Makarkina","doi":"10.32904/2712-8245-2022-20-6-10","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The article presents the results of studying the genotypes of seedless and table grape cultivars to determine loci of resistance to downy mildew Rpv3, Rpv10 and Rpv12 and powdery mildew Ren3, Ren9. The studies included seedless (more than 40 names) and table (more than 30 names) cul-tivars and forms of grapes of various ge-netic origins growing on the Anapa ampe-lographic collection and on farms in the Krasnodar Territory. The allele state of re-sistance loci was identified using DNA markers UDV305, UDV737 (Rpv3), GF09-46 (Rpv10), UDV343, UDV360 (Rpv12), ScORGF15-02, GF15-42 (Ren3), and CenGen6 (Ren9). DNA samples were isolated by the CTAB method. The work was performed by PCR followed by frag-ment analysis on an automatic genetic ana-lyzer. According to the results of DNA marker evaluation, 29 genotypes carrying the Rpv3 resistance locus, 11 – Rpv12, 1 – Rpv10, 18 – Ren3, 19 – Ren9, as well as cultivars with a combination of several re-sistance loci in the genotype – Ren3 + Ren9 + Rpv3 and Rpv3 + Rpv12. The for-mation of the Database of the allelic state of loci of resistance to downy and pow-dery mildew in grape cultivars is under-way.
