The researchers used the survey method. A total of 87.37% or 173 of the 198 graduates in the cosmetology education study program from 2018-2020 participated in this research. The instrument used by the researcher for data collection is the tracer instrument for the study of faculties and study programs. The findings reveal that 139 out of 173 or 80.34% of the respondents are already working. In addition, 121 out of 139 or 80.67% felt that the first job was related and in line, with the program, the respondent took on campus. It needed one year to less than 2 years for 20.12% of respondents to get their first job. It needs one to six months for 26.62% of alumni to find their first career. Respondents stated that the relevance of the curriculum to their field of work is still quite high, almost 80%. We highly recommend developing the curriculum on an ongoing basis according to work needs. So that alumni get certainty that the knowledge they learn will be useful when they get a job. In addition, there is a need for synergy and communication between stakeholders and lecturers on campus.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125881144","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research used a pre-post two-group design using 20 trained male athletes from the State University of Surabaya. The research sample was divided into two groups: the Placebo (PLA) group, which was given exercise + mineral water, and the glutamine (GLU) group, which was given training + glutamine supplement. The movement provided is to do a jumping smash for 20 repetitions, ten sets with 30-second intervals. Glutamine dose of 0.4 gram/Kg BW was given 1 hour after jumping smash activity, 24 hours, and 48 hours after jumping smash activity (3 times). The data collection instrument was a vertical jump test using an MD jump, while the smash velocity was measured using a Bushnell 101922 radar gun. Independent sample t-test showed significant Δ pre-post2 and Δ post1-post2 on the vertical jump variable (p<0.05). On the smash velocity variable, effective results were demonstrated in Δ pre-post3 and Δ post1-post3. In conclusion, glutamine supplementation for three days could improve the vertical jump ability at 48 hours and smash velocity at 72 hours.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125936235","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, they can be commensurate with the situation in the industry, both in terms of study time, product standards, and work environment. The production-based learning process to produce products that are worth selling. Products are planned to follow the local potential of the local area and are equivalent to products from the industry. The government launched the teaching factory program, but not all vocational schools carry out teaching factory learning; for various reasons, there are many obstacles. The obstacles experienced by SMKN/S are different. The obstacles faced by schools are a lack of understanding about the teaching factory. The understanding of teaching factory management is minimal, such as management, production processes, lab workshops, product planning, and marketing. Schools that implement teaching factories are still minimal. There are even schools that carry out teaching factories only once. With this background, training is needed. The research objectives are 1) To describe the training of teaching factory development at SMKN/S Regency, 2) To plan products from local potentials 3) To describe the management of potential products as learning outcomes that can be sold. The research sample is vocational school teachers in East Java. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the description. The results showed: the teaching factory development training was carried out optimally, the participants were very enthusiastic, and attendance was 100%, the material was well absorbed. The planned product does not refer to local products. The curriculum and previous products still dominate the product. Management of potential products requires the involvement of industry, local government policies, and local communities.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121895336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, if street adolescences have good emotional autonomy, they can control their emotions and behaviours. Good emotional autonomy is important to the adolescence for their next stage of development. The impact of low emotion autonomy can cause a bad emotional attitude, aggression, and inability to adapt to the new environment. This research aims to know the picture of emotional autonomy of street adolescences in Sidoarjo-East Java. This study used a survey method using subjects collected by purposive random sampling techniques with 60 subjects from 145 out of total street children in Sidoarjo. The data was collected using the scale of emotional autonomy, and the descriptive analysis was performed using Statistic Programs. The results showed that the emotional autonomy of street teenagers was in the moderate category. Age and family conditions are some of the factors that are quite influential to the emotional autonomy of street adolescences, but gender does not affect the level of emotional autonomy in street teenagers.","PeriodicalId":233775,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Joint Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021 (IJCAH 2021)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122023920","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
