Legal Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights in Accreditation Instruments of Study Program Performance Reports 研究项目绩效报告认证工具中知识产权的法律方面

LKPS requires a letter of determination in the form of a decree or certificate issued by Ministry of Law and Human Rights for the outcomes of research and community services (PKM). The research method uses normative research with the legislative approach and economic approach. The results showed that the characteristics are unique to each type of IPR, so the application of LKPS assessments related to intellectual property cannot be equated. Copyright, LKPS instruments do not need to be determined by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Patents, not all registered patents granted have been determined by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights can be used as an assessment, but also need to consider other aspects of cost and commercialization. Industrial design, terminology must definitely refer to \"industrial design\" not \"industrial product design\". Recommendations on the results of the study include: first, copyright needs to determine definitively the scope of which if necessary to obtain a letter of determination from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Secondly, aspects of patent appraisal are not limited to the determination but also aspects of cost and commercialization. Third, the terminology of industrial design and the scope of the assessment is more emphasized. The teacher took several steps to increase students’ creativity in writing poetry, namely; 1) Prewriting/ modeling 2) Arrangement/ Brainstorming 3) Drafting/ Creating Poetry, and 4) Revising. The research design was qualitative method that interprets phenomena seen from the side of the meaning. The participants were nineteen international students who were studying Indonesian at one public university in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The instruments were an observation sheet, journal logs, and interview protocols. The results revealed in fostering students creativity to learn writing a poetry, some steps were implemented. Therefore, the lecturer had played an essential role to carry out in learning to write poetry. Problems faced by students when they were learning writing poetry were limited time to study and vocabulary knowledge. To sum up, modelling is one method to develop students’ creativity for international students who have learnt Indonesia language. Providing authentic materials could also help students to explore their ideas and overcome vocabulary knowledge. Recently, all the processes of teaching-learning have been conducted in online learning mode. Therefore, technology has an important role to motivate students, especially young learners, to learn and improve their English skills. Using digital video can help learners to both interpreting and producing multimodal texts. It can also develop young learners for making meaning since they can watch something displayed in video using English. Digital video provides learners with imagery and audio-visual modes of representation beyond the linguistics mode for engaging young learners to learn English. The participants are twenty-four students in primary school conducting online learning in a primary school of Muhammadiyah 24 Surabaya. The instruments were observation sheet and rubric to analyze students’ multimodal composition. The results showed that by using digital video, the students could be able to write simple story and present their story. Although, they made mistakes in grammatical aspects, they could write comprehend story. This obstacle is trying to overcome by SDIT AL-IKHLAS by implementing a policy of \"wisata barokah\". The purpose of this study is to analyze “wisata barokah” which is the strategy of SDIT-AL IKHLAS teachers to continue to carry out religious education during the pandemic. Researchers used a qualitative approach with case studies. The data collection technique used interviews and observations. The data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative by providing an explanation of the situation under study and study using Max Weber's theory of social action. The result of this research is \"wisata barokah\" is a strategy taken by the school because this strategy can accommodate the wishes of all parties because they still get religious material well even in a pandemic situation. Most of the analysis is done by adjusting the data to the theory or in this paper. It is called textbook-style analysis. Problembased learning is considered to be a solution to these problems. This study aims to present an analysis of textbook-style in student journal articles and problem-based learning as a solution to overcome this. The data sources for this study are student journal articles with the topic focusing on sociolinguistics studies and students who program sociolinguistic courses. The method used is the method of documentation and observation. First, the results revealed that the analysis of textbook-style by students is caused by students' inability to understand sociolinguistic data analysis methods and a misunderstanding that considers data exposure in sociolinguistic textbooks as a way to analyze data. In communicating, a communicator must be able to convey the content of the message well and can be understood by the communicant. As is the case when communicating with children with special needs, one of them is with children with Down syndrome who require special communication. This study describes how the interpersonal communication of parents with children Down syndrome in online learning during the pandemic with a case study of parents with students Down syndrome at Down Syndrome School (DSS) QIS Surabaya. This study uses a model of interpersonal communication effectiveness developed by Joseph A. Devito using a qualitative research approach through phenomenological methods. The results of this study are Interpersonal Communication conducted by parents to children with Down syndrome paying attention to aspects of humanist communication, namely the elements of openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive and equal communication. Down syndrome children while accompanying children to learn online using open communication, accepting all the feelings and spirits of unstable Down syndrome children. Then parents use positive and descriptive language and often provide support to increase children's confidence. When accompanying children to learn online, parents empathize with the child's condition so they don't force the child to quickly understand the lesson. Parental communication to children with Down syndrome is also equal, parents do not feel superior. This study employs a descriptive-analytic method as well as a Spradley ethnographic methodology with anthropolinguistic considerations. The Meratus Dayak tribe’s ritual in Paramasan served as the study’s data source. Observation and interview approach as well as interpretive descriptive techniques were used to collect data for this study. The research findings of this Bawanang ceremony can be summarized as follows: (1) the Panguruan Dayak language system; (2) the technical system described: lou, bivak, ulin, ketinting, ulap doyo, sharp weapons, and jewellery, (3) identified many livelihood methods such as gardening, hunting, bahuma, and forest clearing (4) musical instruments, sculpture, dance, singing, and weaving are among the arts mentioned. The instruments used in early research are questionnaires and questionnaires. Nine tennis players aged 20.78 ± 5.044 years old participated in this study and were chosen as research samples by using the purposive sampling method. The independent variables of this study were arm flexion isometric force, upper extremity movement, and ball toss position. The kinetic data were collected by Force Decks by Vald Performance, and kinematic data were analyzed by Kinovea 0.9.4 computer software. The dependent variable was ball speed which was measured after the impact with racket by using Bushnell Velocity Speed Gun type 101911. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test in SPSS statistical software. Furthermore, multiple linear regression was performed to find the correlation between variables. As a result, all of the data were in the normal distribution. The kinetic data were analyzed by using the descriptive method. The mean of arm flexion isometric peak force was 131.22 ± 41.27 Newton, arm flexion isometric average force was 121.44 ± 42.08 Newton, and rate force development was 270.33 ± 112.88 milliseconds. The kinematic data were also analyzed by using the descriptive method. The mean arm flexion and ball height in ball release position were 120.39 ± 14.65 o and 165.76 ± 25.39 cm. The mean peak ball position was 337.08 ± 23.92 cm. At the ball impact position, the mean of the hip torso, arm flexion isometric, and ball height were 30.46 ± 15.42 o, 186.93 ± 14.43 o, and 258.77 ± 26.51 cm. The mean ball speed was 80.23 ± 16.38 km/h. There was a significant correlation between ball height in peak position and impact position (R Score > .666).
