The allele state of re-sistance loci was identified using DNA markers UDV305, UDV737 (Rpv3), GF09-46 (Rpv10), UDV343, UDV360 (Rpv12), ScORGF15-02, GF15-42 (Ren3), and CenGen6 (Ren9). DNA samples were isolated by the CTAB method. The work was performed by PCR followed by frag-ment analysis on an automatic genetic ana-lyzer. According to the results of DNA marker evaluation, 29 genotypes carrying the Rpv3 resistance locus, 11 – Rpv12, 1 – Rpv10, 18 – Ren3, 19 – Ren9, as well as cultivars with a combination of several re-sistance loci in the genotype – Ren3 + Ren9 + Rpv3 and Rpv3 + Rpv12. The for-mation of the Database of the allelic state of loci of resistance to downy and pow-dery mildew in grape cultivars is under-way.
