flax varieties. The number variability of long fiber was expressed by variation coefficient of 5.3–5.9%. The analysis carried out on uniformity trait of long fiber number for each variety along entire flax straw quality assessment scale allowed to identify varieties with \"absolute\" and \"high” uniformity. Varieties with \"absolute\" uniformity include those varieties which havevariation coefficient (V) equal to 0; \"high\" uniformity - varieties for which variation coefficient did not exceed 2.0% in the number of long fiber. Among the first group, there were mainly varieties of domestic selection, such as: Universal, Aleksandrit, A 93, A 29, Tomskiy 18, Lenok, Caesar, Surskiy, as well as Dashkovskiy variety of Belarusian selection (flax straw numbers 0.50; 0.75; 1.00, 1.50, 1.75, 2.00). Since sweet cherry is a rather specific stone fruit crop, whichproductivity is closely dependent on abiotic factors, its cultivation is limited mainly to the southern regions. The purpose of the study was to assess the adaptability of sweet cherry varieties, different in ecological, geographical and genetic origin, to spring stress factors. A yieldvariation of sweet cherry varieties in the south of Russia over the yearswas revealed,it varied from single fruits to 65 kg per treedepending on stressors in the spring period. A close relation (r = 0.855) was established between the yield of varieties and negative temperatures in April, the impact of which leads to yield decrease by 80-90%. The purpose of the research was to study indirect parametres used for assessing winter soft wheat grain qualityin terms of varietal profile and crop as a whole. The objectives of the research were to establish the formationfeatures of grain quality parametres of winter soft wheat, the correlations between them, as well as correlations with the yield of the studied crop. The material for the research was 15 varieties of winter soft wheat, included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements, approved for use in the Middle Volga region. It was established that dry conditions during formation of winter wheat grain and its filling had a positive effect on gluten content and hardness, and in combination with high temperatures - on glutenquality. The grain-unit of winter wheat grain increases in the conditions of sufficient moisture. There are no statistically significant inverse relations between yield and grain quality parametres of winter soft wheat: the quantity and quality of gluten, grain hardness, which means that they can be combined in one genotype. The grain-unit of grain can significantly positively correlate with the yield and hardness of grain of the studied crop in some years. All considered parametres of grain quality of winter soft wheat significantly depend on the variety (contribution of 5.2-32.7%), environmental conditions (contribution of 24.5-85.4%) and the interaction of the genotype and the environment (contribution of 5.4-42, 5 %). The productivity of natural forage lands is influenced by seasonal fluctuations in temperature and precipitation, especially characteristic of the steppe Orenburg region. The uneven intra-annual distribution of precipitation does not meet the water needs of the phytocenosis in the vegetative phase of development. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of atmospheric precipitation on agricultural forage lands of Orenburg region. An important and necessary task is to assess the interaction of agro-climatic factors on the development of agricultural land is an important and necessary task. The research area is located in a zone with a semiarid (semi-arid) climate of temperate latitudes of the Orenburg Urals of the Orenburg region (Orenburg region, Russia). Studies of agricultural land were carried out on 4 plots in the vicinity of the village of Nezhinka, Orenburg district, Orenburg region. For this purpose, various facies of agricultural lands located on the supports of watershed surfaces are identified and analyzed. To study local geosystems of various facies, we used camera methods, aerospace images and in-kind observations. Statistical and mathematical processing of digital data was carried out according to the StatsoftStatisticav 6.1 RUS program. Elements of descriptive statistics of average annual indicators (total precipitation per year, precipitation during the growing season, productivity of natural lands) revealed that the theory of normality was not rejected. The analysis of the average long-term data on the amount of precipitation and their relationship with the productivity of natural forage lands shows a reliable positive correlation between these parameters, at r2 = 0.95. {"title":"STATE OF INTERVARIETAL VARIABILITY OF WINTER WHEAT DEPENDING ON SEEDING TIME AND AMOUNT IN THE VOLGA-VYATKA REGION","authors":"L. K. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of elements of cultivation technology on yield and quality of winter wheat seeds on light gray forest soils in the southeast of the Volga-Vyatka region. The field experiment was based on a three-factor scheme: varieties of winter wheat (Moskovskaya 40, Moskovskaya 56, Moskovskaya 82, Nemchinovskaya 17, Nemchinovskaya 57, Moskovskaya 39 (standard)); sowing dates: the first - August 25-26, the second - September 10-11, the third - September 25-26 and seeding amount - 6.0; 4.5; 3.0 million v.s. (million viable seeds). Well-known generally accepted methods were used during the experiment. It was established that the field germination of seeds varied by the variants of the experiment at the first sowing period from 64.7 to 83.0%, at the second period from 67.4 to 75.9%, at the third period from 46.4 to 70.3%. It was determined that the conditions for overwintering of plants of the studied culture were generally satisfactory and, in terms of sowing time (in a ten-point system), varied within 7.85-8.37; 7.08-7.55; 6.44-7.18 points, respectively. It was found that the number of plants of the studied crop per 1 m2 before harvesting changed according to the sowing time as follows: in the first period from 130 to 186 pcs.; in the second period from 117 to 163 pieces and in the third period from 93 to 141 pcs. It was revealed that the sowing time had the greatest impact on winter wheat yield. On average for 2017-2021, the first of them stood out significantly average yield was 7.47, 5.66; 4.86 t/ha, respectively, in terms of sowing. When studying the seeding amount of winter wheat seeds, it was noted that, on average, at all three seeding amounts, the yield changed slightly and at a seeding amount of 6.0 million v.s. was 6.26 t/ha, at 4.5 million v.s. – 5.96 t/ha, at 3.0 million v.s. – 5.74 t/ha. It was determined that the most adapted varieties were Moskovskaya 56, Nemchinovskaya 57, Moskovskaya 82. Their average yield for three sowing times was 6.26, respectively; 6.29; 6.31 t/ha, which is by 13.2; 13.7 and 14.1% more than the standard (Moskovskaya 39). For productive animal husbandry, the study of genetic and environmental factors in consumption of metabolic energy is the most important. The purpose of this work was a comparative study of the main processes of metabolic energy usage of mammals and birds, as well as their interaction and influence on productive qualities. The study was carried out on breeding farms and poultry farms on cows and chickens, similar in terms of rearing methods, age and housing technologies. The study adopted a single assessment of the studied phenomena, in MJ, characterizing the energy, released heat, and the work performed per day for the synthesis of products. Statistical analysis of energy inflow and outflow allowedto determine the direction of this relation and the level of their influence on animal productivity. As a result of the research, it was found that birds have 2.93 times higherintensity of basal metabolism compared to cattleor by 0.199 MJ/kg. It is required 23% more gross energy of plant feed for production of one MJ of milknutritional value than for an egg product. Highly productive animals havemore effective basic metabolism and high efficiency of interaction between the main processes of metabolic energy usage. The main purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and practical foundations for formation of highly productive, cost-effective agrophytocenoses of dyeing safflower of Ershovskiy -4variety, taking into account the agroclimatic conditions of the Middle Volga region, as well as to establish formation features of the harvest structure elements and seed productivity under the influence of agrochemical components. For comparison, sowing methods were used in combination with seeding amounts: continuous row (15 cm spacing), wide-row (30 cm spacing) and wide-row (70 cm spacing), each of which had four seeding amounts (from 200 thousand/ha to 700 thousand/ha). The seeding amount for wide-row (70 cm row spacing) sowing method is from 250 thousand / ha to 400 thousand / ha. Ammonium nitrate N30fertilizer was introduced as a background for presowing cultivation. Maximum seed yield of 9.0 dt/ha was formed by plants of wide-row sowing method. This practiceallowedto increase the yield on average by 25.5% in comparison with skip-row sowing, and by 29.2% with row sowing. Yield increase occurred both due to increase ofplant bushiness of wide-row sowing, and increase of the mass of seeds of productive heads.
