The purpose of this study is to evaluate human resources in improving the quality of learning at SD IT Insan Mulia Bengkulu. Using descriptive qualitative methods. Sources of information from various sources, both online and print media, such as scientific books, scientific articles, both national and international related to the evaluation of human resources in improving the quality of education in Integrated Islamic elementary schools Insan Mulia Bengkulu. The results of the study can be concluded that there are still some teachers who have not been able to mobilize, facilitate, influence, motivate, their students, and have not been able to create conducive learning, the planned planning turns out that the results have not been achieved as planned, and there is still a gap between the plan and the achievement of the goals that have been set, so that there is still a gap in achieving goals with planning in improving the quality of learning. So that researchers can suggest, if you want to improve the quality of learning at SD IT Insan Mulia, then evaluate human resources or teachers in improving the quality of learning through making programs, implementing programs, evaluating and following up on evaluation results.Keywords: Evaluation, Human Resources, Learning Quality Abstrak: Mutu pembelajaran di SD IT Insan Mulia Bengkulu masih belum optimal terlihat hasil nilai raport, dan prestasi siswa belum maksimal, hal ini berkaitan dengan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia atau guru dalam mengelola kelas dan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan interaksi dengan peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SD IT Insan Mulia Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber informasi dari berbagai sumber, baik media online ataupun media cetak. Seperti buku ilmiah, artikel ilmiah, baik nasional maupun internasional yang berkaitan dengan evaluasi sumberdaya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar Islam Terpadu Insan Mulia Bengkulu. Hasil penilitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih terdapat sebagian guru yang belum mampu menggerakkan, memfasilitasi, mempengaruhi, memotivasi, siswanya, dan belum mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang kondusif, perencanaan yang telah direncanakan tersebut ternyata hasilnya belum tercapai sesuai rencana, dan masih terjadi kesenjangan rencana dengan pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga masih terjadi kesenjangan pencapaian tujuan dengan perencanaan dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Using qualitative methods, which are methods that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words. The results of this study show that Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqi is one of the contemporary Islamic economics from the mainstream class. The idea of zakat has always been linked to Islamic economics. Zakat is an obligation of the rich, the rights of the poor, and the state has an important role in its management. It contains moral, social, and economic aspects. Zakat is the axis and financial center of the country. Its position on the one hand can be a potential source for alleviating poverty, on the other hand it can be a working capital for the poor in order to open jobs. It can even be used as the last shield for the economy so that it does not slump when consumption ability stagnates. Thus, it can be concluded that zakat instruments can be used as a source of state financial receipts and expenditures. So it can be suggested to increase zakat instruments as a source of state financial revenue in Indonesia.Keywords; Zakat Instruments, Sources of Revenue and Expenditure, State Finance. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membahas tentang esensi zakat sebagai instrumen finansial Islami sebagai sumber penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan Negara dalam pandangan Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqi. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu metode yang menghasilkan data yang berupa deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqi merupakan salah satu ekonomi Islam kontemporer dari golongan mainstrem. Pemikiran tentang zakat senantiasa terkait dengan ekonomi Islam. Zakat merupakan kewajiban orang-orang kaya, hak orang-orang miskin, dan negara mempunyai peran penting dalam pengelolaannya. Di dalamnya mengandung aspek moral, sosial, dan ekonomi. Zakat adalah poros dan pusat keuangan negara. Kedudukannya satu sisi dapat menjadi sumber potensial untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan di sisi lain dapat menjadi modal kerja bagi orang miskin agar dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Bahkan dapat dipergunakan sebagai perisai terakhir bagi perekonomian agar tidak terpuruk ketika kemampuan konsumsi mengalami stagnasi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrument zakat dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan Negara. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of leadership in improving the quality of education in Pesantren Qur'an Al Fida. Using descriptive-qualitative methods, with a CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model approach. Primary data sources obtained through direct observation in the field, and secondary data obtained through pesantren leadership report documents, representatives, teachers, and pesantren administration personnel through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using library research, by studying, collecting and processing data from various literature sources, both journals and books. The results of the study concluded that the evaluation of the role of leadership in improving the quality of education in the Qur'an Al-fia Islamic Boarding School. The contex stage has been carried out its leadership role. The input stage of pesantren leaders has a good influence, namely, providing life examples, paying attention, developing the potential of education staff and teachers, through education and training both seminars, workshops, webinars, providing motivation and a better vision and mission for the future. At the stage of the process, pesantren leaders make adjustments between programs that have been planned to improve the quality of education including improving teacher performance, involving students. The product stage, has implemented a teacher performance improvement program, comfortable learning for students, so that students excel both provincially and nationally. Abstract :The research aims to develop the rhetorical skills of students of the Malaysian high religious certificate who speak non-Arabic, through a proposed program based on modern teaching methods for rhetoric, The researcher chose the College of Language and Religion, Sultan Abu Bakr, Bekan, Pahang; To be a community for his research, and the research sample consisted of (112) students. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the following tools: 1. Preparing a list of rhetorical skills required for students of the Malaysian Higher Religious Certificate (STAM). 2. Preparing a questionnaire to find out students' attitudes towards rhetoric, measure their rhetorical skills, and find out the reasons for their weakness in these skills from their point of view. 3. A proposed executive program based on modern teaching methods for rhetoric to develop rhetorical skills among students (STAM). 4. An achievement test to measure the rhetorical skills of (STAM) students after applying the proposed program; To find out the effectiveness of this program. This research is a literature study with data analysis techniques using content analysis. Sources of data come from books that discuss inheritance law and scientific journals that are in line with this research. Therefore, the renewal of inheritance law is not much done, this is different from Islamic family law which has undergone many reforms. Even so, it does not mean that all Muslims consider it a rule that cannot be changed, but some figures think that inheritance laws in Islam can change according to existing social conditions. This social condition can have an influence on the enactment of a law, including the law of inheritance in Islam. This can be found in the thoughts of national figures, namely Hazairin, who offers new ideas regarding inheritance law in Islam.Keywords: Gender Justice, Bilateral Inheritance, Hazairin's Thought Abstrak: Sebagian besar umat Islam memahami bahwa hukum waris adalah hukum yang tidak dapat diubah, sehingga banyak umat Islam yang tidak mereformasi hukum waris Islam, misalnya rumus pembagian 1 : 2 untuk pria dan wanita, yang merupakan formula sederhana bagi kebanyakan orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui analisis isi. Sumber informasi berasal dari buku-buku tentang hukum waris dan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil kajian temuan pada penelitian ini yakni pembaharuan hukum kewarisan ini tidak banyak dilakukan, hal ini berbeda dengan hukum keluarga Islam yang mengalami banyak pembaharuan. Meskipun demikian, tidak berarti semua umat Islam menganggapnya sebagai aturan yang tidak boleh diubah, melainkan sebagai individu meyakini bahwa hukum waris Islam dapat berubah sesuai dengan kondisi sosial yang ada. Kondisi sosial ini dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan hukum, termasuk juga hukum kewarisan dalam Islam. The purpose of this research is to map and evaluate the optimization of evaluation in improving the quality of education management at SDN 16 Lintang Kanan. Using a qualitative descriptive method, with the CIPP model approach (Context, Input, Process and Product). Information obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study concluded that management at the Contex level had carried out planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The input level includes students, curriculum, teaching materials, and human resources, financing and educational infrastructure. The process level is directly related to educational activities, the use of learning media, the use of facilities and infrastructure and the assignment of types of assignments. As well as from product/output assessments related to the results of the implementation of education management where the research results show that the output of education management is good and the results are visible.Keywords: Optimization, Evaluation, Quality of Education Management Abstrak: Evaluasi dalam pengelolaan pendidikan belum optimal dilakukan, karena masih terdapat sebagian sekolah belum dilakukan evaluasi secara optimal sehingga mengakibatkan pengelolaan pendidikan belum berkualitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan mengevaluasi optmalisasi evaluasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pendidikan di SDN 16 Lintang Kanan. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan model CIPP (Conteks, Input, Proses dan Produk). Informasi diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan pada tingkat Contex telah dilaksanakan planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling. Tingkat input meliputi peserta didik, kurikulum, bahan ajar, dan sumber daya manusia, pembiayaan serta sarana prasarana pendidikan. Tingkat proses berkaitan langsung dengan, aktivitas pendidikan, penggunaan media pembelajaran, kemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana dan pemberian jenis tugas. The purpose of this study is to map and describe the role of leadership in improving the professionalism of Aliyah madrasah teachers in Bengkulu. Using descriptive qualitative methods, with information sources in this study, using various sources, both online media data and print media data. Includes scientific books, scientific articles both national and international related about the role of leadership in improving teacher professionalism. The results of the study can be concluded that there are still some madrasah leadership that has not played an optimal role, it can be seen that decision making has not been brave and not decisive, has not focused on work programs, communication and leadership management of the head of the madrasah is not good, and control is still not continuous, so that there are still teachers who are less professional in learning, it can be seen that there are still some teachers who do not master their fields of knowledge, His teaching materials, learning methods, lack of motivation, lack of skill and his insight is still narrow. Thus, it can be suggested to improve teacher professionalism, then increase the leadership role optimally.Kata kunci: Peran, Kepemimpinan, Profesionalisme Guru, Madrasah Aliyah. Abstrak: Peran kepemimpinan madrasah telah menciptakan kesulitan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, ditandai dengan sebagian guru madrasah Aliyah mengalami kesulitan dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok, fungsi dan tanggungjawabnya sebagai guru professional dan sebagian guru yang lain mampu melaksanakannya secara profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru madrasah Aliyah di Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan berbagai sumber, baik data media online maupun data media cetak. Meliputi buku-buku ilmiah, artikel ilmiah baik nasional maupun internasional yang terkait tentang peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. The general objective is not only to map the quality of Aliyah madrasah education, but also to evaluate institutional difficulties in achieving the quality of Aliyah madrasah education. Using descriptive qualitative methods to explore primary and secondary data sources. Secondary data from madrasah educational institutions. Primary data includes profiling, motivation, types of difficulties and institutional solutions to each difficulty in achieving the quality of madrasah Aliyah education. The results of the study can be concluded that the evaluation function in the quality of madrasah Aliyah education in Indonesia shows that; (1) there is still a gap between planning and program implementation, marked by the Aliyah madrasah has not been able to implement the planned program; (2) there is still a gap between the status of ability and the standards of the world of work, indicated by there are still teachers who are not able to work according to their field of expertise; and (3) there is still a gap in goals in madrasah educational institutions characterized by socioeconomic disparities in the community, thus affecting education equity, creating prolonged conflicts in society, making educational goals difficult to achieve. So it can be suggested that to achieve the quality of madrasah education, it improves the function of institutional evaluation among Aliyah madrasahs in Indonesia. The tradition is carried out before the bridegroom and bride-to-be are legally married in religion and state. Using qualitative methods with an ethnographic work approach, by showing the process of implementing the dowry payment tradition. The results found that people in Sosiri Village still carry out the tradition of paying maskawin in the form of beads and stone axes (tomako). Originally the beads were imported from Kalimantan, along with the times, and the people in Sosiri Village, then the beads are no longer imported from Kalimantan, but they have found them in their own area, which is in the forest under the trees. Included in choosing beads, certain skills are needed. As for stone axes, at first they looked for stones at times, then they sculpted them into axes, along with the times too, they no longer carve the stone but they used carving machines. In carrying maskawin stone axes and beads, specifically for the children of the head of the hamlet must give both, namely axes and beads, while for the community it can be enough to only bring axe stones. Keywords: Tradition, Maskawin Payment, Sosiri Village Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melengkapi data dan dokumen yang belum terlihat pada penelitian sebelumnya, dengan melihat proses pelaksanaan tradisi pembayaran mas kawin di Kampung Sosiri Kabupaten Jayapura Provinsi Papua Indonesia. Tradisi tersebut dilakukan sebelum calon mempelai laki-laki dan calon mempelai perempuan dinikahkan secara sah agama dan negara. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kerja Etnografi, dengan menunjukkan proses pelaksanaan tradisi pembayaran mas kawin. Hasilnya menemukan bahwa masyarakat di Kampung Sosiri masih melakukan tradisi pembayaran maskawin berupa manik-manik dan kapak batu (tomako). Awalnya manik-manik tersebut didatangkan dari Kalimantan, seiring perkembangan zaman, dan masyarakat di Kampung Sosiri ini, maka manik-manik tersebut tidak lagi didatangkan dari Kalimantan, namun mereka telah menemukannya di daerah mereka sendiri yaitu terdapat dalam hutan di bawah pohon. Termasuk dalam memilih manik-manik, dibutuhkan keahlian tertentu. Sedangkan kapak batu, awalnya mereka mencari batu di kali, kemudian mereka memahatnya menjadi kapak, seiring perkembangan zaman juga, mereka tidak lagi memahat batu tersebut tetapi mereka menggunakan mesin pahat. Dalam membawa maskawin kapak batu dan manik-manik, khusus untuk anak kepala dusun harus memberikan kedua-duanya yaitu batu kapak dan manik-manik, sedangkan untuk masyarakat bisa cukup hanya membawa batu kapak saja. This study aims to evaluate the function of clinical supervision in improving the quality of education at MI Al Baani Bengkulu City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and collecting data from various sources, both online media and print media related to the research discussed. The results of the evaluation of the clinical supervision function carried out show that clinical supervision greatly determines the quality of education at MI Al Baani Bengkulu City, some teachers have not been able to mobilize, facilitate, influence, motivate their students, and have not been able to create conducive learning, planning that has been planned it turns out that the results have not been achieved according to plan, and there are still gaps in the plan with the achievement of the goals that have been set, so that there is still a gap in the achievement of goals with planning in improving the quality of learning. The school principal as a leader in schools also determines the quality of education. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi fungsi supervisi klinis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Al Baani Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lansung dan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber baik media online ataupun media cetak yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yang dibahas. Hasil dari evaluasi fungsi supervisi klinis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa supervise klinis sangat menentukan mutu pendidikan di MI Al Baani Kota Bengkulu, sebagian guru yang belum mampu menggerakkan, memfasilitasi, mempengaruhi, memotivasi, siswanya, dan belum mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang kondusif, perencanaan yang telah direncanakan tersebut ternyata hasilnya belum tercapai sesuai rencana, dan masih terjadi kesenjangan rencana dengan pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga masih terjadi kesenjangan pencapaian tujuan dengan perencanaan dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Program kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin di sekolah juga sangat menentukan mutu pendidikan.
