The agrobiological and qualitative in-dicators of the Riesling Rhenish variety ob-tained in the field experiment of 2019‒2021 are analyzed – the number of bunches, their weight, yield from the bush, yield capacity, mass concentration of sugars, mass concentra-tion of titrated acids, wine tasting evaluation. The correlation analysis revealed a significant moderate connection between the mass of the bunch and the load of bushes with shoots. A significant moderate direct dependence of the yield capacity of the variety on the load of shoots is observed. The mass concentration of sugars is in direct average association with the average mass of the bunch and in the inverse average association with the mass concentra-tion of titrated acids. The tasting assessment is in a significant direct moderate dependence on the average mass of the bunch, yield ca-pacity and the mass concentration of sugars. The data obtained on the quality indicators of wine ma-terials from the Riesling Rhenish grape harvest in 2021, obtained from experimental bushes of different planting patterns and shoot loads, are analyzed. The possibility of modeling the indi-cators and stylistics of wine at the stage of grape cultivation, depending on the planting scheme and the load of the grape plant, is shown. The influence of the planting scheme and the load on the cationic composition of wine was studied. It was revealed that with a 3×2 m planting scheme, the content of potas-sium cations in wines increases, which can lead to the formation of crystalline turbidity during the storage of finished wine. Based on the conducted research, it was found that the ac-cumulation of potassium cations is on average less with a planting scheme of 3×1.5 m, how-ever, with a planting scheme of 3×1 m and a load of shoots of 50 thousand pcs./ha, the lowest value was revealed – 867.0 mg/dm3. One of the signs that determine the origin of wines is their mineral composition, which depends on soil and climatic conditions and agrotechnical methods of cultivation. The aim of the study was to use the ratios of mass concentrations of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium cati-ons to assess the geographical position of wines made from grapevine varieties growing in different regions of the Crimea and Ukraine. A comparative analysis of the ratios of К+/Na+, K+/Ca2+, K+/Mg2+, Ca2+/Mg2+ cati-ons and tartaric acid to the sum of cations was carried out. A significant difference in the mass concentration of the sodium cation and К+/Na+ ratios in these regions has been estab-lished. The soft-seeded elite seedling of grapevine was obtained by crossing varieties Talisman and Kishmish Luchisty in All-Russian Re-search Ya.I. Potapenko Institute for Viticul-ture and Winemaking – Branch of Federal State Budget Scientific Institution «FRARC». An ampelographic description of the seedling was compiled for leading fea-tures. The vineyards are non-irrigated, graft-ed, covered, fan-shaped, planting scheme 3×1.5 m. In the variety study, methods gen-erally accepted in viticulture and standard vineyard cultivation technology were used. The hybrid form 4-6-15 is characterized by a very early ripening period (106 days from bud break to full ripeness of berries), large berries for the seedless variety (5.3 g), seed-less class IV (weight of rudiments 16,7 mg), very large loose clusters (average weight 705 g), attractive color of berries, increased re-sistance to fungal diseases (mildew 3.0‒3.5 points, oidium 3.5 points, botrytis 2.0‒2.5 points). Frost resistance is average, covering for winter is recommended. The yield is high, 11.5 t/ha, gives a second crop on lateral shoots. We believe that, based on the combination of economically valuable traits, the seedling 4-6-15 can be recom-mended for further use in grapevine breed-ing for seedlessness, the quality of berries in combination with high yields, as well as for backyards viticulture.","PeriodicalId":232100,"journal":{"name":"Russian Vine","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128474301","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been established with statistical reliability that the wine vineyards in the South-Eastern and North-Eastern regions have the highest yields, while the North-Central region is characterized by the relatively lowest yields, and the yields from table varieties are the highest in the South-Eastern region. The climatic and soil parameters in the viticultural regions of North Bulgaria – North-Western, North-Central and North-Eastern – determine ecologically stable, but low yields from the wine and table vine varieties grown there. The varieties in the South-Eastern and South-Central regions are characterized by high yields, but they are highly unstable in terms of the conditions of the external environment. According to the degree of proximity and re-moteness of grape yields, wine and table vine varieties are divided into three clusters. The first cluster includes the North-Central, South-Western, North-Western and North-Eastern regions, characterized by lower average yields from the table vine varieties; the second one consists only of the South-Central region, where the yields from the wine and table varieties are significantly higher; and the third cluster includes the South-Eastern region, which stands out with statistically proven 20% higher yields from wine varieties for the whole country, and approximately 55% higher yields from table varieties.","PeriodicalId":232100,"journal":{"name":"Russian Vine","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114391471","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
